Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly diatom ooze exterior wall coating, which comprises diatomite powder, nano paint, bentonite, a gel, an antioxidant and a defoaming agent, wherein the nano paint is novel emulsion paint, has the characteristics of environmental protection, no toxicity, mildew prevention, scrub resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, has extremely strong cohesiveness and excellent high weather resistance, is suitable for exterior wall structures, is added with a large amount of bentonite, contains a small amount of illite, kaolinite, halloysite, chlorite, zeolite, quartz, feldspar, calcite and the like besides clay rock, increases the plasticity of the coating, and is added with the antioxidant to enhance the antioxidant capacity of the coating when the coating is used on an exterior wall, ensure the stability of the diatom ooze exterior wall coating and reduce the oxidation caused by the influence of external weathering after the exterior wall coating is coated.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of production of diatom ooze coatings, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly diatom ooze exterior wall coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The diatom coating comprises diatom paint and diatom mud. The diatomite paint is prepared by adding diatomite into conventional emulsion paint or oily paint in a certain proportion, so that the diatomite paint has more functions of regulating humidity, adsorbing harmful gases, improving adhesion and abrasion resistance and the like. The diatom ooze is a coating prepared by taking diatomite as a main raw material and adding a plurality of auxiliary agents.

Patent with application number CN201710328184.8 discloses a diatom ooze coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the diatom ooze coating comprises: modified diatomite powder, a gel material, a dispersion medium, redispersible latex powder, an inert filler and deionized water; the preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the diatomite powder modified by the hollow glass beads by adopting an in-situ precipitation method, adding the gel material, the dispersion medium, the redispersible latex powder and the inert filler into the modified diatomite powder, uniformly mixing, adding water, and adjusting into paste to obtain the diatom ooze coating.
The diatomite powder is modified to be prepared into the diatomite powder modified by the hollow glass beads, so that the hardness of the diatom ooze coating is increased, but the problem that the diatom ooze coating is easy to oxidize after long-term use is not solved.

A preparation method of an environment-friendly diatom ooze exterior wall coating comprises the following steps:
1) preparing nano paint:
a. pouring the corresponding amount of titanium dioxide dispersant, nano quartz powder, acrylic emulsion and water into a reaction kettle, heating to 60 ℃, and continuously stirring for 30 min;
b. heating the reaction kettle to 70-80 ℃, adding a corresponding amount of film forming auxiliary agent and antifreezing agent, continuously stirring for 60min, adjusting the pH value, and naturally cooling to obtain nano paint;
2) sieving: sieving diatomite powder and bentonite in corresponding amount according to corresponding particle size requirements, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
3) mixing liquid:
a. mixing the nano paint, the diatomite powder, the bentonite mixture and part of water, heating to 50-60 ℃, and continuously stirring for 30-40min to obtain a mixed solution;
b. adding a corresponding amount of gelling agent into the mixed solution, keeping the temperature to 50 ℃, and stirring for 10 min;
c. continuously adding antioxidant and defoaming agent in corresponding amount, and continuously stirring for 40-60min to obtain semi-finished product;
d. and adding the balance of water into the semi-finished product, stirring, adjusting to be pasty, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the diatom ooze coating.
Preferably, the pH value adjusted in the step 1) is 7.2-7.5.
Preferably, the rotating speed of the reaction kettle in the step 1) is required to be 1500-.
Preferably, the room temperature in the step 3) is 20-24 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the outstanding characteristics and beneficial effects that:

30-50 parts of diatomite powder, namely,

The nano paint is compounded by 5-10 parts of titanium dioxide dispersing agent, 8-12 parts of nano quartz powder, 15-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 2-5 parts of film forming auxiliary agent, 2-3 parts of antifreezing agent and 20-30 parts of water.
The titanium dioxide dispersing agent is prepared from titanium dioxide, a dispersing agent and water; the particle size of the diatomite powder is required to be 100-150 meshes; the particle size of the bentonite is 200-300 meshes; the gelling agent is a mixture of at least two of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, agar, xanthan gum, carrageenan or pectin.

The PH value adjusted in the step 1) is 7.2-7.5; the rotating speed requirement of the reaction kettle in the step 1) is 1500-; the room temperature in the step 3) is 20-24 ℃.
