Claims (10)

1. A quick resetting method for a sunk urban road well cover is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: installation of the well lid device: the manhole cover device is installed at an inspection well of an urban road and comprises a manhole cover body (1), a manhole body (2) and an annular manhole ring (3), wherein the manhole cover body (1) is embedded in the upper part of the manhole ring (3), and the upper end surface of the manhole cover body (1) and the upper end surface of the manhole ring (3) are flush with the upper surface of an asphalt pavement (12); an annular horizontal mounting platform (4) is integrally arranged at the lower part of the inner side wall of the walling crib (3); a cushion layer (5) is laid on the upper end face of the well body (2), an annular base is arranged on the upper surface of the cushion layer (5), and the upper part of the base is connected with a horizontal mounting table (4) through a height adjusting mechanism; the height adjusting mechanism comprises a plurality of adjusting bolts (6) which are distributed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction and are vertically arranged, the heads of the adjusting bolts (6) are rotatably arranged on the horizontal mounting table (4) in a penetrating manner, the top ends of the heads extend out of the upper end face of the horizontal mounting table (4), and a distance is reserved between the top ends of the heads and the well lid body (1); a high-strength bolt (7) which is downward and the head of which is butted against the bottom surface of the horizontal mounting table (4) is fixed on the lower side of each adjusting bolt (6), and an inner threaded hole (8) which is in threaded fit with a threaded rod of each adjusting bolt (6) is formed in the top end surface of each high-strength bolt (7); the lower part of each high-strength bolt (7) is provided with a hexagonal prism-shaped threaded sleeve (9) of which the upper part is in threaded connection with the high-strength bolt, and the bottom of the threaded sleeve (9) is clamped on the upper part of the base; a vertical corrugated pipe (10) positioned between the base and the horizontal mounting table (4) is sleeved outside the high-strength bolt (7) and the threaded sleeve (9) together, and an annular butter layer (11) is arranged between the corrugated pipe (10) and the high-strength bolt (7) and between the corrugated pipe (10) and the threaded sleeve (9) together;
s2: preparation before maintenance: after the manhole cover body (1) sinks after a certain time of road operation, firstly, arranging a roadblock type construction enclosure around the manhole cover device to be maintained, then, arranging a safety warning mark, and then, removing the manhole cover body (1) to ventilate the manhole so as to discharge methane in the manhole;
s3: coarse adjustment of the position of the well lid device: firstly, a guiding rule is placed on an asphalt pavement (12) around a wellhead of an inspection well, so that the guiding rule is positioned above the inspection well; then, a first adjusting bolt (6) is screwed forwards, the first adjusting bolt (6) rotates to drive a high-strength bolt (7) fixed with the first adjusting bolt to rotate synchronously, so that the exposed length of the high-strength bolt (7) on a threaded sleeve (9) is increased, the purpose of lifting the walling crib (3) is achieved until the height of the walling crib (3) at the first adjusting bolt (6) is basically flush with the bottom surface of the guiding ruler, then, a plane principle is determined by using three points, and the other two adjusting bolts (6) which are distributed in a triangular shape with the first adjusting bolt (6) are screwed forwards in sequence by using the same method, so that the upper end surface of the walling crib (3) is basically flush with the bottom surface of the guiding ruler; finally, the heights of the other adjusting bolts (6) are positively screwed, so that the head of each high-strength bolt (7) is abutted against the bottom surface of the horizontal mounting table (4), and the rough adjustment of the position of the well lid device is completed;
s4: fine adjustment of the position of the well lid device: the placement position of the guiding ruler is changed in multiple directions, the height of the well ring (3) is sequentially checked along the circumferential direction, when a gap still exists between the upper end face of the well ring (3) and the bottom surface of the guiding ruler, the adjusting bolt (6) at the position is positively screwed, the adjusting bolt (6) rotates to drive the high-strength bolt (7) fixed with the adjusting bolt to synchronously rotate, so that the exposed length of the high-strength bolt (7) on the threaded sleeve (9) is increased, the purpose of lifting the well ring (3) is achieved, and the height of the well ring (3) at the position is flush with the bottom surface of the guiding ruler; when the upper end surface of the well ring (3) is higher than the bottom surface of the backup scale, the adjusting bolt (6) at the position is reversely screwed, the adjusting bolt (6) rotates to drive the high-strength bolt (7) fixed with the adjusting bolt to synchronously rotate, so that the exposed length of the high-strength bolt (7) on the threaded sleeve (9) is reduced, and the purpose of lowering the well ring (3) is realized until the height of the well ring (3) at the position is flush with the bottom surface of the backup scale; repeating the process until all parts of the upper end surface of the well ring (3) are flush with the bottom surface of the guiding ruler, namely flush with the height of an asphalt pavement (12) around the wellhead of the inspection well, thereby finishing the fine adjustment of the position of the well cover device;
s5: examination of the butter layer (11): checking the filling fullness of a grease layer (11) in the corrugated pipe (10), if the filling is not full, supplementing grease into the corrugated pipe (10), and adjusting the length of the corrugated pipe (10) to ensure that a top horizontal mounting platform (4) of the corrugated pipe (10) is contacted, the bottom of the corrugated pipe is contacted with a base, and simultaneously, the grease layers (11) between the corrugated pipe (10) and the high-strength bolt (7) and between the corrugated pipe (10) and the threaded sleeve (9) are filled fully;
s6: repairing the asphalt pavement (12): pouring hot asphalt into cracks of the asphalt pavement (12) around the wellhead of the inspection well, thereby completing the repair of the asphalt pavement (12);
s7: the well lid body (1) resets: well lid body (1) is covered, clearance job site, removes roadblock formula construction and encloses fender and safety warning sign, resumes to lead to the car.
