The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device including a housing 100, a display screen 200, a deformation driving part 300, and an elastic member 400.
The housing 100 provides a mounting base for other components of the electronic device.
The display 200 is disposed in the housing 100, and the display 200 and the housing 100 form an inner cavity of the device, which may be used to arrange other components of the electronic device. The display screen 200 comprises a first area 210 and a second area 220 which are connected, wherein the first area 210 is a plane area, the second area 220 is positioned at the edge of the display screen 200, and at least the part of the display screen 200 positioned at the second area 220 is a flexible screen. Optionally, in an embodiment, the display screen 200 is integrally configured as a flexible screen, that is, the portions of the display screen 200 located in the first area 210 and the second area 220 are both flexible screens; in another embodiment, the portion of the display screen 200 located in the first area 210 is a hard screen, and the portion of the display screen 200 located in the second area 220 is a flexible screen.
The deformation driving part 300 is positioned in the inner cavity of the device and is connected with the second region 220, the deformation driving part 300 can deform and drive the second region 220 to switch between a flattening state and a bending state through deformation, in the flattening state, the second region 220 is in a plane, and the second region 220 and the first region 210 are positioned in the same plane; in the bent state, the second region 220 has a curved surface. Under the action of the deformation driving part 300, the second region 220 can be switched between the flat state and the bent state, so that a user can switch the state of the second region 220 according to the use requirements in different scenes.
The elastic member 400 is disposed in the inner cavity of the apparatus, and the elastic member 400 is elastically supported between the deformation driving part 300 and the housing 100. Therefore, the elastic member 400 may apply a supporting force to the second area 220 of the display screen 200, thereby facilitating a user to perform a touch operation or the like on the second area 220.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the second region 220 of the display screen 200 is in the bent state, the edge of the display screen 200 is curved, and this structure can bring visual impact to the user and provide a good grip feeling; when the second area 220 of the display screen 200 is in the flat state, the second area 220 of the display screen 200 is in a plane, and the second area 220 and the first area 210 are in the same plane, so that the display screen 200 does not have white lines due to light reflection, the display effect of the display screen 200 is better, the user can watch videos and play games more favorably, and the user can be prevented from touching the display screen 200 by mistake. In addition, when the second region 220 of the display screen 200 is impacted, the elastic member 400 in the inner cavity of the device is elastically deformed to absorb the external force applied to the second region 220, so that the second region 220 can be prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the electronic device can be prolonged.
In one embodiment, the deformation driving part 300 is an electro-deformation structure, and the electro-deformation structure is electrically connected to the power supply part 500 of the electronic device through an electrical connector 700, where the electrical connector 700 may be a wire, and the power supply part 500 may be a battery. When the second area 220 of the display screen 200 needs to be in a bent state or a flattened state, the power supply part 500 supplies power to the electrostrictive structure through the electrical connector 700, so that the second area 220 of the display screen 200 can be switched between the flattened state and the bent state, and thus, the user can use the electronic device in different scenes. The electrostrictive structure can deform when being electrified, and the deformation of the deformation driving part 300 is realized without additionally increasing a driving structure, so that the embodiment can simplify the structure of the electronic equipment and improve the space utilization rate of the electronic equipment; meanwhile, the deformation of the electrostrictive structure is relatively uniform, thereby driving the second region 220 to stably implement state switching. Further optionally, the deformation driving part 300 is a shape memory material piece.
In another embodiment, only one elastic member 400 is disposed along the direction extending from the middle to the edge of the display screen 200, and when the display screen 200 of the electronic device is collided, the number of the elastic members 400 is limited, so that the acting force applied to a single elastic member 400 is too large, and the reaction force is increased accordingly, thereby causing too large local force applied to the deformation driving part 300, and easily damaging the deformation driving part 300. Therefore, at least two elastic members 400 are distributed at intervals along the direction extending from the middle part to the edge of the display screen 200, so that the acting force applied during collision can be distributed on the plurality of elastic members 400, which is more beneficial to protecting the deformation driving part 300, and simultaneously, the supporting effect of the elastic members 400 on the second area 220 can be optimized. Further, each of the elastic members 400 is a spring, a first end of each of the elastic members 400 is connected to the deformation driving part 300, and a second end of each of the elastic members 400 is connected to the housing 100, so that the elastic force provided by the spring is more stable, thereby improving the supporting effect of the elastic members 400 on the second region 220.
The elastic members 400 have an increasing elastic coefficient in a direction extending toward the middle along the edge of the display screen. In the process of switching the state of the second area 220, the second area 220 can swing around the connection with the first area 210, so that the swing amplitude of the portion of the second area 220 closer to the first area 210 is smaller, and at the same time, the elastic coefficient of the elastic member 400 is gradually increased, so that on one hand, the requirement of the second area 220 on the motion space corresponding to the elastic member 400 can be met, and on the other hand, a larger supporting force can be provided, thereby improving the supporting effect.
In one embodiment, the elastic member 400 is electrically connected to the power supply part 500 of the electronic device, and when the elastic member 400 is energized, the elastic member 400 is deformed in the extending direction thereof. When the elastic member 400 is energized, the elastic member 400 assists in supporting the deformation driving part 300 and the display panel 200 by deforming in the self-extending direction, thereby improving the supporting effect. Alternatively, the elastic member 400 is a shape memory material member, and the elastic member 400 can be deformed when being electrified. In another embodiment, the elastic member 400 may include a plurality of elastic segments arranged along the extending direction thereof, and each elastic segment may be independently powered on, so that an attractive force or a repulsive force may be generated between different elastic segments, thereby deforming the entire elastic member 400.
In an alternative embodiment, the aforementioned curved state may comprise a first curved state and a second curved state; in the first curved state, the second region 220 has a first curvature; in the second curved state, the second region 220 has a second curvature; wherein the first curvature is greater than the second curvature. When the user uses the electronic device, the user can switch the bending state of the second region 220 of the display screen 200 under different usage scenes, so that the curvature of the second region 220 is switched between the first curvature and the second curvature, and thus the requirement of the user for better using the electronic device under different scenes can be met. It should be noted that the number of the first bending state and the second bending state may be one, or may be two or more, so as to meet the requirement of the user to use the electronic device in more scenes.
In a further alternative embodiment, the electronic device further comprises a controller and a gravity sensor, the controller is connected with the gravity sensor, the elastic member 400 has a contracted state, a first expanded state and a second expanded state, and the elastic member 400 is in the first expanded state under the condition that the second region 220 is in the flattened state; with the second region 220 in the second flexed state, the elastic member 400 is in the second deployed state; with the second region 220 in the first flexed state, the elastic member 400 is in a contracted state; in case the acceleration detected by the gravity sensor is greater than the preset threshold, the controller controls the elastic member 400 to be in the second unfolded state. When electronic equipment falls, gravity sensor can detect electronic equipment's acceleration, under the acceleration that gravity sensor detected is greater than the condition of presetting the threshold value, controller control elastic component 400 is in the second state of expanding, when the second area 220 of display screen 200 receives the collision, because elastic component 400 this moment is in the second state of expanding, elastic component 400 can retract, and simultaneously, the displacement of the second area 220 also changes, thereby can offset the produced effort of collision, reach the effect of buffering, and then can protect the second area 220 not damaged.
In one embodiment, at least two elastic members 400 are distributed along the edge extension direction of the display screen 200. The second region 220 is in an elongated structure in the extending direction of the edge of the display screen 200, and therefore at least two elastic members 400 are distributed in the extending direction of the edge of the display screen 200, so that different positions of the second region 220 can be better supported, the supporting effect is optimized, and the second region 220 is better protected.
In an alternative embodiment, the electronic device further includes a folding mechanism 600, the folding mechanism 600 is hermetically connected between the second region 220 and the casing 100; with the second region 220 in the flattened state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the unfolded state; with the second region 220 in the bent state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the folded state. Under the condition that the second region 220 is in the flattening state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the unfolding state, and the folding mechanism 600 in the unfolding state can prevent impurities in the external environment from entering the internal space of the electronic device; in the case where the second region 220 is in the bent state, the folding mechanism 600 is in the folded state, and the folding mechanism 600 in the folded state can be hidden in the internal space of the electronic apparatus, so that the volume of the electronic apparatus can be reduced.
In another embodiment, the electronic device further comprises an elastic connection mechanism, which is hermetically connected between the second region 220 and the housing 100; with the second region 220 in the flattened state, the elastic attachment mechanism is in an extended state; with the second region 220 in the flexed state, the elastic attachment mechanism is in a shortened state. Under the condition that the second region 220 is in the flat state, the elastic connection mechanism is in the extension state, and impurities in the external environment can be prevented from entering the internal space of the electronic device by the elastic connection mechanism in the extension state; in the case that the second region 220 is in the bent state, the elastic connection mechanism is in the shortened state, the volume of the elastic connection mechanism in the shortened state is reduced, and the elastic connection mechanism is not exposed to the electronic device, which is beneficial to the miniaturization of the electronic device, and in addition, the elastic connection mechanism does not occupy the internal space of the electronic device, thereby being more beneficial to the layout of components in the internal space of the electronic device.
In a further embodiment, the folding mechanism 600 or the elastic connection mechanism is provided with a side key, and the side key is in an exposed state when the second area 220 is in the flat state, and at this time, a user can control the electronic device through the side key, for example, perform operations such as switching music, increasing or decreasing volume, and switching a use mode of the electronic device; under the condition that second area 220 is in the curved state, the side key is in the hidden state, so can reduce the exposed part of electronic equipment to can promote electronic equipment's pleasing to the eye degree, waterproof nature, can protect the side key simultaneously, prevent that the side key from colliding with the object in the external environment and the spurious triggering even inefficacy.
The elastic member 400 may be a linear spring or a non-linear spring. The non-linear spring herein refers to a spring having a spring constant which is not a fixed value. In contrast, the structure of the non-linear spring is more flexible, so that it is more convenient to optimize the stability of the non-linear spring, and the supporting effect of the elastic member 400 on the second region 220 is better.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a control method for an electronic device, where the control method is applied to the electronic device described in any of the above embodiments, and the control method includes:
and S110, receiving input. The input may be input to the electronic device by a user, and different inputs may correspond to different use requirements of the user.

As described above, when the bending state includes the first bending state and the second bending state, and the elastic member 400 has the contracted state, the first expanded state, and the second expanded state, the control method of the electronic device further includes:
s210, detecting the acceleration of the electronic equipment. When the acceleration of the electronic device is kept in a small range, the electronic device can be considered to be in a normal use state, and otherwise, the electronic device is in a falling state.
And S220, controlling the elastic element 400 to be in a second unfolded state when the acceleration is greater than a first preset threshold value.
And S230, controlling the elastic piece 400 to be in a contraction state when the variation value of the acceleration is larger than a second preset threshold value.
In the control method of the electronic device, when the acceleration is greater than the first preset threshold, it indicates that the electronic device is at the front stage of the falling process, and at this time, the elastic member 400 is controlled to be in the second unfolded state, so that when the electronic device falls, the elastic member 400 has a certain deformation space, and when the second region 220 contacts an obstacle, the elastic member 400 can deform, and further can absorb the external force received, so that the display screen 200 can be protected from being damaged; when the variation value of the acceleration is greater than the second preset threshold value, it indicates that the electronic device is in the rear stage of the falling process, and at this time, the elastic member 400 is controlled to be in the contracted state, so that the elastic member 400 is no longer continuously deformed, and the second region 220 of the display screen 200 is more reliably supported, thereby preventing the second region 220 from being locally deformed.
