However, the existing peanut cleaning equipment has large internal space when cleaning, continuously injects a large amount of water, does not have the function of throwing water, and needs long time when drying peanuts.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a processing device for agricultural peanuts, and the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the interior space is great when current peanut cleaning equipment washs, constantly pours into a large amount of water into to do not have the effect of getting rid of the water, need longer time when drying the peanut.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a processing device for agricultural peanuts comprises a base, wherein a support frame is fixedly arranged above the base, a cleaning mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the support frame, and a water throwing and collecting mechanism is arranged below the cleaning mechanism;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning box, the cleaning box is fixedly installed at the upper end of a support frame, a plurality of quicksand holes are formed in the bottom end of the cleaning box, bulges are fixedly connected to the bottom end of the inner side of the cleaning box, a fixed disc is fixedly connected to the upper end of the cleaning box, first through holes are formed in the periphery of the middle of the fixed disc, water inlet holes are formed in the bottoms of two sides of the fixed disc, water outlets are formed in the periphery of the middle of the bottom end of the fixed disc, a hopper is fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixed disc, a cleaning disc is arranged in the cleaning box and located below the fixed disc, second through holes are formed in the periphery of the cleaning disc, auxiliary rotating shafts are arranged on the periphery above the cleaning disc, auxiliary eccentric shafts are arranged on one side of the bottom of each auxiliary rotating shaft and fixedly connected with the auxiliary eccentric shafts, and the four auxiliary eccentric shafts are respectively inserted into the four second through holes and rotatably connected with the second through holes, the four auxiliary rotating shafts are respectively inserted into the four first through holes and are rotatably connected with the first through holes, a central shaft is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the hopper, the upper end of the central shaft is rotatably connected with the upper end of the hopper, the bottom end of the central shaft extends into the middle of the fixed disc, spiral blades are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the central shaft, the upper end of the central shaft is connected with a sun gear in a matching mode, planetary gears are connected to the upper ends of the four auxiliary rotating shafts in a matching mode, the four planetary gears are in meshing transmission with the sun gear, first bristles are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the central shaft and the four auxiliary rotating shafts, second bristles are fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixed disc and the upper end of the cleaning disc, a sand collecting box is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the cleaning box, and a sand outlet pipe is arranged on one side of the bottom of the sand collecting box;
the water throwing and collecting mechanism comprises a water throwing cover, a plurality of water throwing holes are formed in the side wall of the water throwing cover, a discharging cover is arranged right above the water throwing cover, the upper end of the discharging cover is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the cleaning box and is communicated with the inside of the cleaning box, a protective cover is fixedly connected to the outer side of the discharging cover, the upper end of the water throwing cover is located on the inner side of the protective cover, a material collecting disc fixedly connected with the upper end of the base is arranged on the outer side of the water throwing cover, a discharging hole is formed in one side of the material collecting disc, a material pushing plate is arranged inside the material collecting disc, and the upper end of the material pushing plate is fixedly connected with one side of the upper end of the water throwing cover;
the washing machine is characterized in that a motor is fixedly mounted inside the base, a main shaft is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor, the main shaft penetrates through the middle parts of the water throwing cover and the discharging cover and extends to the inner side of the washing box, a main eccentric shaft is arranged on one side of the upper end of the main shaft and is fixedly connected with the main eccentric shaft, the main eccentric shaft is inserted into the middle part of the washing disc and is rotatably connected with the washing disc, the middle part of the bottom end of the water throwing cover is fixedly connected with the main shaft, a water pump is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the base, and a water outlet of the water pump is respectively communicated with the two water inlet holes through a communicating pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, the projections are arranged in a spiral shape, and the quicksand holes are positioned between the projections.
In a preferred embodiment, a waste water tank is placed on one side of the base below the sand outlet pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, a water outlet cavity is formed between the water throwing cover and the material collecting disc, and the water outlet cavity is communicated with the interior of the waste water tank through a water pipe.
In a preferred embodiment, one side of the base is provided with a material collecting box which is positioned right below the material outlet.
In a preferred embodiment, the water slinger has an M-shaped cross-section.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom end of the discharging cover is flared to the periphery.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
1. according to the peanut cleaning device, through the front-back left-right swinging of the cleaning disc and the rotation of the auxiliary rotating shaft, not only can the purpose of preliminarily removing soil on the surfaces of peanuts be realized, but also the purposes of washing and washing the peanuts at the same time can be realized, meanwhile, through the rotation of the water throwing cover, the purpose of throwing water on the surfaces of the peanuts is realized, the time required by the subsequent drying of the peanuts can be reduced, and meanwhile, through the pushing of the material pushing plate, the purpose of automatically collecting the peanuts can be realized;
2. according to the invention, soil on the surface of the peanuts is preliminarily removed, so that the difficulty of washing the peanuts can be reduced, the washing time is saved, and meanwhile, water resources can be saved.

The invention provides a processing device for agricultural peanuts, which comprises a base 1, wherein a support frame 11 is fixedly arranged above the base 1, a cleaning mechanism 2 is arranged at the upper end of the support frame 11, and a water throwing and collecting mechanism 3 is arranged below the cleaning mechanism 2;
the cleaning mechanism 2 comprises a cleaning box 21, the cleaning box 21 is fixedly installed with the upper end of the support frame 11, a plurality of quicksand holes 211 are formed in the bottom end of the cleaning box 21, a bulge 212 is also fixedly connected to the bottom end of the inner side of the cleaning box 21, a fixed disc 22 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the cleaning box 21, first through holes 221 are formed in the periphery of the middle of the fixed disc 22, water inlet holes 222 are formed in the bottoms of two sides of the fixed disc 22, water outlet holes 223 are formed in the periphery of the middle of the bottom end of the fixed disc 22, a hopper 29 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixed disc 22, a cleaning disc 23 is arranged in the cleaning box 21 and located below the fixed disc 22, second through holes 231 are formed in the periphery of the cleaning disc 23, an auxiliary rotating shaft 24 is arranged on the periphery above the cleaning disc 23, and an auxiliary eccentric shaft 241 is arranged on one side of the bottom of the auxiliary rotating shaft 24, the auxiliary rotating shaft 24 is fixedly connected with an auxiliary eccentric shaft 241, four auxiliary eccentric shafts 241 are respectively inserted into four second through holes 231 and are rotatably connected with the second through holes 231, four auxiliary rotating shafts 24 are respectively inserted into four first through holes 221 and are rotatably connected with the first through holes 221, a central shaft 25 is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the hopper 29, the upper end of the central shaft 25 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the hopper 29, the bottom end of the central shaft 25 extends into the middle of the fixed disc 22 and is fixedly connected with a helical blade 251 on the outer side, the upper end of the central shaft 25 is connected with a sun gear 26 in a matching manner, the upper ends of the four auxiliary rotating shafts 24 are connected with planetary gears 261 in a matching manner, the four planetary gears 261 are in meshing transmission with the sun gear 26, the outer sides of the central shaft 25 and the four auxiliary rotating shafts 24 are fixedly connected with first bristles 27, the bottom of the fixed disc 22 and the upper end of the cleaning disc 23 are fixedly connected with second bristles 271, the bottom end of the cleaning box 21 is fixedly connected with a sand collecting box 28, and one side of the bottom of the sand collecting box 28 is provided with a sand outlet pipe 281;
the water throwing and collecting mechanism 3 comprises a water throwing cover 31, a plurality of water throwing holes 311 are formed in the side wall of the water throwing cover 31, a discharging cover 32 is arranged right above the water throwing cover 31, the upper end of the discharging cover 32 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the cleaning box 21 and is communicated with the inside of the cleaning box 21, a protecting cover 33 is fixedly connected with the outer side of the discharging cover 32, the upper end of the water throwing cover 31 is positioned on the inner side of the protecting cover 33, a material collecting disc 34 fixedly connected with the upper end of the base 1 is arranged on the outer side of the water throwing cover 31, a discharging hole 341 is formed in one side of the material collecting disc 34, a material pushing plate 35 is arranged inside the material collecting disc 34, and the upper end of the material pushing plate 35 is fixedly connected with one side of the upper end of the water throwing cover 31;
the washing machine is characterized in that a motor 4 is fixedly mounted inside the base 1, an output shaft of the motor 4 is fixedly connected with a main shaft 41, the main shaft 41 penetrates through the middle parts of the water throwing cover 31 and the discharging cover 32 and extends to the inner side of the washing box 21, a main eccentric shaft 42 is arranged on one side of the upper end of the main shaft 41, the main shaft 41 is fixedly connected with the main eccentric shaft 42, the main eccentric shaft 42 is inserted in the middle part of the washing disc 23 and is rotatably connected with the washing disc 23, the middle part of the bottom end of the water throwing cover 31 is fixedly connected with the main shaft 41, a water pump 5 is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the base 1, and a water outlet of the water pump 5 is respectively communicated with the two water inlet holes 222 through a communicating pipe 51.
The protrusions 212 are distributed in a spiral shape, and the sand flowing holes 211 are positioned between the protrusions 212.
A waste water tank 6 is arranged on one side of the base 1 below the sand outlet pipe 281.
A water outlet cavity 8 is formed between the water throwing cover 31 and the material collecting disc 34, and the water outlet cavity 8 is communicated with the interior of the waste water tank 6 through a water pipe.
One side of the base 1 is provided with a material collecting box 7 which is positioned right below the material outlet 341.
The cross section of the water throwing cover 31 is M-shaped.
The bottom end of the discharging cover 32 is flared to the periphery.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the embodiment specifically is as follows: when in use, the motor 4 drives the main shaft 41 to rotate, the main shaft 41 can drive the water throwing cover 31 to rotate, and the main shaft 41 can also drive the cleaning disc 23 to move through the main eccentric shaft 42, because the main eccentric shaft 42 is rotationally connected with the cleaning disc 23, and through the arrangement of the four auxiliary rotating shafts 24 and the auxiliary eccentric shafts 241, the cleaning disc 23 can not rotate but is driven by the main eccentric shaft 42 to swing along the front-back and left-right directions (figure 3), and in the swinging process, the four auxiliary rotating shafts 24 synchronously rotate, the four auxiliary rotating shafts 24 can drive the central shaft 25 and the helical blades 251 to rotate through the planetary gear 261 and the sun gear 26, and meanwhile, the water pump 5 can pump external water into the fixed disc 22 through the communicating pipe 51 and then spray the water from the water outlet 223;
the peanuts are fed from the hopper 29, the fed peanuts are subjected to primary removal of surface soil by the auxiliary rotating shaft 24 and the first bristles 27 on the central shaft 25, most of the soil can be removed by the primary removal, then the peanuts and the soil can be conveyed downwards through the rotation of the spiral blades 251, and after the peanuts and the soil are conveyed between the fixed disc 22 and the cleaning disc 23, the peanuts and the soil can be washed by water, the primarily removed soil can be quickly washed away, the surfaces of the peanuts can be washed by the second bristles 271 on the cleaning disc 23 and the fixed disc 22 through the swinging of the cleaning disc 23, and under the condition of water washing, the surface soil can be removed completely;
then the peanuts and soil flow along the periphery of the cleaning disc 23 and flow to the lower position of the cleaning box 21, the soil is blocked by the spiral-shaped bulge 212, and the peanuts are larger, so that the peanuts can cross the bulge 212, then the water and the soil are filtered through the sand flowing hole 211 and flow into the interior of the waste water box 6 from the sand outlet pipe 281, and the peanuts fall down along the cleaning box 21 and drop down through the discharging cover 32;
the peanuts fall into the middle of the water throwing cover 31, in the rotating process of the water throwing cover 31, water on the peanuts can be thrown out under the action of centrifugal force, the water enters the water outlet cavity 8 through the water throwing holes 311 and then flows into the waste water tank 6 through a water pipe, the peanuts fly out upwards along the water throwing cover 31 under the action of the centrifugal force and are blocked by the protective cover 33, the peanuts enter the inside of the material collecting disc 34, the water throwing cover 31 can drive the material pushing plate 35 to rotate inside the material collecting disc 34, and the peanuts falling into the material collecting disc 34 are pushed out from the material outlet 341 by the material pushing plate 35 and fall into the material collecting box 7;
through the front-back left-right swinging of the cleaning disc 23 and the rotation of the auxiliary rotating shaft 24, not only can the purpose of preliminarily removing soil on the surface of the peanuts be realized, but also the purposes of washing and brushing the peanuts at one time can be realized, meanwhile, through the rotation of the water throwing cover 31, the purpose of throwing water on the surface of the peanuts is realized, the time required by the subsequent drying of the peanuts can be reduced, and meanwhile, through the pushing of the material pushing plate 35, the purpose of automatic material collection of the peanuts can be realized;
the difficulty of washing the peanuts can be reduced by preliminarily removing soil on the surfaces of the peanuts, so that the washing time is saved, and water resources can be saved;
