The invention relates to a universal diluent containing device convenient for quantitative discharging, which comprises a storage tank body and a traction pipe extending into the storage tank body; the storage tank is characterized by further comprising a U-shaped pipe, wherein the first end of the U-shaped pipe is communicated with the traction pipe and the extension pipe respectively, the traction pipe horizontally extends out of the storage tank body and is communicated with the first end of the U-shaped pipe, the extension pipe is vertically arranged, and the top of the extension pipe is connected with a negative pressure pump; the second end of the U-shaped pipe is higher than the plane of the traction pipe, and a first valve is arranged at the second end of the U-shaped pipe; a ration bottle is connected to U-shaped socle portion, and ration bottle bottom is provided with the second valve, is provided with the third valve between ration bottle and the U-shaped socle portion, and this scheme can be used to the ration and draws the diluent to avoid excessively getting the material and cause the waste.

Technical Field

The diluent is an inert substance added for dilution when the raw materials are processed into powder or in order to facilitate spraying. Paint manufacturers can accumulate large amounts of diluents in daily production so as to ensure the normal operation of production; in the prior art, a storage tank is used for storing the diluent, but the storage tank only has the function of storing the diluent, the quantity of the diluent taken out is difficult to control when the diluent is taken out, if the diluent needs to be quantitatively taken out from the storage tank, a quantitative device needs to be additionally arranged on an outlet of the storage tank, so that the equipment cost of a manufacturer is increased, an operation step is added when the quantitative device is butted with the storage tank, the production safety index is reduced, and in sum, a storage device capable of quantitatively unloading is needed for storing the diluent.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a universal diluent containing device convenient for quantitative discharging, which can be used for quantitatively extracting diluent, thereby avoiding waste caused by excessive material taking.

the device comprises a storage tank body and a traction pipe extending into the storage tank body;
the storage tank is characterized by further comprising a U-shaped pipe, wherein the first end of the U-shaped pipe is communicated with the traction pipe and the extension pipe respectively, the traction pipe horizontally extends out of the storage tank body and is communicated with the first end of the U-shaped pipe, the extension pipe is vertically arranged, and the top of the extension pipe is connected with a negative pressure pump;
the second end of the U-shaped pipe is higher than the plane of the traction pipe, and a first valve is arranged at the second end of the U-shaped pipe;
a quantitative bottle is connected to the bottom of the U-shaped pipe, a second valve is arranged at the bottom of the quantitative bottle, and a third valve is arranged between the quantitative bottle and the bottom of the U-shaped pipe.
This scheme utilizes the same principle of U-shaped pipe both ends pressure for under the natural state, U-shaped pipe both ends liquid level flushes, utilizes this technical principle, connects a negative pressure pump in U-shaped pipe one end, is used for providing the negative pressure, makes the thinner of storage jar body can flow into in the U-shaped pipe, through relapse a lot of negative pressure operation, when U-shaped pipe liquid level both ends are neat at ordinary times, accomplishes the ration promptly and unloads, the both ends liquid level here flushes and refers in particular to the liquid level at U-shaped pipe both ends and equals the traction tube level.
Further, the capacity represented by the quantitative bottle is the sum of the capacities of the quantitative bottle and the U-shaped pipe.
Further, the design of ration bottle has different specifications, and the ration bottle passes through threaded connection with the U-shaped bottom of the pipe, just also can realize different ration through the ration bottle of changing different specifications and unload.
Further, the top of the storage tank body is provided with a feed inlet.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compare with traditional mode of unloading, this scheme has designed a ration limit structure, utilizes the principle of U-shaped pipe, when the diluent liquid level exceeds the terminal surface of U-shaped pipe, then flows back to storage jar body through the traction tube to quantitative unloading has been realized.

the second end of the U-shaped pipe 2 is higher than the plane of the traction pipe 5, and a first valve 9 is arranged at the second end of the U-shaped pipe 2;
a quantitative bottle 6 is connected to U-shaped pipe 2 bottom, and quantitative bottle 6 bottom is provided with second valve 8, is provided with third valve 7 between quantitative bottle 6 and U-shaped pipe 2 bottom.
Preferably, the drawing tube 5 extends into the bottom of the tank body 1 so that the drawing tube 5 can draw out all the diluent in the tank body 1. The storage tank body 1 herein can be a storage tank that is commonly used in the art, and does not need a specific design, that is, compared with the conventional art, the present invention has a small improvement structure and a technical progress that is more suitable for popularization.
In other words, in the present invention, only the structures of the U-shaped tube 2 and the negative pressure pump 3 need to be designed, and the improvement of the whole apparatus is low in cost and easy to implement.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, the universal diluent containing device is convenient for quantitative discharging, the capacity represented by the quantitative bottle 6 is the sum of the capacities of the quantitative bottle 6 and the U-shaped pipe 2, the design can improve the accuracy of quantitative discharging, namely, the capacity in the pipeline is also calculated into the quota of quantitative discharging, and therefore the reliability of the invention is ensured.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, the dosing bottle 6 is designed to have different specifications, and the dosing bottle 6 is connected with the bottom of the U-shaped pipe 2 through threads.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, a general diluent container for facilitating quantitative discharge is provided, and a feed inlet 10 is provided at the top of the storage tank body 1.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, the first valve 9, the second valve 8 and the third valve 7 are all push type valves, which is a common diluent container for facilitating quantitative discharge.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, a universal diluent holding device for facilitating quantitative discharge, the first valve 9, the second valve 8 and the third valve 7 are all in a closed state in an initial state;

1. A general diluent holds device convenient to ration is unloaded which characterized in that includes:
the storage tank comprises a storage tank body (1) and a traction pipe (5) extending into the storage tank body (1);
the storage tank is characterized by further comprising a U-shaped pipe (2), wherein the first end of the U-shaped pipe (2) is communicated with a traction pipe (5) and an extension pipe (4) respectively, the traction pipe (5) horizontally extends out of the storage tank body (1) and is communicated with the first end of the U-shaped pipe (2), the extension pipe (4) is vertically arranged, and the top of the extension pipe (4) is connected with a negative pressure pump (3);
the second end of the U-shaped pipe (2) is higher than the plane of the traction pipe (5), and a first valve (9) is arranged at the second end of the U-shaped pipe (2);
a quantitative bottle (6) is connected to U-shaped pipe (2) bottom, and quantitative bottle (6) bottom is provided with second valve (8), is provided with third valve (7) between quantitative bottle (6) and U-shaped pipe (2) bottom.
2. A universal diluent holding device for facilitating quantitative discharge according to claim 1, wherein the quantitative bottle (6) represents a capacity represented by the sum of capacities of the quantitative bottle (6) and the U-shaped tube (2).
3. The universal diluent containing device convenient for quantitative discharge as claimed in claim 2, wherein the quantitative bottles (6) are designed with different specifications, and the quantitative bottles (6) are connected with the bottom of the U-shaped pipe (2) through threads.
4. The universal diluent containing device for facilitating quantitative discharge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the storage tank body (1) is provided with a feed inlet (10).
5. A universal diluent container for facilitating metered discharge according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein said first valve (9), second valve (8) and third valve (7) are push type valves.
6. A universal diluent holding device for facilitating metered discharge according to claim 5 wherein the first valve (9), the second valve (8) and the third valve (7) are initially closed;
when quantitative discharging is started, the third valve (7) is opened, and the first valve (9) and the second valve (8) are closed;
when the two end faces of the U-shaped pipe (2) are flush, the first valve (9), the second valve (8) and the third valve (7) are opened to start discharging.
7. The universal diluent containing device convenient for quantitative discharge according to claim 6 is characterized in that the negative pressure pump (3) is driven by pulse current, and the negative pressure pump (3) is started at intervals;
under the starting state, the diluent enters the extension pipe (4), and under the stopping state, the diluent falls into the U-shaped pipe (2) and flows into the quantitative bottle (6) through the U-shaped pipe (2);
