A latex paint barreling sealing device comprises a cover body for sealing the latex paint barrel, and is characterized by comprising a conveying device for conveying the latex paint barrel, a sealing device capable of performing gland treatment on the latex paint barrel, and a sealing device for sealing the cover body and the latex paint barrel, wherein the conveying device comprises a plurality of rollers, a rotating motor and a conveying belt sleeved among the rollers, the power end of the rotating motor is connected with the rollers, and the conveying belt is driven to move forwards through the rotation of the rollers;
the cover sealing device is arranged above the conveying belt, and a cover pressing cylinder mechanism which can be used for installing the latex paint bucket and the cover body in a matched mode is arranged at the top of the cover sealing device;
the gland cylinder mechanism comprises a gland cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder capable of driving the gland cylinder to horizontally move to the placing table, the lower part of the gland cylinder is connected with a piston rod, the lower end of the piston rod is fixedly connected with a gland mould matched with the opening of the latex paint bucket, the gland mould is a groove body with an opening at the lower end, and the gland mould is provided with an air vent which is connected with an air vent; the vent pipe is connected with an air extractor which can generate negative pressure in the gland mould to adsorb the cover body, and the air extractor is arranged at the top of the capping device;
the sealing device comprises a sealing gasket mechanism and a sealing glue mechanism, wherein the sealing gasket mechanism can be used for installing a sealing gasket on an opening of the latex paint bucket, and the sealing glue mechanism can be used for integrally sealing the latex paint bucket after the latex paint bucket and the cover body are installed in a matched mode; the opening of the latex paint bucket is provided with a sealing gasket, the cover body is arranged on the opening of the latex paint bucket in a matching way by the cover pressing cylinder mechanism, and the latex paint bucket and the cover body are integrally sealed;
the cover body is of a double-layer cavity structure, a through hole for pouring out the emulsion paint is formed in the cover body, a barrel plug which is tightly matched with the through hole is arranged in the through hole, a sealing layer which can be lifted is further arranged on the cover body, the sealing layer wraps the barrel plug, and a buckling bolt ring is arranged on the sealing layer; the latex paint bucket and the cover body are integrally sealed, and the bucket plug and the sealing layer are used for carrying out double-layer sealing on the through hole.

The emulsion paint barreling sealing device according to claim 1, wherein: the sealing gasket mechanism comprises a first annular rail, a first L-shaped telescopic rod, a first linear motor capable of moving along the first annular rail, a rubber spray gun capable of spraying a sealing rubber gasket along an opening of the latex paint bucket, the first annular rail is arranged at the top of the sealing cover device, the first linear motor is arranged in the first annular rail, one end of the first L-shaped telescopic rod is fixed on the first linear motor, the other end of the first L-shaped telescopic rod is connected with the rubber spray gun, and the first linear motor drives the rubber spray gun to spray the sealing rubber gasket along the first annular rail to the opening of the latex paint bucket.

The emulsion paint barreling sealing device according to claim 1, wherein: the sealant mechanism comprises a second annular track, a second L-shaped telescopic rod, a second linear motor capable of moving along the second annular track, a sealant spray gun capable of integrally sealing after the latex paint barrel and the cover body are installed in a matched mode, the second annular track is arranged at the top of the cover sealing device, the second linear motor is arranged in the second annular track, one end of the second L-shaped telescopic rod is fixed on the second linear motor, the other end of the second L-shaped telescopic rod is connected with the sealant spray gun, and the second linear motor drives the sealant spray gun to integrally seal the latex paint barrel and the cover body after the latex paint barrel and the cover body are installed in a matched mode along the second annular track.
