Preferably, the first glass conveying line body, the second glass conveying line body 82 and the carton conveying line body 84 each include a material conveying roller (not marked) arranged along the length direction of the first glass conveying line body, the second glass conveying line body and a driving component (not marked) for driving the material conveying roller to rotate, that is, the material conveying roller extends along the direction perpendicular to the length direction, the driving component includes a motor and a synchronizing shaft, the motor is connected with the synchronizing shaft, and the end of the material conveying roller is provided with a second synchronizing belt wound on the synchronizing shaft, so that the synchronizing shaft is driven to rotate by the motor, and the material conveying roller is driven to rotate by the second synchronizing belt. Preferably, the power part 8122 of this embodiment preferably employs an air cylinder, an extending end of an expansion rod of the air cylinder is hinged to the linkage rod 8121, a cylinder barrel of the air cylinder is hinged to a frame of the first glass conveying line body, the linkage rod 8121 includes a first rod segment (not shown in the figure) and a second rod segment (not shown in the figure) which are integrally formed, the first rod segment is hinged to the material receiving frame 811, the second rod segment is hinged to an expansion rod of the air cylinder, a hinged position of the linkage rod 8121 and the frame of the first glass conveying line body is located at a connection position of the first rod segment and the second rod segment, and the first rod segment and the second rod segment form an obtuse angle. Therefore, the linkage rod 8121 is pushed to rotate through the air cylinder, so that the material receiving frame 811 can ascend and descend, and the structure is simple and the operation is convenient. Photoelectric switches (not marked) are arranged on the material receiving frame 811 and the first glass conveying line body and are used for detecting whether glass exists on the material receiving frame 811 and the first glass conveying line respectively, and when the photoelectric switches detect that glass exists on the material receiving frame 811, the power part 8122 responds to enable the material receiving frame 811 to descend so that the glass descends on the first glass conveying line, and otherwise, the glass ascends. When the photoelectric switch 75 on the first glass conveying line detects glass, the first glass conveying line can be driven to work, so that the glass is transported to the first transplanting mechanism 83.
The first transplanting mechanism 83 is used for transferring the glass from the first glass conveying line body to the second glass conveying line body 82. Specifically, the first transplanting mechanism 83 specifically includes a first transplanting support, the first transplanting support extends from a first glass conveying line to the second glass conveying line 82, a first driving wheel and a first driven wheel are respectively arranged at two ends of the first transplanting support along the length direction (i.e. the conveying direction), a first transplanting belt connected end to end is wound on the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel, and a first motor for driving the first transplanting mechanism to rotate is further connected to the first driving wheel.

In addition, in a preferred embodiment, a limiting member (not shown, the same applies below) is disposed at an end of the first transplanting mechanism 83 close to the second glass conveying line body 82, and can be used for blocking the glass to prevent the glass from being flushed out of the second glass conveying line body due to inertia during transportation. Specifically, the limiting member includes a limiting plate extending along the length direction of the second glass conveying line body 82, the limiting plate is disposed above the second glass conveying line body 82, and a jog switch is disposed at the bottom of the limiting plate, so that when the first transplanting mechanism 83 rises to contact with the bottom of the limiting plate, the jog switch at the bottom of the limiting plate is triggered, and at this time, the first transplanting mechanism 83 starts to operate to transplant glass from the first glass conveying line body onto the second glass conveying line body 82, and the limiting plate can block the glass to prevent the glass from sliding off the transplanting mechanism under the action of inertia, so that the glass is protected.
Further, the limiting plate is of a double-layer plate structure, a buffer piece and a jog switch are arranged between the double-layer plate structures, the buffer piece can be a rubber layer or a spring, the buffer protection effect can be achieved when glass touches the baffle, the jog switch is arranged on one of the double-layer plate, the glass touches the baffle, so that the two plates of the double-layer plate structure are close to touch the jog switch, the jacking mechanism drives the first transplanting mechanism to descend, the glass falls on the second glass conveying line body 82, and then the second glass conveying line body 82 is used for processing the glass and transporting the glass to the position of a glass packaging discharging position.
While glass is transported, the carton conveyor line body 84 can also transport cartons and accessories synchronously, and a carton jacking and transplanting mechanism 85 is arranged at the end of the carton conveyor line body 84 so as to transfer cartons and accessory packages onto the carton conveyor line body 84. Specifically, the carton lifting and transplanting mechanism 85 includes a conveying support 851, a conveyor belt 852 and a scissors lifting frame 853, the scissors lifting frame 853 is disposed below the conveying support 851 and connected thereto, the conveyor belt is disposed on the conveying support 851, and the rotation conveying direction of the conveyor belt 852 is the same as the conveying direction of the carton conveyor line body 84.
The scissor lift 853 comprises a scissor support 8531 and a push-pull cylinder 8532, wherein the extending end of a piston rod of the push-pull cylinder 8532 is hinged to one of the two support rods of the scissor support 8531, and the connection position of the piston rod is close to the hinge position of the two support rods of the scissor support 8531. When the piston cylinder of the push-pull cylinder 8532 extends out of the cylinder barrel, the supporting rod of the cross support 8531 contracts in the vertical direction, so that the purpose of lifting the conveyor belt 852 is achieved; when the piston rod of the push-pull cylinder 8532 retracts into the cylinder, the strut of the scissors strut 8531 retracts in the horizontal direction, and the conveyor 852 descends. Meanwhile, the conveying support 851 is further connected with a guide rod 8533 extending in the vertical direction, the guide rod 8533 is preferably an expansion rod, the bottom of the expansion rod is fixed with the ground, and the top of the expansion rod is connected with the conveying support 851, so that the guide and limiting effects are achieved in the lifting process of the conveying support 851, and the lifting stability of the conveying support 851 is improved.
Further, rollers (not labeled) arranged along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 852 are further arranged on two sides of the conveyor belt 852 so as to reduce friction between the cartons and two sides of the conveyor belt 852, and the conveyor belt 852 is convenient for transferring the cartons to the carton conveying line body 84.
The fitments and cartons can be manually placed onto the carton lift-up and transplanting mechanism 85 and the information on the fitments and cartons scanned to input the relevant information into the system. The carton conveying line body 84 is provided with an inclined downward extending discharging slide rail 841 and a discharging cylinder 842 at the carton discharging position, the extending end of the piston rod of the discharging cylinder 842 is connected with a push plate (not shown), the carton reaching the carton discharging position can be pushed into the discharging slide rail 841, and the discharging slide rail 841 is provided with a plurality of pulleys (not shown) so as to facilitate the movement of the carton. The construction method of the glass warehouse-out sorting device 8 comprises the following steps:
firstly, a power part 8122 drives a linkage rod 8121 to rotate and lift a material receiving frame 811 so as to receive glass transported by a sorting robot; then, the power part 8122 drives the linkage rod 8121 to rotate so that the material receiving frame 811 descends, and the glass on the material receiving frame 811 is placed on the first glass conveying line body; then, the first glass conveying line body is started to convey the glass to the first transplanting mechanism 83, the first transplanting mechanism 83 is started to convey the glass to the second glass conveying line body 82 through the first glass conveying line body, and then the second glass conveying line body 82 conveys the glass to the glass packing discharge port.
Meanwhile, the carton jacking and transplanting mechanism 85 conveys cartons and accessories to the carton conveying line body 84, the carton conveying line body 84 conveys the cartons and the accessories to the carton discharging position, and the discharging cylinder 842 at the carton discharging position is started to push the cartons to the discharging slide rails 841 for packing.
The glass sorting device 8 that goes out of warehouse of this application sets two independent transportation line bodies respectively with glass letter sorting and carton letter sorting for glass letter sorting can go on in step with the carton letter sorting, improves the preparation work efficiency of glass packing then. And the structure staggered arrangement of the mechanism of the glass sorting part and the structure of the carton sorting part can avoid the interference between the glass sorting and the carton sorting, the two parts do not influence each other, the equipment space can be greatly saved, and the processing efficiency is high.
Please refer to fig. 10 to 12, each glass packing outlet is provided with a glass packing buffer device 9, the glass packing buffer devices 9 can reduce the labor intensity of workers, and prevent the workers from being too fatigue to damage the glass due to long-time packing.
Specifically, the glass packaging and caching device 9 comprises a transplanting and conveying mechanism 91, a lifting and transplanting mechanism 92, a glass caching mechanism 93, a packaging workbench 94 and a jacking and transplanting mechanism 95, wherein the transplanting and conveying mechanism 91 is arranged below the glass caching mechanism 93, the packaging workbench 94 and the jacking and transplanting mechanism 95, the transplanting and conveying mechanism 91 is identical in height with a second glass conveying line 82 of the glass warehouse-out sorting device 8 in the application and is perpendicular to the second glass conveying line 82, the transplanting and conveying mechanism 91 extends into the second glass conveying line 82, so that glass transported by the glass warehouse-out sorting device 8 is conveyed to a glass packaging and material-out position through the second glass conveying line 82, and then is conveyed to the glass packaging and caching device 9 through the transplanting and conveying mechanism 91 for packaging. The lifting transplanting mechanism 92 is arranged at one end, far away from the glass packaging discharge hole, of the transplanting conveying mechanism 91, glass is transferred to the glass caching mechanism 93 from the transplanting conveying mechanism 91 through the lifting transplanting mechanism 92, the glass caching mechanism 93, the packaging workbench 94 and the jacking transplanting mechanism 95 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the transplanting conveying mechanism 91, and the jacking transplanting mechanism 95 is connected with the finished product conveying line body 5 so as to convey packaged glass to the finished product conveying line body 5 for shipment. The transplanting conveying mechanism 91, the glass caching mechanism 93, the packing workbench 94 and the jacking transplanting mechanism 95 are arranged in a vertically stacked staggered manner, so that the structure is compact, and the occupied space of equipment is saved.
Specifically, the transplanting conveying mechanism 91 includes a second transplanting support, and a second driving wheel, a second driven wheel and a second transplanting belt which are arranged on the second transplanting support, the second transplanting support extends along a conveying direction perpendicular to the second glass conveying line body 82, the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel are respectively arranged at two end sides of the second transplanting support in the length direction, the second transplanting belt is wound around the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel in an end-to-end manner, and the second driving wheel is connected with a second motor for driving the second driving wheel to rotate.
