According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the system can meet the requirement of medium-short term storage of factory batch task finished products, and the informatization, intelligentization and high-efficiency management of warehouse storage is realized.

As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of connection between the system and an external system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the warehouse management system WMS is respectively connected to the enterprise resource planning system SAP, the manufacturing execution system MES, and the central scheduling management system AGV, performs data interaction according to a business process, receives warehouse entry and exit document information from the enterprise resource planning system SAP and tag information from the manufacturing execution system MES to obtain basic data of warehouse entry and exit materials, and then performs docking with the central scheduling management system AGV to implement warehouse entry and exit, warehouse movement, or warehouse merging operations of the materials.
In the concrete implementation, a control host of the warehouse logistics management system WMS can select a server, and the control host is connected and communicated with an enterprise resource planning system SAP, a workshop manufacturing execution system MES and a central dispatching management system AGV through Ethernet;
the central dispatching management system AGV is deployed in a user computer and is communicated with the AGV through the Ethernet.
The system realizes the functions of storehouse setting and multi-floor configuration by using storehouse management and floor management functions. And the system user realizes storehouse setting in the storehouse management module according to the distribution authority, the setting function comprises adding, deleting, modifying and inquiring storehouse information, and the storehouse information comprises a storehouse name, a storehouse number, a storehouse position and a storehouse purpose. In the floor management, a system user realizes a multi-floor configuration function according to distribution authority, floor information comprises a floor name, a floor number and remarks, and floor setting comprises functions of adding, deleting, modifying, inquiring and the like. In order to flexibly manage the mapping management relationship between the storehouses and the floors, after the storeroom system setting and the floor snake persons are finished, a system administrator configures the corresponding floors for different storehouses according to the actual application scene, and the binding of the raw material storehouses, the semi-finished products, the finished product storehouses and the line side storehouses with the floors is realized.
