Abstract
The invention provides a nano polymer metal repairing agent and a repairing method, wherein the nano polymer metal repairing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9-19 parts of modified resin, 10-16 parts of SiC nano powder, 15-20 parts of alumina composite ceramic aggregate, 12-18 parts of zirconia composite ceramic, 4-6 parts of triethanolamine, 7-10 parts of amidoamine curing agent, 2-6 parts of stearic acid, 3-7 parts of antioxidant, 1-5 parts of light stabilizer, 1-4 parts of elastic resin, 2-5 parts of medium density polyethylene and 4-8 parts of polyphenol. The repairing method comprises (1) surface treatment: performing repair welding, degreasing and dehumidifying treatment and sand blasting and rust removal on a workpiece to be treated; (2) preheating and sticking; (3) heating and curing; (4) grinding; (5) and (5) painting. The metal composite repairing agent provided by the invention has strong bonding degree with metal, is stable in solidification, has high bonding strength with a metal body, and is suitable for the abrasion-proof treatment, the damage and abrasion repair, the scratch corrosion repair and other repairs of mechanical equipment and spare parts.

Background
The metal repairing agent is an industrial auxiliary product which coats a nano polymer metal repairing agent or a high molecular composite material added with special materials (aggregates) on the surface of a metal part to be repaired so as to repair the metal or endow the metal surface with special functions. The metal equipment is worn and damaged, and is generally repaired by adopting traditional welding repair or materials such as industrial repair agent and the like. The invention also provides a repairing method applying the nano polymer metal repairing agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) surface treatment: performing repair welding, degreasing and dehumidifying treatment and sand blasting and rust removal on a workpiece to be treated;
(2) preheating and sticking: preparing a mould and a tool, preheating a workpiece, preheating a nano polymer metal repairing agent, mixing and stirring strictly according to the proportion of the nano polymer metal repairing agent, putting the stirred nano polymer metal repairing agent in a tray to glue the preheated workpiece, and keeping the mixed nano polymer metal repairing agent in the tray for a time not longer than 3 minutes to ensure the full adhesion of the nano polymer metal repairing agent to the workpiece;
(3) heating and curing: the constructed workpiece stays for 30 minutes for heating and curing;
(4) grinding: grinding the heated and cured workpiece according to the size of the workpiece, and testing the matched surface of the sealing element to be qualified;
(5) painting: and (4) after the workpiece is qualified, painting the workpiece, wherein the painted surface is required to be uniform, and the sagging phenomenon is not allowed.

Example 2
A nano polymer metal repairing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9 parts of modified resin, 10 parts of SiC nano powder, 15 parts of alumina composite ceramic aggregate, 12 parts of zirconia composite ceramic, 4 parts of triethanolamine, 7 parts of amidoamine curing agent, 2 parts of stearic acid, 3 parts of antioxidant, 1 part of light stabilizer, 1 part of elastic resin, 2 parts of medium density polyethylene and 4 parts of polyphenol.
Example 3
A nano polymer metal repairing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 19 parts of modified resin, 16 parts of SiC nano powder, 20 parts of alumina composite ceramic aggregate, 18 parts of zirconia composite ceramic, 6 parts of triethanolamine, 10 parts of amidoamine curing agent, 6 parts of stearic acid, 7 parts of antioxidant, 5 parts of light stabilizer, 4 parts of elastic resin, 5 parts of medium density polyethylene and 8 parts of polyphenol.
Example 4
A nano polymer metal repairing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 16 parts of modified resin, 15 parts of SiC nano powder, 19 parts of alumina composite ceramic aggregate, 16 parts of zirconia composite ceramic, 5.5 parts of triethanolamine, 9 parts of amidoamine curing agent, 5 parts of stearic acid, 6 parts of antioxidant, 4 parts of light stabilizer, 3.5 parts of elastic resin, 4 parts of medium density polyethylene and 7 parts of polyphenol.
Example 5
A nano polymer metal repairing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of modified resin, 11 parts of SiC nano powder, 16 parts of alumina composite ceramic aggregate, 14 parts of zirconia composite ceramic, 4.5 parts of triethanolamine, 8 parts of amidoamine curing agent, 3 parts of stearic acid, 4 parts of antioxidant, 2 parts of light stabilizer, 2 parts of elastic resin, 3 parts of medium density polyethylene and 5 parts of polyphenol.
A repair method using a nano-polymer metal repair agent comprises the following steps:

The repairing agents of the embodiments 1 to 5 are used for repairing the same type of workpieces by the repairing method, and the experimental test data range of the repaired products is as follows: the compressive strength is 94.9-162.8 MPa; the tensile strength is 25.7-31.9 MPa; the shear strength is 16.3-22 MPa; the bending strength is 74.5-93.3 MPa; relative wear resistance (steel is 1) 2.3-8.0; the working temperature is-60 ℃ to 80 ℃.
