s4, sanding and coating the coiled material: after the modified asphalt on the coiled material is spread evenly, fine sand is sprayed on the upper side surface of the coiled material, then film coating treatment is respectively carried out on the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the coiled material, and finally the coiled material after film coating is wound and stored.

the rotating mechanism (2) comprises rotating rollers (21) distributed between the mounting vertical plates (1), one end of each rotating roller (21) is mounted on the inner side face of the mounting vertical plate (1) at one end through a bearing, a rotating part (22) is mounted on the inner side face of the mounting vertical plate (1) at the other end, the rotating part (22) is connected with the other end of each rotating roller (21), scraping columns (23) are arranged on the rotating rollers (21) in a centrosymmetric mode, one ends, far away from the rotating rollers (21), of the scraping columns (23) are telescopic ends, the fixed ends of the scraping columns (23) are provided with positioning insertion holes (24) on the side faces, corresponding to the mounting vertical plates (1), of the telescopic ends of the scraping columns (23), and the side faces, corresponding to the mounting vertical plates (1), of the laminating plates (25) are arranged on the side;

the preparation process of the high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material by adopting the waterproof coiled material uniformly spreading device comprises the following steps:
s1, conveying the coil base: firstly, flattening the base of the coiled material to ensure that the joint position cannot be broken in the conveying process, and then controlling the base of the coiled material to be wound and conveyed;
