Abstract

本发明属于环保板材应用技术领域,具体公开了一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,由第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层,及设置在第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层中间的多层填充层组成。本发明的有益效果在于:1、合理设计的多层结构耐磨、耐高温、耐腐蚀且具有较强的抗变形性,同时可塑性、稳定性强闭性、整体性好、绿色环保;2、金属网格层和离心玻璃棉层和黏胶层等复合制造而成,其不会碎裂、拉长均匀细长的纤维保证相互之间交织紧密、导热系数小,防水性能好(憎水型),耐酸碱性能好,使用温度高、无毒、无腐蚀、无污染和施工简便;3、多层结构的金属网格层,有效的提高整体复合结构的支撑强度和韧性。

技术领域
本发明属于环保板材应用技术领域,具体涉及一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,其所构成的多层结构耐磨、耐高温和腐蚀,同时具有较强的抗变形性。
背景技术
复合板按制成材料的不同一般分为,金属复合板、木材复合板、彩钢复合板和岩棉复合板等等,其是由分别具有不同物理或化学特性的两种或两种以上组成材料制成的构造材料。
在复合材料的成品结构内,个别的组成材料通常各自保持分开,并且各自发挥作用,因为复合板与传统的整体材料或均匀材料相比可更坚固、更轻和 / 或更便宜,所以复合板对建筑工业变得有吸引力。例如,复合夹层结构板或夹层结构的复合板材 ( 复合物 )具有较轻重量、具备较高抗弯刚度并且具有较低的总体质量密度,然而,为了以更低的成本、更快的速度、更优越的环境温度舒适度,以及更好的结构完整性构造环保建筑系统,现代建筑工业仍在不断地寻找具有更高的强度、更好的绝热能力以及隔音、防震和更轻的建筑材料。
因此,基于上述问题,本发明提供一种多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,其多层结构设计合理,多层结构耐磨耐高温,同时具有较强的抗变形性且外表平整、美观。
技术方案:本发明提供一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,由第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层,及设置在第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层中间的多层填充层组成;所述多层填充层,包括第一黏胶层、金属网格层、离心玻璃棉层和第二黏胶层,其中,第一黏胶层的两面分别连接第一塑料薄膜层、金属网格层,第二黏胶层的两面分别连接第二塑料薄膜层、离心玻璃棉层;所述第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层、第一黏胶层、金属网格层、离心玻璃棉层和第二黏胶层的厚度相同且构成的整体板厚度为20mm-90mm。
本技术方案的,所述第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层、第一黏胶层的厚度相同;所述金属网格层、离心玻璃棉层、第二黏胶层的厚度相同。
本技术方案的,所述第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层、第一黏胶层的厚度分别大于金属网格层、离心玻璃棉层、第二黏胶层的厚度。
本技术方案的,所述第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层、第一黏胶层、金属网格层、离心玻璃棉层和第二黏胶层所构成的整体板结构厚度为30mm-80mm。
本技术方案的,所述第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层、第一黏胶层、金属网格层、离心玻璃棉层和第二黏胶层所构成的整体板结构厚度为40mm-70mm。
本技术方案的,所述第一黏胶层或第二黏胶层分别由分散剂、粘结剂、渗透剂、消泡剂的一种或多种制成。
本技术方案的,所述第一塑料薄膜层、第二塑料薄膜层、第一黏胶层、金属网格层、离心玻璃棉层和第二黏胶层上均匀设置有通孔,其直径小于等于0.5毫米。
本技术方案的,所述离心玻璃棉层的纤维直径为4-6微米。
本技术方案的,所述金属网格层至少设置2层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板的有益效果在于:1、合理设计的多层结构耐磨、耐高温、耐腐蚀且具有较强的抗变形性,同时可塑性、稳定性强闭性、整体性好、绿色环保;2、金属网格层和离心玻璃棉层和黏胶层等复合制造而成,其不会碎裂、拉长均匀细长的纤维保证相互之间交织紧密、导热系数小,防水性能好(憎水型),耐酸碱性能好,使用温度高、无毒、无腐蚀、无污染和施工简便;3、多层结构的金属网格层,有效的提高整体复合结构的支撑强度和韧性。本发明设计合理,易推广。

实施例一
如图1和图3所示的一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,由第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2,及设置在第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2中间的多层填充层组成;多层填充层,包括第一黏胶层3、金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5和第二黏胶层6,其中,第一黏胶层3的两面分别连接第一塑料薄膜层1、金属网格层4,第二黏胶层6的两面分别连接第二塑料薄膜层2、离心玻璃棉层5。
进一步优选的,第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2、第一黏胶层3、金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5和第二黏胶层6的厚度相同且构成的整体板厚度为20mm-100mm;及第一黏胶层3或第二黏胶层6分别由分散剂、粘结剂、渗透剂、消泡剂的一种或多种制成;及第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2、第一黏胶层3、金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5和第二黏胶层6上均匀设置有通孔,其直径小于等于0.5毫米;及离心玻璃棉层5的纤维直径为4-6微米;及金属网格层4至少设置2层,其多层复合结构设计,一方面有效提高整体结构的隔热性能和耐磨性,其韧性强且可重复使用,另一方面具有十分优异的减震、吸声特性、尤其对中低频和各种震动噪声均有良好的吸收效果,有利于减少噪声污染,改善工作环境。
实施例二
如图2和图3所示的一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,由第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2,及设置在第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2中间的多层填充层组成;多层填充层,包括第一黏胶层3、金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5和第二黏胶层6,其中,第一黏胶层3的两面分别连接第一塑料薄膜层1、金属网格层4,第二黏胶层6的两面分别连接第二塑料薄膜层2、离心玻璃棉层5。
进一步优选的,第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2、第一黏胶层3的厚度相同,金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5、第二黏胶层6的厚度相同;及第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2、第一黏胶层3的厚度分别大于金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5、第二黏胶层6的厚度;及第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2、第一黏胶层3、金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5和第二黏胶层6所构成的整体板结构厚度为30mm-80mm;及第一黏胶层3或第二黏胶层6分别由分散剂、粘结剂、渗透剂、消泡剂的一种或多种制成;及第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2、第一黏胶层3、金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5和第二黏胶层6上均匀设置有通孔,其直径小于等于0.5毫米;及离心玻璃棉层5的纤维直径为4-6微米;及金属网格层4至少设置2层,其多层复合结构设计,一方面有效提高整体结构的隔热性能和耐磨性,其韧性强且可重复使用,另一方面具有十分优异的减震、吸声特性、尤其对中低频和各种震动噪声均有良好的吸收效果,有利于减少噪声污染,改善工作环境。
其中,实施例一和实施例二中的第一塑料薄膜层1、第二塑料薄膜层2、第一黏胶层3、金属网格层4、离心玻璃棉层5和第二黏胶层6所构成的整体板结构厚度为55mm,其具有良好的隔热、耐磨耐高温、抗变形性和隔音防震,其通用于零下120-400℃环境下的各种商业、工业、住宅建筑的供热、通风、罐体、空调调节等建筑的绝热保温、吸音降噪中,其中,本结构的复合板导热系数为0.030-0.044W/m.K,使用温度为零下20-800℃,密度为10-96Kg/m3,防火性能为A级,憎水性为98%。

1.一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,其特征在于:由第一塑料薄膜层(1)、第二塑料薄膜层(2),及设置在第一塑料薄膜层(1)、第二塑料薄膜层(2)中间的多层填充层组成;所述多层填充层,包括第一黏胶层(3)、金属网格层(4)、离心玻璃棉层(5)和第二黏胶层(6),其中,第一黏胶层(3)的两面分别连接第一塑料薄膜层(1)、金属网格层(4),第二黏胶层(6)的两面分别连接第二塑料薄膜层(2)、离心玻璃棉层(5);所述第一塑料薄膜层(1)、第二塑料薄膜层(2)、第一黏胶层(3)、金属网格层(4)、离心玻璃棉层(5)和第二黏胶层(6)的厚度相同且构成的整体板厚度为20mm-90mm;
所述第一黏胶层(3)或第二黏胶层(6)分别由分散剂、粘结剂、渗透剂、消泡剂的一种或多种制成;
所述第一塑料薄膜层(1)、第二塑料薄膜层(2)、第一黏胶层(3)、金属网格层(4)、离心玻璃棉层(5)和第二黏胶层(6)上均匀设置有通孔,其直径小于等于0.5毫米;
所述离心玻璃棉层(5)的纤维直径为4-6微米;
所述金属网格层(4)至少设置2层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,其特征在于:所述第一塑料薄膜层(1)、第二塑料薄膜层(2)、第一黏胶层(3)、金属网格层(4)、离心玻璃棉层(5)和第二黏胶层(6)所构成的整体板结构厚度为30mm-80mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种增强型多层结构的保温、防火、隔音复合环保板,其特征在于:所述第一塑料薄膜层(1)、第二塑料薄膜层(2)、第一黏胶层(3)、金属网格层(4)、离心玻璃棉层(5)和第二黏胶层(6)所构成的整体板结构厚度为40mm-70mm。
