背景技术
随着经济发展,对工业自动化控制水平的要求在不断提高,阀门所面临的使用工况也更加复杂、苛刻,如空气分离设备中若出现氢、氧外漏可能产生爆炸,酿成重大灾难,这就对超低温工况下阀杆的密封性能及其可靠性提出了更高的要求。
现有侧装球阀阀体多为左右两片式或三片式结构,左右阀体之间设有垫片以螺栓预紧密封,但阀体密封处易受管道应力影响,轻则密封处泄漏、严重时两端阀座将球体抱死,阀门卡阻无法启闭,维修时,需要拆下螺栓再将阀门从管道上拿下,操作复杂,安全性低,维修难度大。
在现技术中,传统深冷阀门通常采用普通填料函中装有低温四氟填料的密封结构。由于普通填料函距离阀腔太近,无法有效隔离低温,且多片式四氟填料从填料函中取出困难,给维修和更换工作造成很大不便,另外四氟填料耐高温性能差,不具备防火能力,当火灾发生时容易造成可燃介质泄漏,带来严重后果,阀门的可靠性、稳定性缺乏保证,甚至影响整套系统安全运行,造成巨大经济损失。
发明内容
为此,本发明实施例提供一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,通过活动密封组件的设置,可推动弹性橡胶圈外伸或内缩与密封圈槽滑动卡接或分开,便于使阀门与密封圈槽密封或打开,防止阀门卡阻,密封性强,自动化程度高,便于拆装,安全性低,维修难度低,通过填料组件的设置,在转轴、连杆和拉力弹簧的限位作用下,开关门可转动打开,而在回位弹簧的弹力作用下,卡筒上升,可使开关门重新与阀杆密封,卡筒对开关门进行套接加固,便于多片式四氟填料的拿取和密封,方便了蝶阀维修和更换工作的进行,增加了阀门的可靠性,防止填料的泄露,安全性强,实用性高,以解决现有技术中由于阀体之间用垫片和螺栓预紧密封,易受管道应力影响泄漏,使球体抱死,阀门卡阻,维修操作复杂,安全性低,维修难度大,多片式四氟填料从填料函中取出困难,给维修和更换工作造成很大不便,阀门的可靠性低,易造成可燃介质泄漏,安全性差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内转动连接有阀杆,所述阀杆下部外壁固定套接有阀门,所述阀体下部内开设有密封圈槽,所述阀门内安装有活动密封组件,所述阀杆下部安装有填料组件;
所述活动密封组件包括基准轴,所述基准轴后部外壁固定套接有半蜗轮,所述阀门后壁上下均固定连接有安装块,两块所述安装块间转动连接有蜗杆,所述基准轴前部外壁固定套接有转盘,所述转盘内等距开设有六个滑槽,六个所述滑槽内均滑动连接有滑销,六个所述滑销前端外壁均固定套接有滑竿,所述阀门内壁等距固定连接六个滑轨;
所述填料组件包括开关门,所述开关门上部固定连接有连接球,所述阀体底部内固定连接有限位筒,所述限位筒上壁内开设有卡槽,所述限位筒内壁与卡槽内均滑动连接有卡筒,所述限位筒中部开设有定位槽,竖直方向所述定位槽内滑动连接有支筒,所述定位槽顶部固定连接有微型电动伸缩机,所述支筒中部内开设有导向槽,所述导向槽与定位槽间滑动连接有抬升架,所述卡筒左壁与右壁内固定连接有传动块,所述阀杆下部前壁左右内均固定连接有支座,两个所述支座内均通过转轴转动连接有转座,所述阀杆与开关门下部左壁与右壁内均通过卡销转动套接有连杆,所述阀杆与开关门下部左壁与右壁内均固定连接有基准柱。

实施场景具体为:可通过发动微型电动伸缩机23输出端伸缩,控制支筒22在定位槽21内滑动,从而使抬升架25在导向槽24内滑动,从而控制抬升架25与传动块26滑动,使卡筒20在卡槽19内上升或下降,在卡筒20下降过程中拉动连接球17下降,连接球17内拉线拉动开关门16旋转,在转轴29、连杆32和拉力弹簧35的限位作用下,开关门16可转动打开,而在回位弹簧27的弹力作用下,卡筒20上升,可使开关门16重新与阀杆2密封,卡筒20对开关门16进行套接加固,便于多片式四氟填料的拿取和密封,方便了蝶阀维修和更换工作的进行,增加了阀门的可靠性,防止填料的泄露,安全性强,实用性高,该实施方式具体解决了现有技术中传统深冷阀门通常采用普通填料函中装有低温四氟填料的密封结构,由于普通填料函距离阀腔太近,无法有效隔离低温,且多片式四氟填料从填料函中取出困难,给维修和更换工作造成很大不便,另外四氟填料耐高温性能差,不具备防火能力,当火灾发生时容易造成可燃介质泄漏,带来严重后果,阀门的可靠性、稳定性缺乏保证,甚至影响整套系统安全运行,造成巨大经济损失的问题。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)内转动连接有阀杆(2),所述阀杆(2)下部外壁固定套接有阀门(3),所述阀体(1)下部内开设有密封圈槽(4),所述阀门(3)内安装有活动密封组件(15),所述阀杆(2)下部安装有填料组件(36);
所述活动密封组件(15)包括基准轴(5),所述基准轴(5)后部外壁固定套接有半蜗轮(6),所述阀门(3)后壁上下均固定连接有安装块(7),两块所述安装块(7)间转动连接有蜗杆(8),所述基准轴(5)前部外壁固定套接有转盘(9),所述转盘(9)内等距开设有六个滑槽(10),六个所述滑槽(10)内均滑动连接有滑销(11),六个所述滑销(11)前端外壁均固定套接有滑竿(12),所述阀门(3)内壁等距固定连接六个滑轨(13);
所述填料组件(36)包括开关门(16),所述开关门(16)上部固定连接有连接球(17),所述阀体(1)底部内固定连接有限位筒(18),所述限位筒(18)上壁内开设有卡槽(19),所述限位筒(18)内壁与卡槽(19)内均滑动连接有卡筒(20),所述限位筒(18)中部开设有定位槽(21),竖直方向所述定位槽(21)内滑动连接有支筒(22),所述定位槽(21)顶部固定连接有微型电动伸缩机(23),所述支筒(22)中部内开设有导向槽(24),所述导向槽(24)与定位槽(21)间滑动连接有抬升架(25),所述卡筒(20)左壁与右壁内固定连接有传动块(26),所述阀杆(2)下部前壁左右内均固定连接有支座(28),两个所述支座(28)内均通过转轴(29)转动连接有转座(30),所述阀杆(2)与开关门(16)下部左壁与右壁内均通过卡销(31)转动套接有连杆(32),所述阀杆(2)与开关门(16)下部左壁与右壁内均固定连接有基准柱(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述基准轴(5)转动连接在阀门(3)中部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蜗杆(8)与半蜗轮(6)外壁啮合连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,其特征在于:六个所述滑竿(12)分别滑动连接在六个滑轨(13)和阀门(3)外壁内,六个所述滑竿(12)外端间固定连接有弹性橡胶圈(14),所述弹性橡胶圈(14)由高韧性和高弹力的橡胶材料制成,所述弹性橡胶圈(14)与密封圈槽(4)滑动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述卡筒(20)顶部内壁与连接球(17)固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述定位槽(21)呈十字状,所述微型电动伸缩机(23)输出端与支筒(22)上壁固定连接,所述卡筒(20)下壁中部内与支筒(22)下壁间弹性连接有回位弹簧(27)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述抬升架(25)左壁与右壁和传动块(26)内壁滑动连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于在线维修的超低温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述转座(30)外端与上部连杆(32)外壁固定连接,左部与右部的两根所述连杆(32)后端均通过卡销(31)转动连接,所述连杆(32)中部均固定连接有套柱(33),左部与右部两根所述套柱(33)与基准柱(34)外壁间均弹性套接有拉力弹簧(35)。
