The liquid collecting platform has the advantages that the fixing convex columns 31 on the side surfaces of one liquid collecting plate 30 are in butt joint with the limiting concave holes 32 on the side surfaces of the other liquid collecting plate 30, the liquid collecting plates 30 are connected with the liquid collecting plates 30 in a pairwise mode, the liquid collecting platform is formed, positioning and installation are achieved, butt joint is convenient, and operation difficulty is low. (3) pressing down the second steel bar to enable the anchoring sharp nails at the bottom of the second steel bar to be inserted into the soil body, and fixing the foundation support frame on site; (b) side wall construction: the method comprises the following steps that (1) a groove in the side face of one side steel plate is sleeved with a convex strip in the side face of the other side steel plate, the side steel plates are connected with the side steel plates in a pairwise manner to obtain short-edge side walls and long-edge side walls, the short-edge side walls are installed on the first steel plates in a limiting manner according to the manner that installation convex blocks at the bottoms of supporting plates on the side steel plates are inserted into first grooves in the first steel plates, the side faces of the short-edge side walls are abutted against supporting steel columns located on two sides of the short-edge side walls, the long-edge side walls are installed on the second steel plates in a limiting manner according to the manner that the installation convex blocks at the bottoms of the supporting plates on the side steel plates are inserted into second grooves in the second steel plates, and the side faces of the long-edge side walls are abutted against the supporting steel columns located on two sides of the long-edge side walls;
