Background
With the improvement of society and economic level of people, most families are equipped with automobiles for convenience of traveling, and meanwhile, the requirement of people on the comfort of the automobiles is gradually improved. In order to meet the requirement of people on comfort, the left side and the right side of the automobile seat are provided with rotatable armrests, so that the elbows of passengers can be conveniently supported; the back of the front-row automobile seat is provided with a rotatable table board, so that a rear-row passenger can conveniently place articles; the rotatable foot support is arranged below the automobile seat, so that the feet of passengers can be supported conveniently. The rotary armrests, the rotary table plate and the rotary foot supports are all rotated through adjusting mechanisms, and the adjusting structures of the rotary armrests, the rotary table plate and the rotary foot supports are classified into step adjustment and stepless adjustment. In the prior art, the pawl in the stepped adjusting mechanism is integrally longer, so that the weight is larger, the cost is high, and the aim of lightening the automobile is not met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stepped adjusting mechanism with a boosting and locking function for a seat, which optimizes a pawl, reduces the weight and the cost of the pawl and achieves the aim of lightening the automobile.
Therefore, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a stepped adjusting mechanism with a boosting locking function for a seat comprises an outer cover, an inner cover, a ratchet, a pawl, a shifting block, a fixed seat and a boosting locking device, wherein the upper end of the ratchet is provided with a ratchet, the upper end of the shifting block is provided with a shifting section of which the radius is gradually reduced from right to left, one end of the pawl is arranged at the upper end of the front side of the inner cover, the other end of the pawl can be meshed with the ratchet, a retaining column is arranged on the front end face of the ratchet, a limiting groove for limiting the retaining column is arranged on the shifting block, a reset spring is arranged on the pawl, the outer cover is arranged at the front side of the inner cover to form a shell with an inner cavity, an anti-retreat boss is arranged at the front end of the fixed seat, the rear end of the fixed seat penetrates through the outer cover and the inner cover from front to back and then is fixed on the seat through a fixed structure, the ratchet is fixedly, the poking block is positioned on the front side of the ratchet wheel, the ratchet wheel and the poking block are both positioned in the inner cavity, the front end surface of the inner cover is provided with a limiting column, the left end of the ratchet wheel is provided with a limiting surface capable of contacting with the limiting column, one end of the boosting locking device is fixedly arranged on the front side surface of the inner cover, the other end of the boosting locking device is provided with an elastic boosting part, and the poking block is provided with an upper limiting notch and a lower limiting notch which are matched with the boosting part;
when the shell rotates anticlockwise, the pawl, the limiting column and the boosting locking device are driven to rotate anticlockwise, the boosting part is located in the lower limiting notch, the poking block rotates under the action of the boosting locking device and the pawl, meanwhile, the other end of the pawl rotates along the ratchet, when the retaining column is in contact with the right inner side of the limiting groove, the boosting part pops out of the lower limiting notch, the poking block stops rotating, when the shell continues to rotate anticlockwise, the pawl rotates along the upper end face of the poking block, and when the limiting column is in contact with the limiting face, the boosting part falls into the upper limiting notch along the lower end face of the poking block, so that the shell cannot rotate, and at the moment, the shell reaches an upper folding point; when the shell rotates clockwise, the pawl, the limiting column and the boosting locking device are driven to rotate clockwise, the boosting part is located in the upper limiting notch, the poking block rotates under the action of the boosting locking device and the pawl, meanwhile, the poking block jacks up the pawl to enable the pawl to be separated from the ratchet, when the rotation is stopped, the pawl falls into the ratchet under the action of the reset spring to form downward locking, when the pawl continuously rotates until the blocking column is contacted with the left inner side face of the limiting groove, the poking block stops rotating, the pawl is located on the upper end face of the poking block at the moment, the boosting part pops out of the upper limiting notch, the shell continuously rotates, the boosting part rotates along the lower end face of the poking block until the boosting part falls into the lower limiting notch, meanwhile, the pawl falls into the upper limiting notch under the action of the reset spring to form locking, the shell stops rotating, and the ratchet reaches the lower folding point at.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the adjustable seat armrest is provided with an inner cover cap and an outer cover cap, and the adjusting structure is fixed on the inner cover cap and the outer cover cap, so that the whole stepped adjusting mechanism can be modularized and can be matched with different types of seat armrests; the pawl is directly arranged on the inner cover, and the pawl is optimized, so that the length, the weight and the cost of the pawl can be effectively reduced; the outer cover is a plastic piece, so that the weight of the whole stepped adjusting mechanism can be further reduced, and the requirement of light weight of an automobile can be met;
(2) be provided with the boosting locking ware that rotates together with the casing, when the casing rotated, can promote to dial the piece and rotate to can't promote after preventing that the pawl from skidding or wearing and tearing from dialling the piece and rotating, and then can prolong the life of stepped adjusting mechanism.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1-8, a stepped adjusting mechanism for a seat with a boosting and locking function mainly comprises an outer cover 1, an inner cover 2, a ratchet 3, a pawl 4, a toggle block 5, a fixed seat 6, a return spring 7 and a boosting and locking device 11. The front side of the inner cover 2 is provided with a shell with an inner cavity, the front end of the fixing seat 6 is provided with an anti-retreat boss 6a, the rear end of the fixing seat 6 penetrates through the outer cover 1 and the inner cover 2 from front to back and then is fixed on the seat through a fixing structure, the ratchet 3 is fixedly installed on the fixing seat 6, the poking block 5 is sleeved on the fixing seat 6, the poking block 5 is located on the front side of the ratchet 3, the ratchet 3 and the poking block 5 are both located in the inner cavity, the front end face of the inner cover 2 is provided with a limiting column 2a, the left end of the ratchet 3 is provided with a limiting face 3b capable of contacting with the limiting column 2a, one end of the boosting locking device 11 is fixedly arranged on the front side face of the inner cover 2, the other end of the boosting device is provided with an elastic boosting portion 11a, and the poking block 5 is provided with an upper limiting notch 5c and a lower limiting notch 5c matched.
When the shell rotates anticlockwise, the pawl 4, the limiting column 2a and the boosting locking device 11 are driven to rotate anticlockwise, the boosting portion 11a is located in the lower limiting notch 5d, the poking block 5 rotates under the action of the boosting locking device 11 and the pawl 4, and meanwhile the other end of the pawl 4 rotates along the ratchet 3 a. When the bumping post 3c contacts the right inner side of the limiting groove 5b, the boosting part 11a pops out the lower limiting notch 5d, the poking block 5 stops rotating, when the shell continues to rotate anticlockwise, the pawl 4 rotates along the upper end face of the poking block 5, and when the limiting post 2a contacts the limiting face 3b, the boosting part 11a falls into the upper limiting notch along the lower end face of the poking block 5, so that the shell cannot rotate, and reaches the upper folding point at the moment, as shown in fig. 6.
When the shell rotates clockwise, the pawl 4, the limiting column 2a and the boosting locking device 11 are driven to rotate clockwise, the boosting portion 11a is located in the upper limiting notch 5c, the poking block 5 rotates under the action of the boosting locking device 11 and the pawl 4, meanwhile, the pawl 4 is jacked up by the poking block 5 to be separated from the ratchet 3a, and when the shell stops rotating, the pawl 4 falls into the ratchet 3a under the action of the reset spring 7 to form downward locking. If the pushing block 5 stops rotating when the stop column 3c continues to rotate to contact with the left inner side surface of the limiting groove 5b, the pawl 4 is located on the upper end surface of the pushing block 5, the boosting portion 11a pops out the upper limiting notch 5c, the shell continues to rotate, the boosting portion 11a rotates along the lower end surface of the pushing block 5, and when the boosting portion falls into the lower limiting notch 5d, the pawl 4 falls into the ratchet 3a under the action of the reset spring 7 to form locking, so that the shell stops rotating, and at the moment, a lower folding point is reached, as shown in fig. 8.
The fixing structure specifically comprises a thrust pin 8 and a connecting shaft 9, the rear end of the connecting shaft 9 is welded on the seat, a mounting hole 6b used for mounting the connecting shaft 9 is formed in the fixing seat 6, a groove 9a is formed in the front end of the connecting shaft 9, a first notch 6c and a second notch 6d which correspond to each other from top to bottom are formed in the rear end of the fixing seat 6, the first notch 6c and the second notch 6d are located on the rear side of the inner cover cap 2, the second notch 6d is communicated with the mounting hole 6b, the first notch 6c, the width of the second notch 6d and the width of the groove 9a are matched with the outer diameter of the thrust pin 8, the upper end of the thrust pin 8 is inserted into the first notch 6c, the lower end of the thrust pin is inserted into the second notch 6d, when the connecting shaft 9 is inserted into the mounting hole 6b, the thrust pin 8 can fall into the groove 9a, and the connecting shaft 9 and the fixing seat 6.

Preferably, the pawl 4 is formed of a plurality of pawl segments.
Preferably, the pawl 4 is fixed in the housing by a positioning pin 10, and the return spring 7 is sleeved on the positioning pin 10, and one end of the return spring is clamped on a return notch 4a in the middle of the pawl 4.
In order to improve the aesthetic property of the whole stepped adjusting mechanism, the front end of the outer cover cap 1 is provided with an anti-retreat groove 1a matched with the anti-retreat lug boss 6a, and after the fixed seat 6 is installed, the anti-retreat lug boss 6a does not exceed the front end of the outer cover cap 1.
In order to facilitate the pushing-assisting part 11a to pop out the limiting notch, the upper limiting notch 5c and the lower limiting notch 5d are both semicircular notches. Preferably, the boost retainer 11 is designed to have a V-shape as a whole, and the boost portion 11a is formed by bending the other end of the boost retainer 11 inward.
In order to further reduce the weight of the whole stepped adjusting mechanism, the outer cover cap is made of plastic.
