At present, the engine assembly process needs to rotate the tray according to the assembly station, wherein the tray stopper pin is required to be pulled out and the tray is required to be turned in place and then inserted, the traditional pin pulling device can only pull out the pin in a single mode, or the pin is pushed or pulled out, the push type is more applicable when the top surface part is assembled, the part below the assembly is pulled out and the pin is more applicable, the assembly of different procedures in the existing engine assembly process is required to be continuously switched between high-level and low-level, and therefore the traditional device for inserting and pulling out the pin of the tray can not meet the assembly requirement.

As shown in fig. 1, in the assembly process, when an operator stands on a part with a higher assembly position, the free part 11 of the movable bayonet lock 1 is used for clamping a tray, when the tray needs to be rotated, the operator does not need to bend down and steps on the push-pull pin plate 3, at the moment, the push-pull pin plate 3 is movably connected with the connecting rod i 4, at the moment, the push-pull pin plate 3 pulls the connecting rod i 4 to move downwards, the connecting rod i 4 drives the connecting rod ii 6 to rotate leftwards, the lower end of the connecting rod ii 6 drags the connecting part 12 of the movable bayonet lock 1 to move rightwards, so that the movable bayonet lock 1 moves rightwards to be separated from the tray, the tray is not clamped any more, the tray can be freely rotated, and when the tray rotates to the installation position, the operator can loosen the foot of the push-pull pin plate 3, and the movable bayonet lock 1 moves leftwards to clamp the tray due to the action of the reset spring 8. When the assembly position of the parts is lower, due to the general squatting and bending assembly operation of an operator, the operator can grasp the hand lever 5 when the tray needs to be rotated, the connecting rod II 6 rotates anticlockwise, the connecting rod II 6 pulls the movable bayonet lock 1 to move rightwards to be separated from the tray, the tray can rotate freely, the operator releases the hand lever 5 when the tray rotates to the assembly position, and the movable bayonet lock 1 moves leftwards to clamp the tray under the action of the elastic force of the reset spring 8. Therefore, the device can provide two pin pulling modes, can be used for pulling pins by hands and can also be used for stepping on the pins, so that the problem of pin turning compatibility of the pins in different procedures in the assembly process of the engine is solved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
