Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a self-cleaning shower head may include a body 1, a top cover 2, a dial 3, and a spring 4. The body 1, the top cover 2 and the dial 3 are injection-molded parts, so that the mass production is facilitated, and the production cost is reduced. The body 1 has a shank 11 and a head 12. The water inlet of the handle part 11 is provided with a threaded joint 5 so as to be convenient for connecting a shower hose. The head 12 is generally disc-shaped. The top end of the head 12 is open to facilitate the installation of the dial 3; the bottom end is a water outlet surface, and water outlet holes 13 are densely distributed on the bottom end. The body 1 may be integrally injection molded. The top cover 2 seals the top opening of the body 1 and forms a chamber 121 with the body 1. The top cover 2 and the body 1 can be fixed together by ultrasonic welding. The body 1 is formed with a water inlet channel 14, and a water outlet 141 of the water inlet channel 14 is located in the cavity 121. Preferably, the water outlet is arranged near the middle of the head 12. The dial 3 is movably arranged in the cavity 121, and needles 31 which extend downwards and correspond to the water outlet holes 13 one by one are densely distributed on the dial and a suspended sealing plug 32 is convexly arranged upwards. The sealing plug 32 is used to open and close the water outlet 13. The lower end of the spring 4 abuts the upper surface of the sealing plug 32 and the upper end abuts the inner wall of the top cover 2. When in use, under the action of water inlet pressure, the sealing plug 32 (equivalent to the dial 3) is jacked upwards, the needle 31 leaves the water outlet hole 13, the shower head discharges water, and meanwhile, the spring 4 is compressed, as shown in fig. 7; when water is shut off, because the water outlet 13 has no pressure, the dial 3 moves downwards under the action of the return elasticity of the spring 3, the needle 31 is inserted into the water outlet 13, and water scale on the water outlet 13 is removed, so that self-cleaning is realized. The whole shower head is simple in structure, few in parts, convenient to install and low in production cost.
In the shown embodiment the dial 3 is of an open construction. In particular, the dial 3 is formed with rings that increase from inside to outside in succession and radial ribs that connect between the rings. On one hand, the material cost can be saved, and on the other hand, the whole weight of the water-saving jack can be reduced, so that the water-saving jack can be jacked even under the condition of low water pressure, and various use scenes are met. Preferably, the dial 3 may be integrally injection molded from plastic to reduce production costs.
For convenience of installation, the body 1 is provided with a plurality of positioning posts 15, and the dial 3 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 33 corresponding to the positioning posts 15 one by one. The dial 3 is movably sleeved on the positioning column 15 through the positioning hole 33 and movably installed in the cavity 121. In the illustrated embodiment, the positioning posts 15 are four in number and are arranged in a rectangular pattern. Accordingly, the four positioning holes 33 are also distributed in a rectangular shape. During installation, the positioning hole 33 of the dial 3 is only required to be aligned with the positioning column 15 for insertion, which is very convenient.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the upper surface of the sealing plug 32 is provided with a blind hole 321 and the inner wall of the top cover 2 is provided with a cross 21. The lower end of the spring 4 is positioned in the blind hole 321, and the upper end of the spring 4 is sleeved on the cross 21, so that the spring 4 is prevented from shifting left and right in the using process, and the service life is prevented from being influenced. It should be understood that cross 21 may be replaced with a cylindrical protrusion or a blind hole.
In the present embodiment, the sealing plug 32 is cylindrical, and a plurality of notches 322 are provided at a lower portion of the cylindrical wall thereof and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction. Therefore, when water enters, the water can flow out from the plurality of notches 322, so that the water outlet of the water outlet hole 13 is more uniform.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the inlet channel 14 includes two spaced rectangular horizontal channels 142 and a tubular vertical channel 144 at the end of the horizontal channel 142 and communicating with the horizontal channel 142. The upper end of the vertical channel 144 is open to form a water outlet 141. Specifically, the horizontal channel 142 is constituted by an open groove 1421 on the top cover and an open groove 1422 on the body 1. This is favorable to the simplification of mould design, saves the mould cost.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
