技术领域
本发明涉及隔音材料技术领域,具体涉及一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材。
背景技术
现有的隔音防火环保板材大多数由上板和下板构成,在上板上开有吸音孔,上板与下板之间设置有吸音棉,声音从吸音孔处进入后由吸音棉吸收削弱,使从上板传递到下板的声音变弱,从而起来隔音效果。这种隔音效果好的防火环保板材普遍存在隔音效果差的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材,包括上板、下板和两个第一吸音层,所述一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材还包括多个第一半球体和多个第二半球体,所述第一半球体和所述第二半球体均呈空心状,所述上板上均匀设有多个贯穿所述上板的吸音孔,所述上板的底部向上凹形成多个错落分布的上圆槽,所述上圆槽位于所述吸音孔的下方,所述下板的顶部向下凹形成多个错落分布的下圆槽,两个所述第一吸音层分别贴合在所述上板的底部和所述下板的顶部,所述第一半球体嵌装在所述上圆槽内,所述第二半球体嵌装在所述下圆槽内,所述上板固定在所述下板上,所述第一半球体压在相邻四个所述第二半球体上,所述第一半球体与所述第二半球体的外壁均设有第一减震层,所述第一半球体与所述第二半球体的内壁均贴有第二吸音层,所述上板和所述下板上涂有防火层。
优选的是,所述一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材还包括四个侧板,四个所述侧板安装在所述上板与所述下板之间,相邻两个所述侧板之间均设有第三吸音层,所述侧板与所述上板、所述下板之间设有第二减震层。
优选的是,相邻两个所述侧板之间设有连接片,所述连接片固定在所述上板与所述下板之间。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明将第一半球体和第二半球体分别嵌装在上板和下板上并在其内部粘有第二吸音层,第一半球体压在相邻四个第二半球体上并在两个半球体的外表面设有第一减震层,声音由吸音孔进入并经第一吸音层隔音削弱后一部分进入第一半球体内经过不停反射和第二吸音层削弱后再经第一半球体传递给第二半球体,经第一吸音层削弱后另一部分声音在第一半球体和第二半球体的外表不停反射削弱后传递至第二半球体和下板上的第一吸音层,进入第二半球体的声音在第二半球体内不停反射且经第二吸音层削弱后再经下板上的第一吸音层削弱后由下板传递出去,直接传递至下板上的第一吸音层的声音由第一吸音层直接削弱,由吸音孔进入的声音经过多层削弱,使一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材起到良好的隔音效果,同时,第一半球体与第二半球体之间通过第一减震层来上板传递的震动声音,有效减少震动噪音,另外,上板和下板均涂布防火材料,起到很好的防火作用。

为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例1
如图1至图4所示,本实施例的隔音效果好的防火环保板材包括上板1、下板2、两个第一吸音层3和四个侧板4,所述隔音效果好的防火环保板材还包括多个第一半球体5和多个第二半球体6,所述第一半球体5和所述第二半球体6均呈空心状,所述上板1上均匀设有多个贯穿所述上板的吸音孔11,所述上板1的底部向上凹形成多个错落分布的上圆槽12,所述上圆槽12位于所述吸音孔11的下方,所述下板2的顶部向下凹形成多个错落分布的下圆槽21,两个所述第一吸音层3分别贴合在所述上板1的底部和所述下板2的顶部,所述第一半球体5嵌装在所述上圆槽12内,所述第二半球体6嵌装在所述下圆槽21内,所述上板1固定在所述下板2上,所述第一半球体5压在相邻四个所述第二半球体6上,所述第一半球体5与所述第二半球体6的外壁均设有第一减震层7,所述第一半球体5与所述第二半球体6的内壁均贴有第二吸音层8,所述上板1和所述下板2上涂有防火层9;四个所述侧板4安装在所述上板1与所述下板2之间,相邻两个所述侧板4之间均设有第三吸音层,用于吸收两个侧板4之间进来的声音,所述侧板4与所述上板1、所述下板2之间设有第二减震层,减小上板1震动传递的声音;相邻两个所述侧板4之间设有连接片10,所述连接片10固定在所述上板1与所述下板2之间,利用连接片10将上板1、下板2和侧板4固定。其中,第一吸音层3、第二吸音层8和第三吸音层可以采用机纤维材料、麻棉毛毡、无机纤维材料、玻璃棉、岩棉、矿棉、脲醛泡沫塑料、氨基甲酸脂泡沫塑料等材料构成,第一减震层7和第二减震层可以采用PE、PU泡棉、无纺布、绒纸以及复合型珍珠棉等;防火层10可以采用常用的环保型木结构防火涂料。
声音由吸音孔11进入并经上板1上的第一吸音层3隔音削弱后一部分进入第一半球体5内经过不停反射和第二吸音层8削弱后再经第一半球体5传递给第二半球体6,经第一吸音层3削弱后另一部分声音在第一半球体5和第二半球体6的外表不停反射削弱后传递至第二半球体6和下板2上的第一吸音层3,进入第二半球体6的声音在第二半球体6内不停反射且经第二吸音层8削弱后再经下板2上的第一吸音层3削弱后由下板2传递出去,直接传递至下板2上的第一吸音层3的声音由第一吸音层3直接削弱,由吸音孔11进入的声音经过多层削弱,使一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材起到良好的隔音效果,同时,第一半球体5与第二半球体6之间通过第一减震层7来上板传递的震动声音,有效减少震动噪音,另外,上板1和下板2均涂布防火材料,起到很好的防火作用。

1.一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材,包括上板、下板和两个第一吸音层,其特征在于:所述一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材还包括多个第一半球体和多个第二半球体,所述第一半球体和所述第二半球体均呈空心状,所述上板上均匀设有多个贯穿所述上板的吸音孔,所述上板的底部向上凹形成多个错落分布的上圆槽,所述上圆槽位于所述吸音孔的下方,所述下板的顶部向下凹形成多个错落分布的下圆槽,两个所述第一吸音层分别贴合在所述上板的底部和所述下板的顶部,所述第一半球体嵌装在所述上圆槽内,所述第二半球体嵌装在所述下圆槽内,所述上板固定在所述下板上,所述第一半球体压在相邻四个所述第二半球体上,所述第一半球体与所述第二半球体的外壁均设有第一减震层,所述第一半球体与所述第二半球体的内壁均贴有第二吸音层,所述上板和所述下板上涂有防火层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材,其特征在于:所述一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材还包括四个侧板,四个所述侧板安装在所述上板与所述下板之间,相邻两个所述侧板之间均设有第三吸音层,所述侧板与所述上板、所述下板之间设有第二减震层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔音效果好的防火环保板材,其特征在于:相邻两个所述侧板之间设有连接片,所述连接片固定在所述上板与所述下板之间。
