The box is a common container in life, such as a jewel box and a tea box; the box generally comprises a box body and a box cover, the materials are mostly iron, wood and plastics, and the box is generally a cuboid, a cylinder or a pentagonal cylinder, an octagonal cylinder and the like; some boxes are also called cartridges, cans, etc. depending on the shape and the calling convention.

The box body spraying production line comprises the following specific working steps:
(1) the transfer platform moves to a material taking point (namely the tail end of the first conveying line), all box bodies to be sprayed are placed on the first conveying line in an inverted buckling mode, the vacuum tubes are driven by the first linear driver to extend into the box bodies, the box bodies are slightly jacked up by the vacuum tubes (the box bodies are separated from the first conveying line), and the tube openings of the vacuum tubes are attached to the bottoms of the box bodies;
(2) starting a vacuum machine to extract air in the vacuum tube, so that the box body is adsorbed on the vacuum tube under the action of atmospheric pressure, and closing a valve (generally selecting an electromagnetic valve) on the hose;
(3) the transfer platform moves to a working point position (namely, in a spraying chamber), a spray gun in the spraying chamber starts spraying work, and the spraying chamber can adopt multi-spray gun reciprocating spraying or single-spray gun multi-angle spraying;
(4) after the spraying is finished, the transfer platform moves to the unloading point (namely the head end of the second conveying line), the electromagnetic valve is opened, and the vacuum tube is filled with air again;
(5) the first linear driver drives the vacuum tube to leave the box body, and the box body after being sprayed naturally falls on the second conveying line.

Furthermore, a limiting plate is arranged at the tail end of the first conveying line, and the height of the limiting plate is higher than the top of the box body at the tail end of the first conveying line; by controlling the stroke of the first linear driver, the box body can be jacked to be in contact with the limiting plate, so that a certain pre-pressure is formed between the vacuum tube and the bottom of the box body before the vacuum machine works, and the air tightness between the vacuum tube and the bottom of the box body is improved.

(2) starting a vacuum machine to extract air in the vacuum tube 15, so that the box body 6 is adsorbed on the vacuum tube 15 under the action of atmospheric pressure, and closing the electromagnetic valve on the hose 18;
(3) as shown in fig. 5, the box body 6 is slightly lowered (the box body 6 is separated from the limiting plate 7), and the transfer platform 5 moves to the left to the working point 9 (i.e. in the spraying chamber 2);
(4) the second linear driver 16 drives the lower sealing plate 17 to ascend until the lower end opening of the box body 6 is sealed by the lower sealing plate 17;
(5) the spray gun 13 in the spray chamber 2 starts spraying work;
(6) after the spraying is finished, the second linear driver 16 descends the lower sealing plate 17;
(7) as shown in fig. 6, the transfer platform 5 moves leftwards to the unloading point 10 (i.e. the head end of the second conveyor line 3), the electromagnetic valve is opened, and the vacuum tube 15 is filled with air again;
(8) the first linear driver 14 drives the vacuum tube 15 to descend and leave the box body 6, and the box body 6 after being coated naturally falls on the second conveying line 3;
(9) the transfer platform 5 moves rightwards to the material taking point 8, and returns to the step (1) again to start to process the next box body 6.
