(4) and (3) secondary pellet cleaning: the metal ball materials after the broken and cleaned ball processing are conveyed to a pellet cleaning machine through a conveyor and are injected with clean water for cleaning again, the cleaned metal balls are cleaned and sold after reaching the standard of general solid wastes with environmental protection requirements, a small amount of water is evaporated in the cleaning process, fresh water is supplemented periodically, cleaning wastewater is processed through a sewage purification circulating system of equipment, impurities are filtered, and the water quality can be kept for a long time;

The sewage purification and circulation system is characterized in that a water flow conveying pipeline is arranged in the four-shaft shredder, the granule cleaning machine and the secondary granule cleaning machine, the water flow conveying pipeline is connected into a water receiving tank in parallel, a water pump is connected onto the water flow conveying pipeline, waste water can be recycled, and is discharged periodically and finally delivered to a water treatment plant for disposal.

(2) magnetic separation: conveying the crushed materials of the waste metal container to a cleaning magnetic separator for separation by a conveyor, and separating metal and nonmetal in the crushed materials;
(3) cleaning the granules: conveying the metal fragments subjected to magnetic separation to a pellet cleaning machine through a conveyor for breaking pellets, adding water containing a cleaning agent into the crusher for cleaning in the process of breaking the pellets, cleaning attachments and oil stains on the surface of the metal, agglomerating the metal fragments into balls, filtering the cleaning water, recycling, and periodically replacing the cleaning water;
