This embodiment is preferably 0.1mm.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to prevent the adjusting needle 320 from completely blocking the water outlet nozzle 210 and to secure a minimum preferable gap, ribs 211, which are preferably 0.1mm thick, may be provided on the outer circumference of the adjusting needle or on the inner wall of the water outlet nozzle, in this embodiment, on the inner wall of the water outlet nozzle 210. When the water pressure is small or no water pressure is present, a gap can be kept between the regulating needle 320 and the water outlet nozzle 210, so that the water outlet is not completely blocked.

6. The adaptive pressure shower head of claim 4, wherein said adjustment pin is tapered with a large root and a small tip.
