A member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer wall surface of the member has a plurality of grooves extending axially in parallel with each other, said grooves extending axially between said end surfaces; the length of the element, the length of the convex strip and the length of the groove are all the same.
5. An element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the element has an outer diameter of 6-7.2mm, a plurality of said ribs being spaced apart, and the number of said ribs being 2-10.
6. An element according to claim 5, wherein the number of ribs is 4-8; the raised strips are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the columnar body.
7. An element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extended ends of said ribs are not contiguous, and the extended lengths of said ribs are all the same and less than the radius of said hollow body.
8. An element according to claim 7, characterized in that the ratio of the extension of said ribs to the radius of said hollow body is 1-3: 4.
