Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rigid-flexible coupling hallux valgus deformity orthosis, belonging to the field of medical orthopedic aids.
Background
Hallux valgus, which is an angle of inclination between the first metatarsal and the big toe of more than 15 degrees, causes abnormal deflection displacement of the first toe joint laterally. Hallux valgus is a common disease of the feet of adults, with a high incidence, especially in women. The existing hallux valgus orthotics have strong orthopedic principle, do not perform orthopedic fundamentally according to hallux valgus pathology, cannot meet the orthopedic requirements of patients, and are easy to cause other diseases such as foot pain and the like due to improper use. The design of a hallux valgus orthosis can help a patient to improve the degree of hallux valgus tilt and foot health problems.
At present, many researches aiming at hallux valgus pathology have been carried out, and researches have been proposed, and the treatment of hallux valgus slight disease can be used for carrying out the correction according to the principle of biomechanics. Among the hallux valgus orthoses that have been widely used today are: first, divide the toe to assist the utensil, such as five toe spreader, big foot bone correction belt, thumb separator, etc.; and II, postoperative aids for hallux valgus, such as special shoes for hallux valgus operation, protective equipment splint for hallux valgus and the like.
Most of the existing hallux valgus orthotics are thumb separators, mostly have an occupying effect, because the shapes are same and different, a soft block is arranged between the thumb and the two thumbs, and the adopted materials are mostly bandages and silica gel, so that the soft block can be well attached to feet, certain comfort level is provided, but the soft block cannot provide effective corrective force after being worn for a long time, and the recovery effect on hallux valgus deformity is very little.
The hallux valgus deformity can be divided into three types, namely light, medium and heavy, and the orthopedic modes of the hallux valgus deformity are different according to the degree of the hallux valgus deformity. In this regard, the existing hallux valgus orthoses on the market do not provide targeted products according to the characteristics, and the problems of invalid orthoses or serious diseases easily occur when the hallux valgus patients use the improper orthoses.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: how to provide a novel hallux valgus orthosis, comprehensively consider from several aspects such as mechanical structure design, industrial design, product travelling comfort design, through the innovative design to hallux valgus deformity orthosis, combine mechanical structure to control and adjust, and through the combined use of soft material and hard material, provide the required power of hallux valgus deformity orthopedic, guarantee certain travelling comfort while, reduce the influence on foot activity, realize the orthopedic of the patient of light disease of hallux valgus finally.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is to provide a rigid-flexible coupled hallux valgus deformity orthosis which is characterized by comprising a first binding belt for fixing a sole and a second binding belt for fixing a thumb, wherein the first binding belt is fixedly connected with a first metal elastic sheet, the second binding belt is fixedly connected with a third metal elastic sheet, the third metal elastic sheet is connected with the second metal elastic sheet through a hinge, the second metal elastic sheet is movably connected with the first metal elastic sheet through a plurality of rivets, a torsion spring capable of controlling the second metal elastic sheet to rotate is arranged on the second metal elastic sheet, and a plurality of clamping grooves for fixing the torsion spring are formed in the first metal elastic sheet.
Preferably, the inner side of the first metal elastic sheet is provided with a silica gel protection pad, and one side of the first metal elastic sheet is provided with a through hole fixedly connected with the binding band.
Preferably, the second metal elastic sheet is provided with a plurality of through holes for the rivets to pass through.
Preferably, the third metal elastic sheet is provided with a through hole fixedly connected with the second binding band.
Preferably, the first metal elastic sheet, the second metal elastic sheet and the third metal elastic sheet are made of elastic metal materials.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the mechanical hinge provided by the invention is formed by parts such as metal elastic sheets and the like, and is arranged at the movable joint of the foot, so that the mechanical hinge can be changed according to the state of the foot of a patient, and the movement requirement of the foot of the patient after wearing the orthosis can be met.
2. The invention adopts the torsion spring to control the gears and drives the metal elastic sheet to rotate, thereby providing orthopedic forces with different sizes for the thumb, and three control gears are arranged on one metal elastic sheet, thereby meeting the requirements of patients with hallux valgus with three malformation degrees of slight hallux valgus, medium hallux valgus and heavy hallux valgus.
3. The invention provides an elastic protection material which can reduce friction of other parts on foot skin and relieve and protect calluses and other problems caused by hallux valgus.
4. The invention provides a fixing mode of an orthopedic device, wherein the orthopedic device can be effectively prevented from sliding by sleeving the bandage on the instep and sleeving the bandage on the big toe, and the bandage has certain elasticity, is light and thin and cannot cause foreign body feeling to the foot.
5. The invention provides a product appearance design which can not only meet basic function requirements, but also protect internal mechanisms.
