The launching control module in the invention comprises: a filtering channel, a water draining channel and a filter screen 2. Wherein, the filtration passageway is vertical to be arranged, or filtration passageway arranges along the direction of gravity to the bottom shutoff of filtration passageway has end cap 9. The lower water channel is communicated with the filtering channel, and a communication port of the filtering channel communicated with the lower water channel is positioned on the side wall of the upper part of the filtering channel. The filter screen 2 is arranged in the filtering channel and is positioned at a communication port where the filtering channel is communicated with the sewage channel, and the filter screen 2 is used for filtering water which is about to enter the sewage channel.
In the invention, after entering the filtering channel, the water containing impurities is filtered by the filter screen 2 and then enters the drainage channel, thus ensuring that the drainage channel is not easy to block. And the impurity filtered by the filter screen 2 can be blocked in the filter channel, and because the filter channel is vertically arranged, the filtered impurity slides downwards along the filter channel under the action of self gravity. Thus, the filtered impurities are not deposited on the filter net 2, and thus, the water pressure loss is not caused.
In addition, when the filtered impurities are more, the plug 9 at the bottom of the filtering channel can be opened, so that the impurities can slide out along the filtering channel. In addition, when the plug 9 is opened, the water flow washes the filter screen 2, so that impurities attached to the filter screen 2 are washed down and then discharged along the filter passage. Compared with the technical scheme that the filter screen 2 is detached to clean the filter screen 2 in the prior art, the filter screen 2 has the function of being free of detaching and cleaning, so that the labor amount is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
The present invention provides the filter screen 2 in a straight cylindrical shape. A filter screen cavity is arranged in the filter channel. The straight-tube-shaped filter screen 2 is matched in the filter screen cavity. The inner cavity of the straight cylindrical screen 2 communicates with a portion of the filter passage located below the screen 2. The filtering surface of the straight cylinder-shaped filter screen 2 is a vertical surface, and the filtered impurities with higher density can fall into the filtering channel below under the action of self gravity. The filtered floating objects or floccules with low density may be adhered to the filter screen 2, but the filter screen 2 is cylindrical, so that the filtering can be performed from all directions, and the filtering range is wide, so that the excessive water pressure caused by the whole blockage can not be generated to a great extent, and the high efficiency and the high stability of the filtering are improved.
The invention also arranges an upper sealing ring 2.1 at the upper end of the filter screen 2 and a lower sealing ring 2.2 at the lower end of the filter screen 2. The upper sealing ring 2.1 and the lower sealing ring 2.2 are sealed with the inner wall of the filtering channel, so that the filtering reliability is improved.

In order to realize accurate control of the launching, a flow meter 6 can be arranged in the launching channel, and the flow meter 6 is used for detecting the flow of water. The flow meter 6 controls the opening and closing of the control valve 5 according to the flow rate.
Because the control valve 5 and the flowmeter 6 are both arranged in the sewer passage, and the water in the sewer passage is filtered by the filter screen 2, the filtered impurities are intercepted in the filter passage, thereby ensuring that the control valve 5 and the flowmeter 6 cannot be damaged by the impurities. In the prior art, since the screen 2 is provided on the cross section of the front pipe of the control valve 5 and the flow meter 6, foreign materials are likely to enter the control valve 5 and the flow meter 6 when the sewage disposal is performed. In the invention, when sewage is discharged, the filtering channel and the sewer pipe provided with the control valve 5 and the flowmeter 6 are two pipelines, and the filtering net 2 blocks sundries in the filtering channel, so that the sundries cannot enter the control valve 5 and the flowmeter 6, and the service performance of the control valve 5 and the flowmeter 6 is further ensured.
In order to facilitate the connection with an external pipeline, the invention also arranges a quick-connection plug 3 at the upper end of the filtering channel, and the quick-connection plug 3 is connected with the upper end of the filtering channel in a threaded manner.
The plug 9 at the bottom end of the filtering channel is arranged detachably. The plug 9 is screwed at the bottom end of the filtering channel. The plug 9 is provided with internal threads, and the filtering channel is provided with external threads matched with the internal threads. In addition, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the plugging, a sealing gasket 8 can be additionally arranged, and the sealing gasket 8 is tightly pressed between the plug 9 and the port at the bottom end of the filtering channel.
Based on intelligent considerations, the plug 9 can also be set to be an automatic plug 9, similar to an automatic valve. In addition, a sundry sensor is arranged in the filtering channel, and when the sundry sensor detects that the quantity of sundries reaches a set value, the sundry sensor can control the automatic plug 9 to be opened for pollution discharge. And after the sundries sensor detects that the sundries are completely discharged, the automatic plug 9 is controlled to plug the bottom end of the filtering channel.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the filtering passage is formed in the module base 1, and the drain passage is formed in the drain pipe. The sewer pipe is communicated with the filtering channel in the module base 1. In order to form the whole module into an integral structure, the module seat 1 and the sewer pipe are connected into a whole through the connecting piece.
The sewer pipe specifically includes a main sewer pipe 10 and a connecting pipe. The lower header 10 is arranged in the vertical direction. The connecting pipe comprises a horizontal pipe part 4 and a vertical pipe part which are communicated with each other. The pipe orifice of the vertical pipe part is inserted into the upper pipe orifice of the water inlet and outlet main pipe 10. The horizontal tube portion 4 communicates with the filtration passage.
Further, the module base 1 includes a horizontal branch pipe extending in a horizontal direction. The horizontal branch pipe is communicated with the filtering channel inside the module base 1.
