The fourth sludge scraper assembly 16 comprises a first vertical scraper, a first vertical guide rail, a first guide frame and a first reset spring, wherein a first installation groove is formed in the left side of the upper protective shell, the first guide frame is installed in the first installation groove, a pair of operation grooves are formed in two sides of the first guide frame, the first vertical guide rail is installed in the first installation groove, the first reset spring is sleeved on the first vertical guide rail, a mounting hole is reserved in the first vertical scraper, the first vertical scraper is installed on the first vertical guide rail through the mounting hole, one end of the first vertical scraper extending into the inner side of the first sludge storage bin forms a sludge scraping end, one end extending out of the outer side of the first sludge storage bin forms an operation end, and the sludge scraping end is controlled to vertically operate so as to scrape the sludge of the first sludge outlet, the second sludge outlet and the third sludge outlet; the top of the mud scraping end of the first vertical scraping plate is provided with a pair of guide convex bodies, and a guide groove is formed in a corresponding position on the first door valve.
The sixth sludge scraper assembly 26 comprises a second vertical scraper, a second vertical guide rail, a second guide frame and a second reset spring, wherein a second installation groove is formed in the left side of the lower-layer protective shell, the second guide frame is installed in the second installation groove, a pair of operation grooves are formed in two sides of the second guide frame, the second vertical guide rail is installed in the second installation groove, the second reset spring is sleeved on the second vertical guide rail, a mounting hole is reserved in the second vertical scraper, the second vertical scraper is installed on the second vertical guide rail through the mounting hole, one end of the second vertical scraper, which extends into the inner side of the second sludge storage bin, forms an operation end, and vertically operates through the operation end, so that sludge of a fourth sludge outlet is scraped by the sludge scraping end.
The bottom of the first sludge storage bin is provided with a first sludge discharge outlet, and the bottom of the second sludge storage bin is provided with a second sludge discharge outlet.
When the device is used, sewage is firstly introduced into the sewage regulating bin through the water inlet, the intelligent control system controls the electromagnetic valve to introduce the pH reagent into the sewage regulating bin, the pH of the sewage is regulated, the intelligent control system also controls the first stirring device to stir in the process, after the pH regulation, the sewage is introduced into the flocculation tank, after flocculation, the sewage is introduced into the sewage buffer bin, then introduced into the sewage convection bin for microbial treatment, and then introduced into the reverse osmosis membrane assembly, the trapped fluid is further introduced into the MVR evaporator for treatment, the permeate of the reverse osmosis membrane assembly is introduced into the treatment fluid buffer bin, the condensate of the MVR evaporator is introduced into the treatment fluid buffer bin, the solid waste is introduced into the second sludge storage bin, the sludge is collected and discharged, and the water in the treatment fluid buffer bin is discharged after being detected to be qualified.
