Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical transparent goggles material, and particularly relates to a medical transparent goggles material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The medical goggles are protective glasses used by doctors during operation, and can prevent some liquid medicine, blood, spray and the like from splashing to the face, thereby protecting the eyes. In the medical treatment process of infectious diseases and the like, the goggles are usually used together with a mask, a protective cap and the like, so that the disease condition transmission is effectively prevented, and the safety of medical care personnel is protected.
The existing medical goggles are mostly made of polycarbonate materials, have certain transparency and are widely used in the medical process. However, the transparency of the current medical goggles is not enough, which may affect the treatment of the medical staff to a certain extent, especially when the staff is dense, further reducing the work efficiency of the medical staff. In addition, in many cases, medical goggles are sterilized under high temperature or ultraviolet light conditions. However, at present, the heat resistance of medical goggles is poor, and the current requirements cannot be met. Therefore, there is a need for a medical eyewear material with better transparency and high thermal stability for use in the preparation of medical eyewear.

The invention aims to provide a medical goggles material with high transparency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a medical transparent goggles material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of PVC resin powder, 1-3 parts of stabilizer, 0.2-0.8 part of lubricant, 0.5-1 part of 2- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4, 6-di (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl), 1-1.5 parts of antibacterial agent, 50-70 parts of acetyl tributyl citrate and 0-0.5 part of colorant; the stabilizer comprises a main stabilizer and an auxiliary stabilizer, wherein the auxiliary stabilizer is selected from one or more of phosphorous acid vinegar, epoxidized soybean oil and hindered phenol.
The medical transparent goggles provided by the invention comprise PVC resin powder, a stabilizer, a lubricant, 2- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4, 6-bis (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl), an antibacterial agent, acetyl tributyl citrate and a coloring agent. Wherein, the main component of the PVC resin powder is polyvinyl chloride. PVC resins have good flame retardancy and chemical resistance, such as strong acid resistance and alkali resistance, but have poor heat resistance and stability. The stabilizer can effectively improve the heat resistance and stability of PVC. The stabilizer comprises a main stabilizer and an auxiliary stabilizer, and the auxiliary stabilizer is matched with the main stabilizer for use, so that the initial coloring of the goggle material can be effectively improved, and the long-term stability of the material can be maintained. The auxiliary stabilizer is selected from one or more of phosphorous acid vinegar, epoxidized soybean oil and hindered phenol, and can effectively perform a synergistic effect with the main stabilizer, particularly an organic tin stabilizer, an organic antimony stabilizer and a composite metal soap stabilizer, so that the stabilizing effect is improved. The lubricant and the acetyl tributyl citrate can effectively enhance the mixing uniformity of the medical transparent goggles material and improve the production efficiency of the goggles. The 2- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4, 6-bis (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) can effectively resist ultraviolet rays and enhance the light stability of the medical goggles material. The 2- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4, 6-di (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) phenol has stronger heat resistance, and can further enhance the heat stability of the medical transparent goggles material. The antibacterial agent can effectively resist microorganisms, germs and the like, and the antibacterial property of the goggle material is improved, so that the medical requirements are met.
Preferably, the primary stabilizer is selected from one or more of an organic tin stabilizer, an organic antimony stabilizer, a complex metal soap stabilizer and a rare earth stabilizer. Among them, the organotin stabilizers have high transparency and thermal stability, but their cost is high. The medical transparent goggles material is used as a main stabilizer, and the phosphorous acid vinegar, the epoxidized soybean oil, the hindered phenol and the like are used as auxiliary stabilizers, so that the stability and the transparency of the medical transparent goggles material are enhanced, the production cost is further reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the main stabilizer to the auxiliary stabilizer is 80-95:5-20 in parts by weight.
Preferably, the lubricant is selected from one or more of stearyl stearate, glyceryl monooleate and glyceryl monostearate.
Preferably, the antibacterial agent is one or more selected from titanium antibacterial agents, silver antibacterial agents and amino acid metal salt antibacterial agents.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the medical transparent goggle material, which comprises the steps of weighing all the components in the medical transparent goggle material according to the formula ratio, mixing and banburying the components in an internal mixer, adding the lubricant and the colorant in the mixing and banburying process, and extruding and granulating after banburying to obtain the medical transparent goggle material.
The addition of the lubricant and the colorant during the mixing process is beneficial to further improving the mixing uniformity and the coloring uniformity of the medical transparent goggle material.
Preferably, the temperature for mixing and banburying is 130-170 ℃.
The invention also provides application of the medical transparent goggles material in goggles.
