In this embodiment, when the hydraulic ram 30 presses the scrap metal forward, a twisting force is generated due to the pressing action between one end of the scrap metal and the slot b2 of the twisting head b1, the twisting head b1 rotates due to the twisting force, and the metal is still deformed by the forward pressing force when contacting with the slot b2, when the metal in deformation slides away from the slot b2 of the twisting head b1 in twisting, a certain vibration is generated due to elastic deformation recovery, which is beneficial to shake the fine particles on the metal surface onto the upper surface of the inclined plane 10 or the chute 101 of the bottom, meanwhile, when the twisting head b1 twists, the metal pick b3 fixed on one side of the metal pick b3 continuously contacts with the stop pillar b5 of the bottom in twisting, the metal pick b3 elastically deforms due to the blocking of the stop pillar b5 in twisting, when separating from the stop pillar b5, and the vibration is amplified by the connection of the soft steel cable 4 to the pressing head 30, the extrusion head 30 generates certain vibration to act on the metal extruded at the front end, so that the separation and falling of fine particles are facilitated, the chute 101 is prevented from being blocked, and the fine particles are accelerated to enter the receiving groove 11 along the chute 101.
The working principle of the packer for recovering construction waste metals is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1-6, firstly, the recycled scrap metal is placed in the compression tank 1, then the hydraulic pressure plate 2 presses the scrap metal downwards through hydraulic drive, then the hydraulic pressure compression member 3 further compresses the scrap metal transversely through another hydraulic drive, fine particles such as chips, sand and stones on the surface or bent part of the scrap metal fall onto the inclined plane 10 and the chute 101 of the compression tank 1 due to metal extrusion deformation and vibration generated by the whole operation of the device, and part of the fine particles slide into the receiving groove 11 due to gravitational potential energy, during the forward displacement and extrusion process of the hydraulic head 30, the upper extrusion member 301 and the lower accumulation member 303 respectively ensure that the movable wheel 305 and the rolling cleaning member 304 are tightly attached to the lower surface of the hydraulic pressure plate 2 and the upper surface of the inclined plane 10 due to the elastic force of the spring 3011, when the hydraulic head 30 carries the rolling cleaning member 304 to move forward along the inclined plane 10, the latch a2 fixed on the outer wall of the roller a1 rotates when rubbing against the upper surface of the inclined plane 10, thereby drive each steel ball a3 through gyro wheel a1 and displace in chute 101, latch a2 pushes away the tiny granule of inclined plane 10 upper surface to in chute 101, in the tiny granule was sent to and is connect silo 11 by the promotion of steel ball a3 and gravitational potential energy again, or the broken tiny granule of bottom of extruded piece 303 under the cooperation, in the steel ball a3 passes through the traction of stay cord a4 along gyro wheel a1 outer wall rotary motion process, still can dredge chute 101 and prevent that tiny granule from blockking up the arc wall between long-pending pressure member 303 and the rolling clearance piece 304 down, avoid gyro wheel a1 card to die.
When the hydraulic head 30 extrudes the scrap metal forwards, because the extrusion action of one end of the scrap metal and the clamping groove b2 on the twisting head b1 generates a twisting force, the twisting head b1 rotates due to the action of the twisting force, and the metal is still deformed by the forward extrusion force when contacting with the clamping groove b2, when the metal during deformation slides away from the clamping groove b2 on the twisting head b1 during twisting, a certain vibration is generated due to the elastic deformation recovery, so that fine particles on the metal surface can be shaken off to the upper surface of the inclined plane 10 or the chute 101 at the bottom, meanwhile, when the twisting head b1 twists, the metal plectrum b3 fixed at one side of the metal plectrum b3 can continuously contact with the stop pillar b5 at the bottom during twisting, the metal plectrum b3 elastically deforms due to the blocking of the stop pillar b5 during twisting, and vibrates after being separated from the stop pillar b5, and the soft b4 is connected with each other to amplify the vibration to act on the extrusion head 30, the extrusion head 30 generates certain vibration to act on the metal extruded at the front end, so that the separation and falling of fine particles are facilitated, the chute 101 is prevented from being blocked, and the fine particles are accelerated to enter the receiving groove 11 along the chute 101.
