Further, in some embodiments, the automatic fluid injection device for testing further comprises a positioning mechanism 40 communicatively connected to the main controller for positioning the injection port 311 above the opened homogenizer bag 60. The positioning mechanism 40 comprises a signal emitting element 41 and a signal receiving element 42, in some embodiments, the signal emitting element 41 is disposed on the base 10, and the signal receiving element 42 is disposed on the injection body 31; in other embodiments, the signal receiving element 42 is disposed on the base 10 and the signal emitting element 41 is disposed on the injection body 31. In the two embodiments, the signal emitting element 41 and the signal receiving element 42 are arranged oppositely in the vertical direction, the number of the signal emitting element 41 or the signal receiving element 42 arranged on the base 10 corresponds to the number of the bag opening mechanisms 20, the arrangement position of the signal emitting element corresponds to the position of the bag opening mechanism 20, when the liquid injection mechanism 30 moves, the signal receiving element 42 or the signal emitting element 41 corresponding to the bag opening mechanism 20 of the opened bag starts to work, the signal receiving element 42 receives a signal sent by the corresponding signal emitting element 41, or the corresponding signal receiving element 42 sends a positioning signal to the main controller after receiving the signal sent by the signal emitting element 41, and the main controller controls the liquid injection driving element to stop working and controls the liquid injection pump 35 to start to inject liquid. In some embodiments, the positioning mechanism 40 may be an infrared positioner, a laser positioner, or other positioner known in the art.
In some embodiments, a load cell 70 for weighing the sample is further disposed on the base 10, the load cell 70 is in communication with the main controller, the load cell 70 is disposed between the two bag-opening members 21 and is disposed corresponding to the homogenization bag 60, and the load cell 70 can automatically detect the weight of the sample after the user puts the sample into the homogenization bag 60. In some embodiments, the liquid injection mechanism 30 further includes a flow meter 34 for measuring the injection amount of the liquid injection body 31, the flow meter 34 is in communication connection with the control unit, and the weighing sensor 70 is matched to realize automatic liquid injection after the sample is input; in this embodiment, the main controller further includes a memory, where the memory stores the corresponding relationship between the sample weight and the injection amount, the main controller reads the sample weight of the weighing sensor 70 and obtains the corresponding preset injection amount, and the on/off of the injection pump 35 is further controlled by reading the real-time injection amount of the flow meter 34. That is, after the experimenter added the sample to the opened homogeneous bag 60, the weight sensor identified the current sample weight and sent to the main controller, the main controller obtained the preset injection amount corresponding to the current sample weight through the corresponding relationship between the sample weight and the injection amount in the memory, and controlled the opening of the injection pump 35, when the flowmeter 34 detected that the injection amount reached the preset injection amount, the main controller controlled the injection pump 35 to stop working, and simultaneously controlled the bag opening driving member to drive the bag opening mechanism 20 to close the bag opening, and controlled the injection driving member to drive the injection body 31 to move to the top of the next opened homogeneous bag 60.
The following are specific operation steps of one embodiment of the automatic liquid injection device for the inspection provided by the invention:
s1, starting up, controlling one bag opening mechanism 20 to be electrified by a main controller, namely, an electromagnet 211 adsorbs a magnetic piece 61 on a homogeneous bag 60, driving the bag opening mechanism 20 to drive two bag opening pieces 21 to move along the direction to the back, and further opening a bag opening;
s2, separating the cover body 52 from the feeding port 51 by an experimenter, and feeding a sample into the homogenizing bag 60 with the mouth opened through the feeding port 51;
s3, after the weighing sensor 70 detects the weight of the sample in the homogenizing bag 60, automatically identifying the preset liquid injection amount corresponding to the weight of the sample, simultaneously controlling the liquid injection driving piece by the main controller to drive the liquid injection body 31 to rotate, and after the signal receiving piece 42 receives a signal sent by the signal sending piece 41 corresponding to the bag opening mechanism 20 of the opened bag, controlling the liquid injection driving piece to stop working by the main controller, positioning the liquid injection port 311 above the homogenized bag 60 of the opened bag, and controlling the liquid injection pump 35 to start liquid injection;
s4, when the flow meter 34 detects that the liquid injection amount reaches the preset liquid injection amount corresponding to the weight of the sample, the main controller controls the liquid injection pump 35 to stop working, the bag opening driving piece controls the two bag opening pieces 21 to move oppositely to restore the original state, meanwhile, the electromagnet 211 on the bag opening mechanism 20 is powered off, the bag opening of the homogeneous bag 60 filled with liquid in the middle of the bag opening mechanism 20 is closed under the attraction effect of the magnetic pieces 61 on the two side walls, the liquid injection work is completed, and meanwhile, the next bag opening mechanism 20 is powered on to start working to perform the next liquid injection work.
S5, stopping working after the main controller detects that all homogeneous bags 60 are filled with liquid completely, or stopping the filling work of the automatic filling device for inspection by an experimenter through power failure;
s6, separating the shell 50 from the base 10, and taking out the homogeneous bag 60 filled with the liquid by an experimenter to perform the next operation.
By utilizing the automatic liquid injection device for inspection, provided by the invention, automatic sequential liquid injection of a plurality of homogeneous bags or culture bags with samples can be realized, automatic complete sealing or local sealing can be realized, the manual participation is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

1. An automatic priming device is used in inspection, its characterized in that includes:
the device comprises a base (10), wherein a liquid storage container (11) is arranged in the base (10);
at least one bag opening mechanism (20) disposed on the base (10), comprising: the device comprises two bag opening pieces (21) for opening the mouth of a homogenizing bag (60), an electromagnet (211) arranged on the bag opening pieces (21), a bag opening driving piece, at least one guide piece (22) and at least one pair of magnetic pieces (61) which are mutually attracted and arranged on two side walls of the homogenizing bag (60), wherein the homogenizing bag (60) is clamped between the two bag opening pieces (21); the two bag opening pieces (21) are arranged oppositely, and the electromagnets (211) are respectively arranged on two opposite surfaces of the two bag opening pieces (21) which are arranged oppositely;
before liquid injection, the electromagnet (211) is electrified, the electromagnet (211) on the bag opening piece (21) adsorbs the magnetic piece (61) on the side wall of the homogenizing bag (60), and the two oppositely arranged bag opening pieces (21) move on the guide piece (22) along opposite directions to drive the two side walls of the homogenizing bag (60) to move towards opposite directions, so that the homogenizing bag (60) is opened; after the liquid injection is finished, the two oppositely arranged bag opening pieces (21) move on the guide piece (22) along opposite directions, the electromagnet (211) is powered off, the magnetic pieces (61) arranged in pairs attract each other, and the homogenizing bag (60) is closed;
the guide piece (22) is a guide groove (221), the bottom of the bag opening piece (21) is provided with a guide block (212) which slides in the guide groove, the two bag opening pieces (21) move along the guide groove (221) through the guide block (212), and the moving directions of the two guide blocks (212) in the guide groove (221) are opposite; or the guide piece (22) is a guide rail (222), the bottom of the bag opening piece (21) is provided with a guide groove (213) matched with the guide rail (222), two bag opening pieces (21) move along the guide rail (222) through the guide groove (213), and the moving directions of the two guide grooves (213) on the guide rail (222) are opposite;
the magnetic piece (61) is a strip-shaped magnetic piece with the same width as the homogenizing bag (60), and the strip-shaped magnetic piece is arranged in parallel with the width direction of the homogenizing bag (60); or the magnetic pieces (61) are at least two magnetic sheets arranged on the side wall of the homogenizing bag (60) at intervals;
a liquid injection mechanism (30) disposed on the base (10), comprising: the liquid injection device comprises a liquid injection body (31) internally provided with a liquid injection pipe (33), and a liquid injection driving piece for driving the liquid injection body (31) to move, wherein the liquid injection body (31) is movably connected with the base (10), a liquid injection port (311) for injecting liquid into the homogenizing bag (60) is arranged on the liquid injection body (31), the liquid injection body (31) comprises a liquid injection pump (35) for sucking the liquid in the liquid storage container (11) to the liquid injection port (311), and the liquid injection pipe is respectively communicated with the liquid storage container (11) and the liquid injection port (311);
the main controller is in communication connection with the bag opening driving piece, the liquid injection driving piece and the liquid injection pump;
the power supply mechanism is used for supplying power to the bag opening mechanism (20), the liquid injection mechanism (30), the liquid injection pump (35), the bag opening driving piece and the main controller;
the liquid injection mechanism (30) moves the liquid injection port (311) to a position corresponding to the opening of the opened homogeneous bag (60) under the driving of the liquid injection driving piece, and liquid is injected into the homogeneous bag (60) through the liquid injection pump (35);
the base (10) is also provided with a weighing sensor (70) for weighing the sample, the weighing sensor (70) is in communication connection with the main controller, and the weighing sensor (70) is arranged between the two bag opening pieces (21) and is arranged corresponding to the homogenizing bag (60);
the liquid injection mechanism (30) further comprises a flow meter (34) used for measuring the liquid injection amount of the liquid injection body (31), and the flow meter (34) is in communication connection with the main controller;
the main controller further comprises a storage, the storage stores the corresponding relation between the sample weight and the liquid injection amount, the main controller reads the sample weight of the weighing sensor (70), obtains the preset liquid injection amount corresponding to the sample weight, and controls the opening and closing of the liquid injection pump (35) by reading the numerical value of the flow meter and comparing the numerical value with the preset liquid injection amount.

The automatic liquid injection device for the inspection according to claim 1, wherein the liquid injection driving member drives the liquid injection body (31) to rotate through a rotating disc (32), the liquid injection body (31) is fixedly connected with the rotating disc (32), and the liquid injection pipe (33) extends into the liquid storage container (11) through the rotating disc (32).

The automatic liquid injection device for the inspection according to claim 2, wherein the liquid injection body (31) comprises a column (313) fixedly connected with the rotating disk (32) and a liquid injection piece (312) fixedly connected with the column (313), one end of the liquid injection piece (312) is fixedly connected with the column (313), the other end of the liquid injection piece is provided with the liquid injection port (311), and the liquid injection port (311) and the column (313) are connected to the same side of the liquid injection piece (312).

The automatic priming device for the inspection according to claim 3, further comprising a positioning mechanism (40) communicatively connected with the main controller, wherein the positioning mechanism (40) comprises a signal emitting element (41) and a signal receiving element (42), one of the signal emitting element (41) and the signal receiving element (42) is arranged on the base (10), the other of the signal emitting element (41) and the signal receiving element (42) is arranged on the priming element (312), and the signal emitting element (41) and the signal receiving element (42) are oppositely arranged in a vertical direction;
the number and the arrangement positions of the signal emitting pieces (41) or the signal receiving pieces (42) arranged on the base (10) correspond to those of the bag opening mechanisms (20) one by one;
and after receiving the signal of the signal emitting piece (41), the signal receiving piece (42) sends a positioning signal to the main controller, and the main controller controls the liquid injection driving piece to stop working and controls the liquid injection pump to start injecting liquid.
5. The automatic priming device for testing of claim 1, wherein said reservoir (11) is detachably connected to said base (10), and said priming tube (33) is detachably connected to said priming body (31).

The automatic liquid injection device for the inspection according to claim 1, further comprising a housing (50) covering the bag opening mechanism (20) and the liquid injection mechanism (30), wherein the housing (50) is detachably connected to the base (10), the top surface of the housing (50) is provided with material feeding ports (51) corresponding to the positions and the number of the homogeneous bags (60), the material feeding ports (51) are provided with cover bodies (52) covering the material feeding ports (51), and the cover bodies (52) are movably connected to the material feeding ports (51).
