It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used in this specification and the appended claims refers to and includes any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Furthermore, in the description of the present application and the appended claims, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for distinguishing between descriptions and not necessarily for describing or implying relative importance.
The medical consumable management method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to terminal devices such as a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a super-mobile personal computer (UMPC), and the like, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the specific types of the terminal devices.
In other embodiments, the above method for managing medical consumables may also be applied to a medical consumables management system, wherein the medical consumables management system includes a plurality of functional modules for managing medical consumables. Specifically, the medical consumable management system includes: the system comprises a user management module, a purchasing module, a warehousing management module, a ex-warehouse management module and an inventory management module. The user management module is used for managing users (nurses or doctors), adding, modifying and deleting user information through the user management module, and setting permissions for different users. The purchasing module is used for generating a purchasing list according to the required quantity of the medical consumables and the required specification of the medical consumables. The warehousing management module is used for warehousing the purchased medical consumables, and comprises but is not limited to storing the medical consumables to a warehouse (the position where the medical consumables are actually stored), adding the types of the medical consumables, and modifying the quantity and specification information of the medical consumables. The ex-warehouse management module is used for auditing the application for receiving the medical consumables and modifying the quantity of the residual medical consumables when a user receives the medical consumables from a warehouse. The inventory management module is used for keeping a use record of each medical consumable, wherein the use record comprises but is not limited to a receiving record, a purchasing record and a reporting loss record of the medical consumable. Specifically, the receiving record is a record generated when the user receives the medical supplies from the warehouse, and the receiving record can record the receiving number, the use and the like of the medical supplies received by the user. The purchase record can be a record of the user purchasing the medical consumables according to the purchase list, and can store information such as the management quantity and the purchase specification of the medical consumables. The damage report records are records of damage information (damage reason and time) of the medical consumables recorded by a user when the medical consumables are damaged in the using process.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an implementation of a method for managing medical consumables provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes the following steps:
s101, respectively acquiring first consumable information of a plurality of medical consumables at the current moment and second consumable information of the plurality of medical consumables at the previous moment; the first consumable information includes a first inventory amount of each medical consumable, respectively; the second consumable information includes a second stock quantity of each of the medical consumables, respectively
In application, the current time and the previous time may be times set in advance on the terminal device by the user, for example, consumable information of each medical consumable is collected every preset time period. The preset time period may be every 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week, and may be set by the user according to the actual situation, which is not limited. Based on this, after confirming the time of presetting the time quantum and the initial consumptive material information of gathering medical consumables, can confirm each moment of gathering consumptive material information.
It can be understood that the terminal equipment collects the consumable information of the medical consumables every other preset time period, and recording through modes such as manual registration and manual recording can be avoided. Thus, the efficiency of managing medical consumables can be improved.
In application, the first consumable information includes not only the first stock quantity (remaining stock quantity) of each medical consumable, but also the specification, production date, service life, use purpose, and the like of the medical consumable, and is not limited thereto. It should be noted that, after purchasing the medical consumables, the user can store the information such as the quantity and specification of each medical consumable in the terminal device. Then, when the user receives the medical consumables, the terminal equipment can change the first inventory of the medical consumables according to the receiving application of the medical consumables submitted by the user, so that the terminal equipment can automatically determine the first consumable information of the medical consumables at each moment.
It is to be added that the terminal device can record the consumable information of each medical consumable at each time. Namely, the terminal device also stores the second consumable information of each medical consumable at the last moment.
S102, respectively calculating the consumption of each medical consumable between the current time and the previous time according to the first stock quantity and the second stock quantity.
S103, respectively calculating the expected use time of each medical consumable based on the consumption and the first stock quantity.
In application, the consumption of each medical consumable between the current time and the last time can be calculated according to the first stock quantity and the second stock quantity. Specifically, the difference between the value of the second stock quantity and the value of the first stock quantity may be used as the consumption amount of the medical supplies.
In application, the time duration between the first time and the current time can be calculated according to the first time and the current time, and the time duration unit can be converted into units such as minutes, hours, days and the like, which is not limited. After the consumption and the time length are calculated, the ratio of the consumption to the time length can be calculated, and then the expected use time length of the medical consumable can be obtained by dividing the first inventory by the ratio.
And S104, determining the medical consumables with the predicted use duration within a first preset time period from the plurality of medical consumables as target medical consumables.
In application, the duration of the first preset time period may be the same as the duration between the current time and the next time, or may be greater than, equal to, or less than the duration between the current time and the next time, and may be specifically set by a user according to an actual situation, which is not limited herein.
In application, if the expected usage duration is in a first preset time period, the expected usage duration represents that the remaining inventory of the medical consumables cannot last for consumption in the duration of one first preset time period. Based on this, in order to guarantee that the medical consumables can satisfy the use of the user all the time, the medical consumables of which the expected use duration is within the first preset time period need to be determined as the target medical consumables so as to generate the purchase list of the target medical consumables.
In practical situations, in order to ensure that the medical consumables can always meet the use requirements of the user, the duration of the first preset time period is usually much longer than the duration of the preset time period for collecting the medical consumables set by the user. Generally, to ensure that the medical consumables can always satisfy the use of users, the interval between the terminal equipment to acquire the consumable information of the medical consumables may be relatively short. However, when the user purchases the target medical supplies after receiving the purchase list generated by the terminal device, a certain time is required, and the time is generally long. Based on this, the duration of the first preset time period set by the user can be the duration of purchasing medical consumables for the user according to actual conditions. In addition, in order to avoid that the target medical consumables are consumed completely in the purchasing period, the duration of the first preset time period can be set to be longer than the duration of the medical consumables purchased by the user according to the actual situation. So that the first inventory amount of the target medical consumables can be continuously used for a long time (namely, the expected use time is long) until the target medical consumables are purchased and put into storage.
In other embodiments, after determining the first inventory amount of each medical consumable, the terminal device may further determine, as the target medical consumable, the medical consumable having the first inventory amount that is less than a preset inventory amount, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, the preset inventory amounts may be set by a user according to actual conditions, and the numerical values of each preset inventory amount may be the same or different. That is, when the preset inventory of each type of medical consumables is inconsistent, the terminal device needs to compare the first inventory of the type of medical consumables with the preset inventory of the type of medical consumables to determine whether the type of medical consumables is the target medical consumable. It is understood that when the first inventory amount is less than the preset inventory amount, it may be determined that the medical consumables of the kind will be consumed. At this time, the terminal device needs to determine the medical supplies of the type as target medical supplies to generate a purchase list of the medical supplies of the type.
And S105, generating a purchase list according to the first inventory amount of the target medical consumables, wherein the purchase list comprises purchase information of the target medical consumables.
In application, the purchase information includes, but is not limited to, the purchase quantity of the medical supplies, the rules of the medical supplies, and the like, and is not limited thereto. The purchase quantity can be a fixed quantity preset by a user, and can also be changed by the user according to the first inventory quantity of the medical consumables, so that the consumable quantity of the purchased target medical consumables is in a reasonable range.
In this embodiment, the terminal device calculates the expected usage duration of each medical consumable by automatically collecting the inventory of each medical consumable between the current time and the previous time. And then, determining the medical consumables with the expected use duration within the first preset time period as the target medical consumables needing to be purchased. Therefore, the terminal equipment can determine the medical consumables needing to be purchased in modes of manual registration, manual recording and the like, and the efficiency of managing the medical consumables is improved. In addition, the purpose of timely purchasing the target medical consumables can be achieved, so that the target medical consumables of the first residual stock can be continuously used for a long time when the user purchases the target medical consumables, and normal work of the user is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the first consumable information further includes a production date and a lifetime of each of the medical consumables; s101, respectively acquiring first consumable information of a plurality of medical consumables at the current moment, specifically comprising the following substeps S1011-S1015, which are detailed as follows:
s1011, aiming at any kind of medical consumables, respectively determining the production date and the service life of each medical consumable in the kind of medical consumables.
And S1012, determining the effective use time of each medical consumable according to the production date and the service life.
In application, generally, each medical consumable material is purchased, and the production date and the service life of the medical consumable materials purchased in the same batch are the same. Based on this, for the medical consumables of each purchase, can all be in terminal equipment inside the production date and the life of recording medical consumables. At this time, the terminal device may store the production date and the life span of the medical supplies as the supply information of each medical supply. However, in actual situations, there are also cases where the user purchases the medical supplies again when the medical supplies currently have a residue. At this time, the plurality of medical consumables of the kind have different production dates.
Specifically, each medical consumable has a corresponding RFID tag, and all consumable information of the medical consumable is stored in the RFID tag. After a plurality of medical consumables of each kind are stored to the intelligent cabinet, the terminal equipment can control the intelligent cabinet to read the data of the RFID tags of the medical consumables stored in the intelligent cabinet through network communication. Wherein, can install RFID readwrite device in advance in the intelligent cabinet in order to read the RFID label. When a user takes medical consumables out of any intelligent cabinet, the RFID read-write device in the intelligent cabinet can read the RFID tags of the medical consumables left in the intelligent cabinet so as to acquire the production date and the service life of each medical consumable of the type. Then, the terminal device determines the effective time of each medical consumable according to the production date and the service life of each medical consumable of the type.
And S1013, determining the next time for collecting the consumable information of the plurality of medical consumables again based on the current time and a second preset time period.
In application, the duration of the second preset time period may be a duration between two adjacent times of collecting the consumable information of the medical consumable set by the user. That is, the duration between the current time and the previous time and the duration between the current time and the next time are both considered as the second preset time period, which is not limited herein. Based on this, the next time can be determined by summing the second preset time period on the basis of the current time. Specifically, reference may be made to the description of the preset time period in S101.
S1014, counting the effective number of the medical consumables of which the effective use time exceeds the next time from the medical consumables belonging to the types.
S1015, determining the effective quantity to be the first inventory quantity of the medical consumables.
In the application, for any kind of medical consumables, if in a plurality of medical consumables of this kind, there is a plurality of medical consumables's effective use time to exceed next moment, then shows that these a plurality of medical consumables are all in the validity period before terminal equipment gathers the consumptive material information next time. Based on this, the terminal device can determine the effective usage time exceeding the effective amount of the medical consumables at the next time as the first inventory amount of the medical consumables.
However, if the valid use time of a plurality of medical consumables does not exceed the next time, it indicates that the plurality of medical consumables may be in an expired state before consumable information is collected by the terminal device next time. I.e. indicating that the medical consumable in an expired state should not be used until the next moment. At this time, if the terminal device also counts the medical consumables in the expired state, a situation that the medical consumables in the category may not be determined as the target medical consumables may occur, so that the terminal device does not generate the purchase list of the medical consumables in the category. When the medical consumables of the type are continuously used, the medical consumables are out of stock due to the expiration of the service life of the medical consumables, and normal work of users is affected.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the step S105 of generating the purchase list according to the first inventory amount of the target medical consumables includes the following sub-steps S1051-S1053, which are detailed as follows:
s1051, obtaining the expected inventory of the target medical consumables, and collecting the specification information of the target medical consumables.
In application, the expected inventory amount can be set by a user according to actual conditions, and when the quantity of the target medical consumables is the expected inventory amount, the target medical consumables can meet the requirement of long-time use of the user. The situation that the target medical consumables need to be purchased frequently when the expected inventory of the target medical consumables is low is prevented, and the purchasing cost is increased. In addition, the situation that the target medical consumables are not used up for a long time when the expected inventory of the target medical consumables is large can be prevented, so that the service life of the target medical consumables can be possibly expired, and the medical consumables cannot be effectively used to the maximum extent.
In the application, the specification information includes, but is not limited to, specification brand information of the target medical consumables and specification size information of the target medical consumables, and this is not limited thereto. It is understood that, each time a medical consumable of the same type is purchased, specification information for each purchase may be the same or different, and is not limited thereto.
In application, for the target medical consumables purchased according to the purchase list, the specification information can be used for verifying the purchased target medical consumables by the user. That is, the user can compare whether the specification information filled in the purchase list is consistent with the actual specification information of the purchased target medical consumables, and if the filled specification information is inconsistent with the actual specification information, the purchased target medical consumables can be considered to be not in accordance with the requirements.
S1052, calculating the purchase quantity of the target medical consumables according to the first stock quantity and the expected stock quantity of the target medical consumables.
And S1053, generating a purchase list of the target medical consumables based on the purchase quantity and the specification information.
In application, after the first inventory and the expected inventory are obtained, difference operation can be performed on the expected inventory and the first inventory, and the purchase quantity of the target medical consumables is calculated. And then, the consumable name, the purchase quantity and the specification information of the target medical consumable are written into the list, and the purchase list of the target medical consumable is generated.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the method for managing medical consumables further includes the following steps S101A-S101E, which are detailed as follows:
S101A, receiving a receiving application input by a user, wherein the receiving application comprises a receiving name and verification information of a first medical consumable to be received.
In application, the pickup application may be an application filled in by a user on a terminal device. Illustratively, the ex-warehouse management module of the terminal device is provided with an information filling interface, and a user can input the claiming information on the information filling interface to generate a claiming application. And then, when the user submits the application for reception, the terminal equipment can also receive the verification information input by the user at the same time. For example, after the user clicks the operation of submitting the request for pickup on the information filling interface, the terminal device may pop up a verification interface. The verification interface can be used for receiving verification information input by a user and executing instructions for submitting a usage application to other functional modules of the terminal equipment when the verification information passes verification.
In application, the verification information includes, but is not limited to, numbers, letters, and words.
S101B, collecting a consumable image of the second medical consumable currently taken by the user when the verification information passes verification.
In application, the collecting of the consumable image of the second medical consumable currently taken by the user may be performed by providing an image capturing device inside the terminal device, for capturing the second medical consumable to generate the consumable image. It is understood that the first medical supplies to be received are supplies that the user should obtain from the warehouse (or the smart cabinet in S1012), and the second medical supplies are supplies that the user actually obtains from the warehouse.
S101C, identifying the consumable image and obtaining the consumable name contained in the consumable image.
In application, the method for identifying the consumable image to obtain the consumable name may be: performing model processing on the consumable image through a preset image recognition model to obtain a consumable name; the terminal device may acquire the consumable name from the content described in S1012. For example, the terminal device acquires the written medical supplies information (supplies names) in the RFID tag by scanning the RFID tag of the second medical supply.
In application, the method for obtaining the consumable name by performing model processing through the preset image recognition model may be as follows: and performing model processing on the consumable image according to a preset image recognition model, and outputting the similarity between the consumable image and each preset image by the image recognition model. Then, the terminal device may determine a name included in the preset image corresponding to the maximum value of the similarity as a consumable name.
S101D, if the consumable names are consistent with the receiving names, the first medical consumables and the second medical consumables are judged to be the same medical consumables, and the first medical consumables are issued to the user according to the receiving application.
S101E, if the consumable names are inconsistent with the receiving names, judging that the first medical consumables and the second medical consumables are different medical consumables, and executing a preset reminding operation.
In application, the first medical consumable and the second medical consumable are usually the same type of medical consumable. However, in practical situations, if the user is a staff with a low work experience and most of the different types of medical consumables with similar shapes are stored in the warehouse, the user may not be able to accurately get the accurate medical consumables according to the receiving name. Namely, the second medical supplies actually acquired by the user are different medical supplies from the first medical supplies applied to the user. Based on this, in order to distinguish whether the first medical consumable is the same as the second medical consumable, the determination can be made according to the consumable name of the second medical consumable currently received by the user.
In application, if the consumable name is determined to be consistent with the receiving name, the first medical consumable and the second medical consumable can be determined to be the same medical consumable. The terminal equipment can issue the first medical consumables for the user and can record the receiving record of the medical consumables of the type according to the receiving application. If the name of the consumable is determined to be inconsistent with the receiving name, the first medical consumable and the second medical consumable can be determined to be different medical consumables. And then, the terminal equipment can execute preset reminding operation to remind the user of the receiving error of the second medical supplies currently received. The preset reminding operation includes, but is not limited to, operations such as vibration reminding, voice reminding, flash reminding, and the like, and is not limited thereto.
In other applications, in order to determine whether the second medical consumable currently received by the user is the same as the first medical consumable currently received by the user, the determination can be performed as follows: specifically, the terminal device stores consumable images of the first medical consumables and consumable names corresponding to the consumable images in advance. And then, the terminal equipment acquires a consumable image of the first medical consumable with the same receiving name and consumable name from the database according to the receiving name of the first medical consumable to be received. Thereafter, the terminal device may acquire a consumable image of the second medical consumable currently being received by the user. And then, simultaneously carrying out image processing on the consumable images according to a preset image recognition model, and outputting the similarity between the consumable images. If the similarity between the first medical consumable and the second medical consumable is higher than the preset similarity, the first medical consumable and the second medical consumable are judged to be the same medical consumable. Otherwise, the first medical consumable and the second medical consumable are judged to be different medical consumables.
Referring to FIG. 5, in one embodiment, the step S101C of identifying the consumable image to obtain the consumable name contained in the consumable image further includes the following sub-steps S101C1-S101C3, which are detailed as follows:
S101C1, respectively acquiring a plurality of preset images of the plurality of medical consumables.
S101C2, inputting the consumable image and the preset images into a preset image recognition model for comparison, and obtaining the similarity between the consumable image and the preset images respectively.
S101C3, determining the name contained in the preset image corresponding to the maximum value of the similarity as the name of the consumable.
In application, the preset image is an image which is stored in a storage path designated by the terminal equipment by a user in advance and can be directly acquired by the terminal equipment. Wherein the number of preset images of each medical consumable is at least 1. When the number of the preset images of each type of medical supplies is multiple, the multiple preset images can be more accurately compared with the consumable images of the second medical supplies which are used.
In application, the image recognition model may be used by a user to train the image recognition model according to an existing medical consumable image as training data. The image recognition model is used for carrying out model processing on the consumable image and the preset images to obtain the similarity between the consumable image and each preset image. And then, determining a preset image corresponding to the maximum value of the similarity and a consumable name corresponding to the preset image.
In other applications, the terminal device may also input the preset image of each medical consumable into the image recognition model in advance to obtain preset image features processed by the image recognition model, and store the preset image features corresponding to each preset image. At the moment, when the terminal equipment acquires the consumable image of the second medical consumable, only the consumable image needs to be subjected to model processing, and the image characteristics of the second medical consumable are obtained. And finally, comparing the image characteristics of the second medical supplies with the preset image characteristics. Therefore, the terminal equipment can avoid the process of image processing on the existing preset image when identifying the consumable item name contained in the consumable item image every time.
