Abstract

本发明属于功能性纺织品整理技术领域,尤其涉及一种防皱整理剂、功能性棉织物及其制备方法。该防皱整理剂由包括2D醚化树脂F‑AP、催化剂GH‑710、渗透剂JFC和磷钼多酸盐的原料制备而成。本发明中功能性棉织物的制备方法为:向2D醚化树脂F‑AP中依次加入催化剂GH‑710、渗透剂JFC和蒸馏水,得到混合溶液;将磷钼多酸盐H3PMo6、H3PMo8和H3PMo11中的一种或几种加入混合溶液中,调节pH为5~6,得防皱整理液;将经过清洁处理的棉织物在防皱整理液中浸轧处理,然后依次预烘、焙烘、洗涤、烘干,得到抗皱性能较优的防皱功能性棉织物。

一种防皱整理剂、功能性棉织物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于功能性纺织品整理技术领域,尤其涉及一种防皱整理剂、功能性棉织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉作为天然纤维的代表性纤维,具有良好的吸湿透气性、亲肤性、抗静电等优点,但是棉织物在使用过程中常常表现出折皱,严重影响其美观性。因此,棉通常需要进行免烫防皱整理。
目前,常用的无甲醛抗皱整理剂主要有四羧酸丁烷(BTCA)、柠檬酸(CA)、水性聚氨酯、醚化2D树脂、环氧树脂类、MA/IA/AA聚合多元羧酸(PCA)等,其中BTCA对织物强力具有较大损伤且用量较多,整理后废水污染大;经柠檬酸整理后织物易泛黄;水性聚氨酯类抗皱整理剂单独使用达不到整理效果,需联合使用,工艺较为复杂;醚化2D树脂成本较高,且整理后手感和白度不理想;环氧树脂类会使织物的白度和断裂强度明显降低;而PCA合成工艺较为复杂,不宜工业化生产。为了避免这些缺点,目前研究人员在树脂抗皱整理剂中加入二氧化钛进行复配,二氧化钛具有催化性能高、吸附能力强、稳定性好等优点,能够催化树脂和棉纤维羟基的交联反应。但二氧化钛用量过少,催化性能较弱,达不到预想整理效果;用量过多,二氧化钛分子易发生团聚,导致其交联不均匀,使织物的折皱回复角减小,整理效果不太显著。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种防皱整理剂、功能性棉织物及其制备方法,旨在通过采用该防皱整理剂对棉织物的处理提高棉织物的抗皱性能。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供了一种防皱整理剂,该防皱整理剂由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:20~30重量份的2D醚化树脂F-AP;10~20重量份的催化剂GH-710;1~2重量份的渗透剂JFC;10~20重量份的磷钼多酸盐;所述磷钼多酸盐为H3PMo6、H3PMo8和H3PMo11中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供了一种防皱功能性棉织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.向2D醚化树脂F-AP中依次加入催化剂GH-710、渗透剂JFC和蒸馏水,得到混合溶液;
S2.将磷钼多酸盐加入所述混合溶液中,搅拌均匀后调节pH为5~6,得防皱整理液,所述磷钼多酸盐为H3PMo6、H3PMo8和H3PMo11中的一种或几种;
S3.将经过清洁处理的棉织物在所述防皱整理液中浸轧处理,然后依次预烘、焙烘、洗涤、烘干,得到防皱功能性棉织物。
进一步的,本发明提供的制备方法的步骤S1中,2D醚化树脂F-AP、催化剂GH-710、渗透剂JFC和蒸馏水的用量比为(20~30)g:(10~20)g:(1~2)g:1L。
进一步的,本发明提供的制备方法的步骤S2中,防皱整理液中磷钼多酸盐含量为10g/L~20g/L。
进一步的,本发明提供的制备方法的步骤S3中,清洁处理过程为:用乙醇处理,以除去所述棉织物表面的油脂和蜡质。
进一步的,本发明提供的制备方法的步骤S3中,浸轧为二浸二轧,轧液率为100~110%。
进一步的,本发明提供的制备方法的步骤S3中,预烘温度为80~110℃,预烘时间为2~3min。
进一步的,本发明提供的制备方法的步骤S3中,焙烘温度为140~180℃,焙烘时间为60~90s。
本发明还提供了一种上述制备方法制备得到的防皱功能性棉织物。
与现有技术相比,磷钼多酸盐阴离子进入2D醚化树脂F-AP与纤维结合部位进行催化交联,并形成呈一定交联状态的网状结构沉积在无定形区之间,限制了纤维的移动,提高了棉织物的抗皱性能。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,等价形式改动或修改同样落于本申请的权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
步骤1、将3g棉织物用乙醇处理,以除去织物表面的油脂和蜡质。
步骤2、称取1.8g 2D2D醚化树脂F-AP于250ml的烧杯中,再往烧杯中依次加入0.9g催化剂GH-710和0.18g渗透剂JFC,最后加入90ml蒸馏水,得到混合溶液。
步骤3、将0.9g的H3PMo6加入到步骤2配好的混合溶液中,在匀速搅拌的条件下调节溶液的pH值为5~6,得到防皱整理液。
步骤4、将步骤1中处理好的棉布烘干后浸入步骤3配好的防皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧液率为110%。再预烘3min,预烘温度为110℃,取出后再焙烘90s,焙烘温度为160℃,并标准洗涤,烘干。
实施例2
步骤1、将5g棉织物用乙醇处理,以除去织物表面的油脂和蜡质。
步骤2、称取4.5g 2D2D醚化树脂F-AP于250ml的烧杯中,再往烧杯中依次加入3g催化剂GH-710和0.15g渗透剂JFC,最后加入150ml蒸馏水,得到混合溶液。
步骤3、将1.5g的H3PMo8加入到步骤2配好的混合溶液中,在匀速搅拌的条件下调节溶液的pH值为5~6,得到防皱整理液。
步骤4、将步骤1中处理好的棉布烘干后浸入步骤3配好的防皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧液率为110%。再预烘2min,预烘温度为100℃,取出后再焙烘60s,焙烘温度为150℃,并标准洗涤,烘干。
实施例3
步骤1、将6g棉织物用乙醇处理,以除去织物表面的油脂和蜡质。
步骤2、称取3.6g 2D2D醚化树脂F-AP于250ml的烧杯中,再往烧杯中依次加入3.6g催化剂GH-710和0.18g渗透剂JFC,最后加入180ml蒸馏水,得到混合溶液。
步骤3、将1.8g的H3PMo11加入到步骤2配好的混合溶液中,在匀速搅拌的条件下调节溶液的pH值为5~6,得到防皱整理液。
步骤4、将步骤1中处理好的棉布烘干后浸入步骤3配好的防皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧液率为110%。再预烘3min,预烘温度为100℃,取出后再焙烘90s,焙烘温度为170℃,并标准洗涤,烘干。
对比例1
步骤1、将3g棉织物用乙醇处理,以除去织物表面的油脂和蜡质。
步骤2、称取1.8g 2D2D醚化树脂F-AP于250ml的烧杯中,再往烧杯中依次加入0.9g催化剂GH-710和0.18g渗透剂JFC,最后加入90ml蒸馏水,得到混合溶液。
步骤3、将0.9g的Na5[α-AlW12O40]·13H2O加入到步骤2配好的混合溶液中,在匀速搅拌的条件下调节溶液的pH值为5~6,得到防皱整理液。
步骤4、将步骤1中处理好的棉布烘干后浸入步骤3配好的防皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧液率为110%。再预烘3min,预烘温度为110℃,取出后再焙烘90s,焙烘温度为160℃,并标准洗涤,烘干。
对比例2
步骤1、将5g棉织物用乙醇处理,以除去织物表面的油脂和蜡质。
步骤2、称取4.5g 2D2D醚化树脂F-AP于250ml的烧杯中,再往烧杯中依次加入3g催化剂GH-710和0.15g渗透剂JFC,最后加入150ml蒸馏水,得到混合溶液。
步骤3、将1.5g的Ln4Te4W72加入到步骤2配好的混合溶液中,在匀速搅拌的条件下调节溶液的pH值为5~6,得到防皱整理液。
步骤4、将步骤1中处理好的棉布烘干后浸入步骤3配好的防皱整理液中二浸二轧,轧液率为110%。再预烘2min,预烘温度为100℃,取出后再焙烘60s,焙烘温度为150℃,并标准洗涤,烘干。
测试例
利用实施例1~3和对比例1、2制备得到的抗皱功能性织物进行测试:

Claims (9)

1.一种防皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述防皱整理剂通过包括以下组分的原料制备而成:20~30重量份的2D醚化树脂F-AP;10~20重量份的催化剂GH-710;1~2重量份的渗透剂JFC;10~20重量份的磷钼多酸盐;所述磷钼多酸盐为H3PMo6O22、H3PMo8O28和H3PMo11O37中的一种或几种。
2.一种防皱功能性棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.向2D醚化树脂F-AP中依次加入催化剂GH-710、渗透剂JFC和蒸馏水,得到混合溶液;
S2.将磷钼多酸盐加入所述混合溶液中,搅拌均匀后调节pH为5~6,得防皱整理液,所述磷钼多酸盐为H3PMo6O22、H3PMo8O28和H3PMo11O37中的一种或几种;
S3.将经过清洁处理的棉织物在所述防皱整理液中浸轧处理,然后依次预烘、焙烘、洗涤、烘干,得到防皱功能性棉织物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,2D醚化树脂F-AP、催化剂GH-710、渗透剂JFC和蒸馏水的用量比为(20~30)g:(10~20)g:(1~2)g:1L。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,防皱整理液中磷钼多酸盐含量为10~20g/L。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,清洁处理过程为:用乙醇处理,以除去所述棉织物表面的油脂和蜡质。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,浸轧为二浸二轧,轧液率为100~110%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,预烘温度为80~110℃,预烘时间为2~3min。
8.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,焙烘温度为140~180℃,焙烘时间为60~90s。
9.权利要求2至8任一项所述制备方法制备得到的防皱功能性棉织物。
