The individualized reverse-folding embedded artificial acetabulum comprises a acetabulum cup body and a ceramic lining, wherein a plurality of embedded bodies which are circumferentially arranged and protrude forwards and are reversely and reversely folded are arranged at the edge of the acetabulum cup body, the inner surface of each embedded body is matched with a bone contact surface, the inner surface of each embedded body is a rough surface, the outer surface of each embedded body is a smooth surface, and at least two embedded bodies are respectively provided with a screw hole. The preparation method comprises the following steps: establishing a pelvis 3d digital model; manufacturing a pelvis resin model; bruising the acetabulum on the pelvic resin model; manufacturing a mortar cup model; manufacturing a titanium alloy mortar cup body; processing a screw hole on the embedding body; and spraying a hydroxyapatite rough surface on the surface of the embedding body. A ceramic liner was made and installed in the mortar cup. The inner liner is in close contact with the acetabulum contact surface of the hip joint, is convenient to grow into a whole with the pelvis, adopts an external fixing mode, avoids the phenomenon that the inner liner cracks due to the friction between the protruding screw and the inner liner caused by the internal fixing mode of the acetabulum cup body, and prolongs the service life.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to an individualized reverse-folding embedded artificial acetabulum and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Congenital dislocation of the hip joint is caused by congenital dysplasia of acetabulum, causes hip joint pain, shortening of diseased limbs, walking limping and hip pain after adult, and needs to be replaced by artificial acetabulum.
In the course of artificial acetabulum replacement surgery, shaping treatment needs to be carried out on the undeveloped acetabulum. At present, two methods are generally adopted, wherein the first method is to implant bone on the periphery of an undeveloped acetabulum, namely hip cup installation and hip joint replacement, but the method has limitations, the overall structure of the undeveloped acetabulum is smaller, and the bone implantation cannot meet the installation of a larger hip cup. The second method is to make an artificial acetabulum matched with the hip joint of a patient, which consists of an acetabulum cup body and a ceramic lining arranged inside the acetabulum cup body, and when in replacement surgery, screws are driven into the hip joint from the inside of the acetabulum cup body for fixation, so that the ceramic lining is cracked due to the fact that the screws protrude out of the inner surface of the acetabulum cup body and rub against the ceramic lining, and the service life is short.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides an individualized reverse-folding embedded artificial acetabulum and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the artificial acetabulum is in close contact with an acetabulum contact surface of a hip joint, is convenient to grow with a pelvis into a whole, adopts an external fixing mode, avoids the phenomenon of liner cracking caused by the friction between a screw protrusion and a liner due to the internal fixing mode of an acetabulum cup body, and prolongs the service life.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
the utility model provides an artificial acetabulum of individualized inflection embedding type, includes the mortar cup, with the identical ceramic lining of mortar cup internal surface, its special character lies in: the cup edge of the acetabular cup body is provided with a plurality of embedding bodies which are circumferentially arranged, protrude forwards and are reversely folded, the inner surfaces of the embedding bodies are matched with the bone contact surface, the inner surfaces of the embedding bodies are rough surfaces, the outer surfaces of the embedding bodies are smooth surfaces, and at least two embedding bodies are respectively provided with a screw hole for fixing the embedding bodies on the corresponding ischia, hipbone or pubis.
More preferably, the mortar cup is made of a titanium alloy material.
Further, the rough surface is made of hydroxyapatite.
Further, the embedding body becomes narrower from front to back.
Further, the front end width of the embedding body is 1-2 cm.
Further, the embedding body becomes thinner gradually from front to back.
The manufacturing method of the individual reverse-folding embedded artificial acetabulum comprises the following steps:
1. scanning the pelvis of a patient by adopting a CT (computed tomography) machine, and establishing a pelvis 3d digital model;
2. manufacturing a pelvis resin model according to the pelvis 3d digital model;
3. determining the type of the femoral head of the hip joint to be installed according to the height of a patient, and performing contusion on the acetabulum of the hip joint at the patient part on a pelvis resin model to enable the size of the acetabulum of the hip joint after contusion to be matched with the type of the femoral head of the hip joint to be installed;
4. manufacturing a acetabular cup model in the milled acetabulum by adopting silicon rubber, forming a natural transitional embedding structure at the periphery of the acetabulum, and curing for 3-5min at room temperature;
5. according to the mortar cup model, the weight ratio of 1: 1, preparing a titanium alloy mortar cup body with an embedding body in equal proportion;
6. processing screw holes on the embedding body corresponding to the part with larger contact area with the pelvis;
7. and spraying a hydroxyapatite rough surface on the surface of the embedding body.
8. And manufacturing a ceramic lining matched with the inner surface of the mortar cup body and installing the ceramic lining in the mortar cup.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. on the basis of not enlarging the acetabulum of the hip joint, the embedding body is in close contact with the acetabulum contact surface, so that the acetabulum cup body and the pelvis grow into a whole conveniently.
2. The embedding body is connected with the pelvis through screws, and the connecting structure is firm; the mortar cup body adopts the external fixation mode, has avoided the mortar cup body to cause the inside lining fracture phenomenon to take place because of friction between the outstanding and inside lining of screw that the internal fixation mode leads to.
