神经外科术后防粘连膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医用材料领域,具体涉及一种神经外科术后防粘连膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
粘连是结缔组织纤维与相邻的组织或器官结合在一起而形成的异常结构,其大小可以从一片纤维的薄膜到稠密的血管疤痕。术后粘连是手术常见并发症之一。神经外科手术后的粘连除了涉及一般外科手术的粘连问题外还存在粘连组织或器官影响神经系统的问题。例如,手术治疗腰推间盘突出症是常见的治疗方法,其中一部分经手术达到治愈目的。然而仍有10%~21%的病人存在小腿外侧及足背部麻木不适感,神经根周围组织粘连受压是其主要原因。
此外,神经外科手术后,即使新鲜清洁的周围神经断裂伤,以及采用先进的显微外科技术进行修改,通常也不可能获得完全再生,功能也往往不能完全恢复。例如,应当显微缝合技术修复周围神经损伤是临床上主要的方法,但是单纯缝合后由于炎症反应等造成局部瘢痕组织增生粘连直接影响了神经修改的效果。显微缝合后神经缝合口出瘢痕组织的增生和局部与周围组织的粘连不仅影响局部的微循环,而且瘢痕早期可阻碍再生轴突向远端延伸,晚期又可能牵拉压迫神经吻合口,造成神经显微排列结构紊乱,妨碍神经功能的恢复。
近些年来,在术后容易发生粘连的部位植入隔离材料即防粘连材料,已成为国际上防止手术后粘连的通用做法,目前临床上常用聚乳酸钠预防术后粘连,但是由于其纯度不高、无消炎作用,用后效果不尽如人意;很多国家也曾尝试过用可吸收聚乳酸类固体材料来达到隔离创面并预防和减少粘连的目的,但其强度和刚度太强,柔韧性不足,因此防粘连效果也并不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种神经外科术后防粘连膜及其制备方法,具有优良的防粘连效果,同时可以促进神经修复,具有消炎抗菌的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
神经外科术后防粘连膜,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
生物基聚酯热塑性弹性体5~15份、聚乳酸20~30份、二氧化硅气凝胶7~13份、维生素B1 0.3~0.9份、神经生长因子(NGF)0.3~0.6份、厚朴酚0.1~0.3份、山奈酚0.1~0.3份、无水乙醇 10~20份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
生物基聚酯热塑性弹性体5份、聚乳酸20份、二氧化硅气凝胶7份、维生素B1 0.3份、神经生长因子(NGF)0.3份、厚朴酚0.1份、山奈酚0.1份、无水乙醇 10份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
生物基聚酯热塑性弹性体15份、聚乳酸30份、二氧化硅气凝胶13份、维生素B1 0.9份、神经生长因子(NGF)0.6份、厚朴酚0.3份、山奈酚0.3份、无水乙醇 20份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:

本发明还提供了上述神经外科术后防粘连膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按上述的配方称取各组分;
S2、将所称取的生物基聚酯热塑性弹性体进行静电纺丝,并将所得的纺丝编织成三维交错网络结构特征的纤维毡结构;
S3、将所称取的维生素B1、神经生长因子(NGF)、厚朴酚、山奈酚溶于无水乙醇中,形成混合溶液;
S3、向所得的混合溶液中加入二氧化硅气凝胶,待二氧化硅气凝胶吸附完全后,喷涂在所得的纤维毡结构表面,使得纤维毡结构完全被包裹,干燥;
S4、喷涂聚乳酸层,使得纤维毡结构完全被包裹,即得防粘连膜。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅气凝胶为亲水性二氧化硅气凝胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明所得的防粘连膜具有优良的防粘连以及促进神经修复效果,且自带消炎抗菌功能。

经验证,本发明所得的防粘连膜柔韧性佳,具有优良的防粘连以及促进神经修复效果,且自带消炎抗菌功能。
