2. According to the invention, after the rotating pressurizing turntable rotates, the inner rotating wheel presses the pendulum page into the clamping groove while rotating, so that the rope sliding block covers the cavity of the blocking block, the blocking block is blocked by phase change, the water flow pressure in the overflow cavity is increased, the problem of phase change pressurization under the condition of overlong distance and insufficient pressure is effectively solved, and the sufficient water flow pressure is ensured.
