When the device is used, water and sewage are introduced through the water inlet, the sewage is firstly introduced into the sewage adjusting bin, the intelligent control system controls the electromagnetic valve to introduce the pH reagent into the sewage adjusting bin, the pH of the sewage is adjusted, the intelligent control system also controls the first stirring device to stir in the process, the sewage is introduced into the flocculation tank after the pH adjustment is finished, the intelligent control system controls the electromagnetic valve to introduce a flocculating agent into the flocculation tank, the sewage is introduced into the sewage buffer bin after flocculation, then, sewage is introduced into the convection bin for microbial treatment, then a reverse osmosis membrane component is introduced, trapped fluid is further introduced into the MVR evaporator for treatment, permeate of the reverse osmosis membrane component is introduced into a treatment fluid buffer bin, condensate of the MVR evaporator is introduced into the treatment fluid buffer bin, solid waste is introduced into a second sludge storage bin, sludge is collected and discharged, and water in the treatment fluid buffer bin is discharged after being detected to be qualified.

1.
