In this embodiment, the frame body screw nut mechanism 7 includes a screw 71 and a nut 72 rotatably assembled on the frame 1, the nuts 72 are fixed on the first frame body 61 and the second frame body 62, the screw 71 is rotatably assembled on the frame 1 only through the upper end thereof, and the lower end is in transmission fit with the nut 72. In this embodiment, the heat sealing mechanism 5 includes a heat sealing member and a heat sealing driving mechanism. The heating sealing driving mechanism is a heating sealing air cylinder 54, and the heating sealing air cylinders 54 are arranged in two, are respectively arranged on the first frame body 61 and the second frame body 62, and are respectively used for driving the first heating sealing block 51 and the second heating sealing block 52. The first sealing surface 512 and the second sealing surface 521 are both provided with pressing teeth for sealing.

Before the bag opening is sealed, the bag clamping mechanism 3 is required to clamp the bottom of the bag opening to ensure that the bottom of the bag opening is tightened, so that the materials in the flat bag are more compact. In this embodiment, bag clamping mechanism 3 includes that the sack presss from both sides and drives the sack clamp actuating mechanism that the sack pressed from both sides and open and shut, and the sack presss from both sides the position that is used for the centre gripping sack bottom, makes the sack bottom tighten up. The bag mouth 501 in this embodiment is a portion for sealing the bag mouth of the flat bag 500, and has a certain length in the up-down direction.
The bag mouth clamping driving mechanism is a bag mouth clamping air cylinder 31. The sack presss from both sides including first holder 32 and second holder 33, and in this embodiment, first holder 32 and second holder 33 are the grip block that bilateral symmetry set up, and the grip block level sets up, and the one end of grip block is the stiff end, and the other end is the grip block, and the side face is the plane on the grip block. The first 32 and second 33 clamps each have a downwardly facing swage face 36, the swage faces 36 being adapted to compact material in the flat bag during descent of the bag jaws with the crane. In this embodiment, the pressing surface 36 is an arc surface with a matched shape of the bag opening.
In order to ensure the bag sealing quality, the bag opening bottom 503 is tightened, the moving space of the fine dried noodles in the flat bag is reduced, the bag clamping mechanism 3 is clamped at the bag opening bottom 503 and is close to the top surface 502 of the flat bag 500, and the heating sealing mechanism 5 is close to the bag clamping mechanism. Because the heating of the heating sealing block of the heating sealing mechanism 5 is higher in temperature, the clamping plate is heated, and then the clamping bag mouth is easy to deform the bag mouth and the top surface of the whole fine dried noodle flat bag, so that the heat sealing quality is affected, in order to solve the problem, cooling channels 34 are arranged in the two clamping plates in the embodiment, the cooling channels 34 are liquid cooling channels, the clamping plates are cooled through cooling liquid, and the sealing quality is improved. In this embodiment, the thickness of grip block clamping end is less than the thickness of stiff end, and the grip block thickness is thinner is favorable to the centre gripping sack like this, and stiff end thickness is thicker is convenient for increase cooling channel 34's sectional area, improves the cooling effect. In this embodiment, the cooling channel 34 in the clamping plate penetrates forward and backward, and the two ends of the cooling channel 34 are provided with cooling pipes.
In this embodiment, all be connected with holder seat 35 on first holder 32 and the second holder 33, the direction slip assembly is on the support body that corresponds about holder seat 35.
In this embodiment, the bag mouth clamping cylinder 31 is a second-stage combined cylinder, and comprises a first-stage cylinder 311 and a second-stage cylinder 312, wherein the first-stage cylinder 311 is fixed on a piston rod of the second-stage cylinder 312, and the second-stage cylinder 312 is installed on a corresponding frame body.
The bag mouth clamp has an opening state, a pre-clamping closing state and a clamping state; the first clamping piece 61 and the second clamping piece 62 are close to each other left and right, so that the bag mouth clamp can be changed from an opening state to a pre-clamping closing-up state, and the bag mouth clamp can also be changed from the pre-clamping closing-up state to a clamping state. When the bag mouth clamp is in a pre-clamping closing-up state, a closing-up gap matched with the bag mouth in a movable mode is formed between the first clamping piece 61 and the second clamping piece 62, so that the parts of the left side wall and the right side wall of the bag mouth, which are opposite to each other, of the bag mouth clamp on the lower side are gradually close to each other when the bag mouth clamp moves downwards, and the bag mouth bottom 503 is tightened. The opposite ends of the first and second clamps 61, 62 slidably engage the left and right sidewalls of the bag opening 500 when the bag opening bottom 503 is tightened. The first clamping piece 61 and the second clamping piece 62 clamp the bag mouth bottom 503 of the flat bag when the bag mouth clamp is in a clamping state.

When the bag mouth clamp is switched to the opening state and the pre-clamping closing-in state, the first clamping piece 61 is driven by the first-stage air cylinder 311, and when the bag mouth clamp is switched to the clamping state and the clamping closing-in state, the first clamping piece 61 is driven by the second-stage air cylinder 312. Two-stage combined cylinders of the bag mouth clamp driving mechanism are provided, the second clamping piece 62 is also driven by the two-stage combined cylinders, the specific structure is the same as the driving mode of the first clamping piece, and the description is omitted.
The first frame body 61 and the second frame body 62 in this embodiment have similar structures, and the first frame body 61 is taken as an example for description.
As shown in fig. 8, the first frame body 61 includes a fixing plate 612 fixed to the nut 72, and the nut 72 is further fixed to a slider 73 slidably engaged with the rack rail 11 in an up-and-down guiding manner. A rail fixing rod 613 extending left and right is fixed to the fixing plate 612, a holder rail 614 and a heat seal block rail 611 are fixed to the front and rear sides of the rail fixing rod 613, respectively, the holder seat 35 is slidably fitted to the holder rail 614, and the link frame 563 of the first seal block moving frame 56 is slidably fitted to the heat seal block rail 611.
In this embodiment, the second frame body 62 is further provided with a discharging mechanical gripper 10, the discharging mechanical gripper 10 includes two clamping jaws 101 and a clamping jaw cylinder 102 for driving the two clamping jaws 101 to open and close, the discharging mechanical gripper 10 further includes a swing arm 103 and a swing cylinder 104 for driving the swing arm 103 to move, and a cylinder body of the clamping jaw cylinder 102 is fixed on the swing arm 103. The second support body 62 is provided with a hinge shaft 105, a connecting lever 106 is fixed on the hinge shaft 105, a swing arm 103 is fixed on the hinge shaft 105, a piston rod of a swing cylinder 104 is connected with the connecting lever 106, the swing cylinder 104 swings through driving the connecting lever 106 to drive the swing arm 103 to move, so that a bag mouth remainder cut off by a cutter 55 is clamped and taken to one side of the second support body 62 by a clamping jaw 101, the clamping jaw 101 is provided with a remainder clamping position for clamping the bag mouth remainder in the horizontal direction and a discharging position for leaving the clamping position under the driving of the swing arm 103, a hopper 20 is arranged at the discharging position, and the hopper 20 is used for guiding the bag mouth remainder to leave. The hopper 20 is fixed to the second frame 62.
Certainly, in order to realize automatic sealing, the flat bag sealing device in this embodiment is further provided with a control system, and the control system is used for controlling actions of each part.
In this embodiment, the conveying device 2 includes a conveying belt 21 at the upstream and a conveying roller 22 at the downstream of the conveying belt 21, a weighing device for weighing the whole package of dried noodles is arranged at the position of the conveying roller 22, and two weighing arms of the weighing device pass through the adjacent conveying rollers to weigh the whole package of dried noodles in a manner of jacking the dried noodles.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a material blocking door 301 is further arranged on the rack 1, the material blocking door 301 has an opening position and a closing position, a position switch is arranged on the material blocking door 301, after the whole package of fine dried noodles reaches the sealing position, the material blocking door 301 is in a closing state, the position switch is triggered, the position switch gives a signal that the whole package of fine dried noodles reaches the sealing position, a weighing device is started to weigh the whole package of fine dried noodles, if the weight of the whole package of fine dried noodles is qualified, the material blocking door 301 is kept at the closing position, the weighing device gives a signal to start the bag folding mechanism 4, the bag clamping mechanism 3 and the heating sealing mechanism 5 to perform the sealing operation, the flat bag of the fine dried noodles is sealed according to a set program, after the sealing is completed, the material blocking door 301 is opened, and the conveying rollers.
If the weight of the whole package of fine dried noodles is not qualified, the material blocking door 301 is in the opening position, the whole package of fine dried noodles are directly conveyed away, and the sealing operation is not performed.
As shown in fig. 10, the material stop door 301 is hinged to the frame 1, the frame 1 is provided with a material stop door cylinder 302 for driving the material stop door 301 to move, the material stop door 301 is fixed on a material stop door shaft 303 and is hinged to the frame through the material stop door shaft 303, a material stop door connecting lever 304 is fixed on the material stop door shaft 303, a piston rod of the material stop door cylinder 302 is hinged to the material stop door connecting lever 304, and the material stop door cylinder 302 controls the material stop door 301 to open and close under the action of the control system.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11, in order to ensure the stability of the whole package of dried noodles in the conveying process, protection plates 401 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the conveying device 2, and the protection plates 401 can prevent the whole package of dried noodles from being inclined, and can ensure the position accuracy of the mouth of the whole package of dried noodles, thereby facilitating the sealing operation.
In this embodiment, the crane 6 downside is provided with protection plate mount pad 402, is provided with a plurality of protection plate guide holders 403 on the protection plate mount pad 402, is equipped with on the protection plate 401 with the protection plate guide holder about direction sliding fit's guide bar 405. The protection plate mounting seat 402 is assembled on the rack 1 in a vertically-guided sliding mode, a mounting seat nut 404 matched with a lead screw 71 of the rack body lead screw nut mechanism 7 is arranged on the protection plate mounting seat 402, and when the lead screw 71 rotates, the protection plate mounting seat 402 can lift synchronously with the lifting frame 6, so that the protection plate 401 and the lifting frame can lift synchronously. The protection plate 401 and the lifting frame 6 are lifted synchronously, and can adapt to flat bags with more height and size.
The working process of the flat bag sealing device in the embodiment is as follows:
the conveying device 2 of the flat pocket bag sealing machine conveys a flat pocket (namely, whole package of fine dried noodles) filled with materials to a sealing position, the material blocking door 301 is in a closed state, the position switch is triggered by the whole package of fine dried noodles to send a whole package of fine dried noodles in-place signal, the weight checking device checks the whole package of fine dried noodles, the weight of the whole package of fine dried noodles is unqualified, the material blocking door 301 is opened, the whole package of fine dried noodles are directly conveyed away, and the sealing operation cannot be carried out; when the weight of the whole fine dried noodles is qualified, the weighing device sends a signal to enable the control system to control the sealing machine to seal the whole fine dried noodles, and the lifting frame 6 is located at the lifting position at the moment.
The bag opening mechanism 9 is started, the suckers 91 on the left side and the right side of the bag opening mechanism 9 suck the outer walls of the bag openings on the left side and the right side of the bag opening to open the bag openings, and the folding arms of the bag folding mechanism 4 can enter the bag opening mechanism.
The lifting seat 41 of the bag folding mechanism 4 moves downwards to drive the first folding arm 432 and the second folding arm 431 to move downwards, the first folding arm 432 and the second folding arm 431 horizontally move relatively to each other to fold the front and rear ends of the bag opening, after the bag opening is folded, the bag opening is clamped by the first folding arm 432 and the second folding arm 431, the first folding arm 432 and the second folding arm 431 keep the position unchanged, and the bag opening is fixed by the bag folding mechanism.
The lifting seat 41 ascends to perform a lifting and tensioning stroke, and drives the first folding arm 432 and the second folding arm 431 to move upwards to tension the flat pocket.
The first clamping piece 32 and the second clamping piece 33 of the bag clamping mechanism 3 move relatively, so that the bag opening clamp is changed from an opening state to a pre-clamping closing-up state, at the moment, the bag opening clamp clamps the position on which the bag opening is close to, then the lifting frame 6 descends under the action of the frame body screw nut mechanism 7, the first clamping piece 32 and the second clamping piece 33 of the clamping mechanism move downwards, the part, below the bag opening clamp, on the bag opening is gradually tightened until the bag opening clamp moves to the bottom of the bag opening, and the material in the bag is flattened and compacted by the material pressing surface 36. The first clamping piece 32 and the second clamping piece 33 continue to move relatively, so that the bag opening clamp is in a clamping state, the bag opening clamp is clamped by the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece of the bag opening clamp at the moment, the tightening of the bottom of the bag opening is completed, and the bag opening is in a tightening state.
Then, the heat sealing mechanism 5 is operated to heat-seal the bag opening, and the excess material of the bag opening is cut off by the cutter 55 after heat-sealing.
The blanking mechanical claw 10 clamps the excess material of the bag opening, the bag folding mechanism 4 returns to the initial state, the blanking mechanical claw 10 transfers the excess material of the bag opening to the hopper 20, and the heating sealing mechanism 5 and the bag clamping mechanism 3 return to the initial state. The material blocking door 302 is opened, and the whole package of fine dried noodles after sealing is conveyed away, so that the sealing operation is completed.
The embodiment 2 of the flat-pocket sealing device of the invention is different from the above embodiments only in that in the embodiment, the heating sealing member comprises a heating sealing knife and a cushion block, the cushion block does not need to be heated, and a cooling channel is arranged on a clamping member below the heating sealing. In other embodiments, when setting up two heat-seal mouthful pieces, also can not set up the cutter in heat-seal mouthful piece department again, increase the process in addition and excise, perhaps when the sack size is more accurate, only need seal can, need not excise the sack clout. In other embodiments, the two heat sealing opening blocks can be provided with the cutters, and the two cutters are matched to cut away excess materials of the bag opening.
Embodiment 3 of the flat-pocket closure of the invention, the flat-pocket closure of this embodiment differs from the previous embodiments only in that in this embodiment the heat seal is in sliding engagement with the mouth clamp.
Embodiment 4 of the flat-pocket sealing device of the present invention, the flat-pocket sealing device in this embodiment is different from the above embodiments only in that in this embodiment, the cooling medium in the cooling channel is air. In other embodiments, no cooling channels may be provided in the pocket clips. For example, overheating of the bag mouth clamp can be prevented by increasing the distance between the bag mouth clamp and the heating sealing piece.
Embodiment 5 of the flat-pocket closing device of the present invention, the flat-pocket closing device of this embodiment is different from the above-described embodiments only in that, in this embodiment, the first clamping member includes a plurality of clamping blocks arranged in tandem. In other embodiments, the second clamping member may be a plurality of clamping blocks. In other embodiments, the left and right ends of the clamping plate may be of equal thickness.
Embodiment 6 of the sealing device for a flat bag according to the present invention is different from the above embodiments only in that in this embodiment, the bag mouth clip is made of a non-metal material, such as rubber. In other embodiments, the heating element may also be a high temperature resistant non-metallic material.
The embodiment 7 of the flat-pocket sealing device of the present invention is different from the above embodiments only in that the protection plate is directly installed on the frame in this embodiment.
In the embodiment 8 of the sealing device for a flat pocket of the present invention, the sealing device for a flat pocket in the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments only in that the lifting frame in the present embodiment is driven by the driving belt to lift. In other embodiments, the lifting frame can be driven to lift through a cylinder, an electric push rod, a linear motor, a gear rack mechanism and the like.
In a specific embodiment 9 of the flat pocket sealing device of the present invention, the flat pocket sealing device in this embodiment is different from the above embodiments only in that in this embodiment, the first frame body and the second frame body of the lifting frame are connected by a connecting rod, and at this time, two screw and nut mechanisms are arranged on the left and right. In other embodiments, only one lead screw and nut mechanism can be arranged to drive the lifting frame.
The embodiment 10 of the flat-pocket sealing device of the invention is different from the above embodiments only in that the upper end and the lower end of the screw-nut mechanism are rotatably matched with the frame.
A specific embodiment 11 of the flat-pocket sealing device of the present invention is different from the above-mentioned embodiments only in that, in this embodiment, the pocket mouth clamp driving mechanism is any one of an electric push rod, a linear motor and a hydraulic cylinder, or a combination of any two of them.
A specific embodiment 12 of the flat-pocket closure of the present invention, wherein the flat-pocket closure differs from the previous embodiments only in that in this embodiment the heat seal is in sliding engagement with the mouth clamp.
The embodiment 13 of the sealing device for a flat pocket of the present invention is different from the above embodiments only in that, in this embodiment, the first clamping member and the second clamping member do not apply pressure to the material in the flat pocket during the lowering process, which is suitable for the case that the material in the pocket is relatively dense, or the material in the pocket is compacted in advance before sealing. Similarly, the bag folding mechanism can also be free of lifting and tensioning stroke, and the bag opening is not lifted any more after being folded and clamped by the bag folding mechanism.
In other embodiments, the linear driving mechanism adopting the air cylinder or the lead screw nut in the above embodiments may be replaced by an electric push rod, a linear motor, or a hydraulic cylinder. In other embodiments, the screw and the nut of any one of the screw-nut mechanisms may be used as a driving member, and the other is a driven member.

it is characterized in that the flat bag sealing device further comprises:
the bag clamping mechanism comprises a bag opening clamp positioned on the lower side of the heating sealing piece when the heating sealing piece is used for heat-sealing a bag opening and a bag opening clamp driving mechanism for driving the bag opening clamp to open and close, the bag opening clamp comprises a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece which are arranged on the left and right sides, and the bag opening clamp has an opening state, a pre-clamping closing state and a clamping state; the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are mutually close left and right to change the bag opening clamp from an opening state to a pre-clamping closing state;
when the bag mouth clamp is in a pre-clamping closing state, a closing gap for movably matching with the bag mouth is formed between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, so that the parts of the left and right opposite side walls of the bag mouth, which are positioned at the lower side of the bag mouth clamp, gradually approach when the bag mouth clamp moves downwards, and the bottom of the bag mouth is tightened;
when the bag mouth clamp is in a clamping state, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece clamp the bottom of the bag mouth of the flat bag;
the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting frame and a lifting driving mechanism for driving the lifting frame to move up and down, and the bag clamping mechanism and the heating sealing mechanism are both arranged on the lifting frame and lift up and down along with the lifting frame; the lifting stroke of the lifting frame is provided with a lifting position and a descending position;
the control system is used for controlling the bag clamping driving mechanism, the heating sealing piece driving mechanism and the lifting driving mechanism;
when the lifting frame is at the lifting position, the bag mouth clamp is folded from an opening state to a pre-clamping closing state, the bag mouth clamp keeps the pre-clamping closing state and descends along with the lifting frame to tighten the bottom of the bag mouth in the process that the lifting frame moves from the lifting position to the descending position, the bag mouth clamp is at a clamping state when the lifting frame is at the descending position, and the heating sealing mechanism heat-seals the bag mouth after the bag mouth is clamped by the bag mouth clamp;
and the fixing clamp mechanism is controlled by the control system, and the upper part of the pocket opening is clamped by the fixing clamp mechanism in the descending process of the lifting frame.

The flat-pocket closing device according to claim 1, wherein the flat-pocket closing device comprises a pocket folding mechanism for folding the pocket mouth, the pocket folding mechanism constituting the retaining clip mechanism, and a folding arm of the pocket folding mechanism constituting a retaining clip of the retaining clip mechanism for clamping the pocket mouth.

The flatpocket sealing device of claim 1, wherein the elevating driving mechanism comprises a lead screw and nut mechanism, the lead screw and nut mechanism comprises a lead screw extending up and down and a nut arranged on an elevating frame, and the elevating frame is assembled on the frame in an up-and-down guiding and sliding manner.
4. The flat-pocket closure device according to claim 3, wherein the threaded spindle is rotatably mounted on the frame by its upper end.

The flat pocket sealing device according to claim 3, wherein the lifting frame comprises a first frame body and a second frame body which are arranged at intervals from left to right, the first frame body and the second frame body are driven by at least one lead screw and nut mechanism to lift, and the lead screw and nut mechanism for driving the first frame body is in transmission connection with the lead screw and nut mechanism for driving the second frame body; the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece of the bag mouth clamp are respectively arranged on the first frame body and the second frame body.

The flat pocket sealing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the flat pocket sealing device comprises a conveying device for conveying the whole material forward, a protection plate for protecting the whole material is arranged on the upper side of the conveying device at left and right intervals, and the protection plate is driven by the lifting driving mechanism to lift synchronously with the lifting frame.

The flat-pocket sealing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a bag opening mechanism for opening the pocket mouth is arranged on the upper side of the heating sealing piece, and the bag opening mechanism comprises a sucker for sucking the outer walls of the pocket mouth at the left side and the right side of the pocket mouth and a sucker driving mechanism for driving the sucker to move left and right.

The plain pocket closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bag mouth clamp driving mechanism comprises a primary cylinder and a secondary cylinder, one of the primary cylinder and the secondary cylinder is provided on a piston rod of the other, the first clamping member is driven by the primary cylinder when the bag mouth clamp is switched from the open state to the pre-clamping closed state, and the first clamping member is driven by the secondary cylinder when the bag mouth clamp is switched from the pre-clamping closed state to the clamping state.
9. The flat-pocket closure device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the heat sealing member is spaced up and down from the mouth of the pocket clip when heat sealing the mouth of the pocket.

The flat bag opening sealing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the heat sealing member comprises a first heat sealing port block and a second heat sealing port block arranged left and right, the first heat sealing port block and the second heat sealing port block are used for realizing heat sealing of the bag opening after clamping the bag opening, and the first clamping member and the second clamping member are respectively arranged at the lower sides of the first heat sealing port block and the second heat sealing port block when the heat sealing mechanism is used for heat sealing the bag opening.
