Example one
The air conditioner is generally used in modern families, the internal unit of the air conditioner is installed indoors, and is possibly in the range of activities of daily life of a user, and the air conditioner sweeps the wind part in operation to move the condition that the obstacle is contacted or is close to easily in the process of blocking, the processing mode in the prior art is the processing mode of stopping the machine immediately after the obstacle is contacted or is close to, the processing mode leads to frequent stopping in the operation process, the service life of the whole machine is influenced, and the user experience is not good. In the related art, a control method of a wind sweeping device is provided, and the wind sweeping device is controlled to stop running by receiving a signal generated when a user contacts or approaches a door panel of an air outlet.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an air conditioner wind sweeping control method, which can realize a function of controlling a wind sweeping component by detecting an air volume of an air conditioner air outlet and performing living body detection on an obstacle, and solve a problem that the air conditioner frequently stops due to a fact that a locked rotor fault is determined immediately after the obstacle contacts or approaches in a wind sweeping process of the air conditioner wind sweeping component.
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of an air-conditioning wind sweeping control method according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
101. detecting a first air quantity of an air outlet of the air conditioner;
the air volume refers to the air flow in unit time, the calculation unit is cubic meters per second, and the air volume in the embodiment of the application refers to the air flow in the air outlet of the air conditioner in unit time.
The first air volume is defined as an air volume detection result of the air-conditioning outlet, and the size of the air outlet is visually reflected, so that the first air volume can be used as a standard for judging the size of the air-conditioning outlet.
The detection of the first air volume of the air-conditioning outlet can be realized through various modes, for example, measurement devices such as an air volume sensor, an air volume measuring instrument and an air volume cover are adopted, the measurement of the air volume is already mature in the prior art, the measurement mode of the first air volume is not limited in the embodiment of the application, and a proper measurement mode can be determined according to practical application.
102. Comparing the first air volume with the second air volume;
in the embodiment of the application, an air volume model in a full-sweeping mode of sweeping air, that is, a second air volume is preset, the second air volume is defined as an air volume model which changes according to a sinusoidal trend in the full-sweeping mode of sweeping air, in the full-sweeping mode of normal sweeping air, the sweeping range is from an angle 1 to an angle 5, and the air volume is almost in a sinusoidal distribution state in the process from the angle 1 to the angle 5 in the actual operation process.
It is understood that, in practical applications, the angle of the wind sweeping range may be a plurality of angles, and the angle distribution of the wind sweeping range may also be in a plurality of ways, and the description of the wind sweeping range of angles 1 to 5 in the embodiment of the present application is only an example, and should not be taken as the only limitation of the wind sweeping range.
The air quantity is almost in a sine distribution state, namely the air quantity distribution curve in continuous time is similar to a sine curve in shape under normal operation of an air conditioner in a full-sweeping mode, and the sine curve is a wave line.
103. Judging the current state of the wind sweeping component and carrying out living body detection on an obstacle of the wind sweeping component;
and if the first air volume is not matched with the second air volume and the duration of the unmatched state reaches the first duration, judging that the current state of the wind sweeping component is a temporary locked-rotor state.
The first duration is defined as a period of time during which the first air volume and the second air volume are not matched after the air conditioner is turned on, and it can be understood that the first duration may be set to different durations according to practical applications, and is not limited herein.
The temporary locked-rotor state refers to a state that the wind sweeping component is temporarily considered to be in the locked-rotor state under the current condition, and the locked-rotor problem can be solved in a certain mode.
The living body detection is a method for determining the real physiological characteristics of an object in some identity verification scenes, and in the application of face recognition, the living body detection can verify whether a user operates for the real living body by combining actions of blinking, mouth opening, shaking, nodding and the like and using technologies such as face key point positioning, face tracking and the like. Common attack means such as photos, face changing, masks, sheltering and screen copying can be effectively resisted, so that a user is helped to discriminate fraudulent behaviors, and the benefit of the user is guaranteed. In the embodiment of the application, whether the obstacle of the wind sweeping component is a living body is judged in a living body detection mode.
104. When the obstacle is determined to be a non-living body, controlling the wind sweeping component to continue to operate in a preset wind sweeping mode;
and the obstacle is judged to be a non-living body according to the result of the living body detection, the condition that the wind sweeping component clamps the hand is eliminated, and the wind sweeping component is controlled to continuously run in a preset wind sweeping mode to try to solve the problem of locked rotor.
The preset wind sweeping mode is a wind sweeping track preset by the wind sweeping component in a wind sweeping full-sweeping mode.
The first embodiment described above shows the following advantages:
the air volume of the air outlet of the air conditioner is compared with a preset air volume value, whether the detected air volume meets the requirement of the preset air volume is judged, the state of the air sweeping component is determined according to the comparison result, the obstacle is subjected to living body detection, and the operation mode of the air sweeping component is controlled according to the detection result. Compared with the prior art, the problem that the air conditioner frequently stops due to the fact that the air conditioner is judged to be in a locked-rotor fault immediately after the obstacle contacts or is close to the obstacle in the air sweeping process of the air conditioner sweeping component is solved, safety performance of the air conditioner is improved, the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged, and user experience is improved.
Example two
In practical application, in a full-sweeping mode of the air conditioner, after the air sweeping component is judged to be temporarily blocked, living body detection is carried out on an area in front of the air conditioner through an infrared sensor, the state of the air sweeping component is continuously judged after the air sweeping component is controlled to continuously run for a period of time in a preset air sweeping mode, whether the problem of blocking is solved is judged, and whether shutdown processing is carried out is judged.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of an air conditioner wind sweeping control method according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
201. detecting a first air quantity of an air outlet of the air conditioner;
in the embodiment of the present application, the specific content of step 201 is similar to that of step 101 in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
202. Comparing the first air volume with the second air volume;
in the embodiment of the present application, the specific content of step 202 is similar to that of step 102 in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
203. Judging the current state of the wind sweeping component and carrying out living body detection on an obstacle of the wind sweeping component;
and if the first air volume is not matched with the second air volume and the duration of the unmatched state reaches the first duration, judging that the current state of the wind sweeping component is a temporary locked-rotor state.
The infrared reflection sensor utilizes the principle of infrared reflection, and when a living body such as a human body or an animal stands in a front area of the air conditioner, an infrared signal irradiates the living body such as the human body or the animal and reflects the infrared detection signal to the infrared reflection sensor.
Detecting an area in front of the air conditioner through an infrared reflection sensor, wherein for the cabinet air conditioner, the area in front of the air conditioner is detected, namely, the position right in front of the air conditioner is detected, if the infrared reflection sensor receives an infrared detection signal reflected by the area in front of the air conditioner, the fact that a standing living body exists in the area in front of the cabinet air conditioner can be understood, and an obstacle is determined to be the living body or a certain part on the living body, such as a finger or an arm; if the infrared reflection sensor cannot receive the infrared detection signal reflected by the area in front of the air conditioner, it can be understood that no standing living body exists in the area in front of the cabinet air conditioner, and the obstacle can be judged to be a non-living body only if some object blocks at the air outlet.
For the hanging air conditioner, because the mounting position of the hanging air conditioner is usually high, the detection of the front area of the air conditioner can be defined as the position right below the air conditioner, and infrared reflection detection is performed along the overlooking direction of the hanging air conditioner during the detection.
The detection of the living body of the obstacle of the wind sweeping component can also be realized by a camera module, for example, if the obstacle is a finger of a human, the camera module is used for shooting a carrier of the obstacle corresponding to the obstacle in the area in front of the air conditioner, namely shooting the carrier of the finger of the human, namely shooting the human, and the human belongs to the living body, so that the finger can be judged to be the living body according to the result of the image recognition.
It is understood that in practical applications, the way for the living body detection is various, and the way for the living body detection can be determined according to practical situations, and the implementation of the living body detection by using the infrared reflection sensor or the camera module in the present embodiment is only exemplary and is not limited to the only way for the living body detection.
When the obstacle is determined to be a non-living body, controlling the wind sweeping component to continue to operate in a preset wind sweeping mode;
when the obstacle is a living body, the possibility that a user clamps the hand is considered to exist, the wind sweeping component needs to be controlled to rotate reversely for a certain angle to reserve a certain space for the user to draw out the finger, and after the wind sweeping component is controlled to rotate reversely for beta degrees, the wind sweeping component is controlled to continue to operate according to a preset wind sweeping mode, wherein the beta is a positive number larger than 1.
204. Judging whether the wind sweeping component is completely blocked;
and if the first air volume and the second air volume are still not matched and the duration of the unmatched state reaches the second duration, judging that the current state of the wind sweeping component is a completely blocked state.
The second time period is defined as a time period for controlling the wind sweeping component to continue to operate in the preset wind sweeping mode after the in-vivo detection, and it is understood that the second time period can be set to be different according to practical application, and is not limited herein.
205. Judging whether shutdown processing is needed;
comparing the first air volume with the fourth air volume, and if the first air volume is smaller than the fourth air volume and the duration of the first air volume smaller than the fourth air volume reaches the fourth duration, shutting down the air conditioner; and if the first air volume is larger than the fourth air volume, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate and controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be increased.
In the embodiment of the application, a minimum air volume value of the air conditioner, namely a fourth air volume value, is also preset, namely if the default air volume of the air outlet of the air conditioner, namely the first air volume, is smaller than the fourth air volume, the air outlet of the air conditioner is considered to be too small, certain potential safety hazards exist in the operation of the whole machine, and the machine needs to be shut down; if the first air volume is larger than the fourth air volume, the air conditioner is considered to be still operated in a safe range, the shutdown treatment is not needed, and the rotating speed of the fan is needed to be increased so as to increase the air volume and ensure the comfort.
The fourth time is defined as a period of time for which the air conditioner continues to operate after the wind sweeping component is judged to be completely stuck, and it can be understood that the fourth time can be set to different time lengths according to practical application, and is not limited herein.
The following beneficial effects can be seen from the second embodiment:
through the amount of wind that will detect air conditioner air outlet and the contrast of predetermineeing the amount of wind model, judge whether the amount of wind that detects accords with the requirement of predetermineeing the amount of wind model to this contrast result comes the primary definite wind part state of sweeping, and carry out the live body detection to the obstacle through infrared sensor, sweep the response attempt that the wind part made the correspondence according to the live body inspection result control of obstacle and solve the locked rotor problem, rethread a period of operation, if the locked rotor problem can not be solved then judge that the card is died completely and judge whether need shut down the processing. Compared with the prior art, the problem that the air conditioner frequently stops due to the fact that the air conditioner is judged to be in a locked-rotor fault immediately after the obstacle contacts or approaches the air conditioner sweeping component in the air sweeping process is solved, safety performance of the air conditioner is improved, the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged, user experience is improved, a corresponding solution is set under the condition that a user clamps, and use safety of the user is guaranteed.
EXAMPLE III
In practical applications, the air sweeping mode of the air conditioner can also be a sweeping freeze frame mode, whether the air sweeping component reaches the preset position is judged by detecting the air volume of the air outlet of the air conditioner, when the air sweeping component does not reach the preset position, the air sweeping component needs to be controlled to correct, and whether the air sweeping component needs to be stopped or not is judged after the air sweeping component cannot be corrected.

301. detecting a first air quantity of an air outlet of the air conditioner;
in the embodiment of the present application, the specific content of step 301 is similar to that of step 101 in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again.
302. Comparing the first air volume with the third air volume;
in the embodiment of the application, an air volume threshold range of a corresponding angle in the sweep freeze frame mode, that is, a third air volume, is also preset, that is, if the first air volume is out of the threshold range of the third air volume under a target sweep angle set by a user in the sweep freeze frame mode by default, the first air volume is considered to be not matched with the third air volume, and the sweep component does not reach a preset position; and conversely, the first air volume is considered to be matched with the third air volume, and the air sweeping component reaches the preset position.
The preset positions are target positions which are required to be reached by each wind sweeping angle set by a user and are preset in the air conditioner in the wind sweeping freeze frame mode.
303. Judging the state of the current wind sweeping component and controlling the wind sweeping component to correct;
and if the first air volume is not matched with the third air volume and the duration of the unmatched state reaches the third duration, judging that the current state of the wind sweeping component is a temporary locked-rotor state, and controlling the wind sweeping component to continue to operate to the preset position.
The third time duration is defined as a time duration in which the first air volume and the third air volume are not matched after the air conditioner is turned on, and it can be understood that the third time duration may be set to different time durations according to practical applications, and is not limited herein. It is also understood that the third time period may be equal to the first time period in the first embodiment, may be set according to the practical application requirement, and is not limited herein.
When the temporary locked rotor of the wind sweeping component is judged, the wind sweeping component is continuously driven to continuously run to the preset position, and the position of the wind sweeping component is tried to be corrected so as to solve the temporary locked rotor problem.
304. Judging whether the wind sweeping component is completely blocked;
and if the first air volume and the third air volume are still not matched and the duration of the unmatched state reaches the second duration, judging that the current state of the wind sweeping component is a completely blocked state.
In the third embodiment, the second time duration is defined as a period of time for controlling the wind sweeping component to continue to operate to the preset position after the wind sweeping component is determined to be temporarily locked, and it can be understood that the second time duration may be set to different time durations according to practical applications, and is not limited herein. It should also be understood that the second time period in the third embodiment and the second time period in the second embodiment may default to the same time period, or may be regarded as different time periods, and are set according to practical applications, which is not limited herein.
305. Judging whether shutdown processing is needed;
in the embodiment of the present application, the specific content of step 305 is similar to that of step 205 in the second embodiment, and is not described herein again.
