In this embodiment, when the physician needs to adjust the backrest 110 for the back and neck massage or tired examination, the physician can disengage the second gear 260 from the third gear 251 by adjusting the handle 270, and tilt the connecting shaft 230 to rotate the second gear 232 and the third gear 251, and make the movable plate 220 slide along the second rotating shaft 221 and the rotating rod 223 of the movable plate 220 along the limiting hole 211 to complete the adjustment of the backrest 110, and after the adjustment is completed, the physician can loosen the adjusting handle 270 to engage the second gear 260 with the third gear 251 to keep the backrest 110 at an inclined angle.

In another embodiment, the threads between the two first lead screws 321 and the two second lead screws 341 are arranged in opposite directions, and the threads of the two first lead screws 321 and the two second lead screws 341 are arranged in opposite directions; the first and second movable blocks 322 and 342, which are formed in the width direction of the housing 310, can be moved toward and away from each other at the same time, so that the first and second movable bars 323 and 343 can simultaneously support the seat 100.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the massage device 400 is disposed in the first cavity, and the massage device 400 includes a back massage assembly 410 and a neck massage assembly 420, wherein the back massage assembly 410 is configured to massage the back of the practitioner and to move the neck massage assembly 420 to massage the neck of the practitioner.
In an embodiment, the neck massage assembly 420 includes racks 411, a fixing frame 412, transmission shafts 413, fourth gears 414, two first driving motors 415, eight bevel gears 416, ninth bevel gears 417, third bearing seats 418, a supporting frame 510419 and massage wheels 4191, the number of the racks 411 is two, the fixing frame 412 is disposed between the two racks 411, the fixing frame 412 is rotatably connected with the two transmission shafts 413, the fourth gears 414 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the two transmission shafts 413, the fourth gears 414 are meshed with the racks 411, the first driving motors 415 are fixedly mounted in the fixing frame 412, the eighth bevel gears 416 are respectively sleeved at output ends of the first driving motors 415, a ninth bevel gear 417 is sleeved on a shaft body surface of one of the transmission shafts 413, the ninth bevel gear 417 is in meshed connection with the eighth bevel gear 416, the third bearing seats 418 are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the fixing frame 412 located at the first driving motor 415, the two third bearing seats 418 are respectively rotatably connected with the supporting frame, the two support frames 510419 are both connected with massage wheels 4191.
Specifically, the doctor controls the first driving motor 415 to drive the eighth bevel gear 416 and the ninth bevel gear 417 to rotate through the controller 140, so that the transmission shaft 413 drives the fourth gear 414 to move along the rack 411, the supporting frame 510419 follows the walking path of the fourth gear 414 to move in an arc shape in cooperation with the back of the doctor, and the back of the doctor is massaged through the massage wheel 4191.
In yet another embodiment, the neck massage assembly 420 includes a rotating wheel 421, a driven rod 422, a bearing spring box 423, a transmission belt 424, a massage roller 425 and balls 426, the rotating wheel 421 is sleeved on the surface of the other transmission shaft 413, the driven rod 422 is disposed above the rack 411, the surface of the driven rod 422 is respectively provided with the bearing spring box 423 and the massage roller 425, one end of the transmission belt 424 is wound on the surface of the bearing spring box 423, the other end of the transmission belt is fixed on the surface of the rotating wheel 421, and the surface of the massage roller 425 is provided with a plurality of balls 426.
Specifically, when the transmission shaft 413 drives the fourth gear 414 to move along the rack 411, the rotating wheel 421 is also driven to rotate, so that the rotating wheel 421 winds or releases the transmission belt 424, meanwhile, when the rotating wheel 421 winds the transmission belt 424, the bearing spring box 423 follows the rotating wheel 421 to release the transmission belt 424 through the transmission belt 424 and enables the spring belt arranged in the bearing spring box 423 to contract, so that the balls 426 of the massage rollers 425 massage the neck of a doctor, when the rotating wheel 421 releases the transmission belt 424, the spring belt arranged in the bearing spring box 423 expands to enable the bearing spring box 423 to drive the massage rollers 425 to rotate and wind the transmission belt 424, and the balls 426 of the massage rollers 425 massage the neck of the doctor.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, armrests 130 are disposed on both sides of a chair back 110, a third cavity is disposed inside the armrest 130, the armrest 130 further includes a first gear 131, a fixed shell 132, a torsion spring 133, a first rotating shaft 134, a first tooth holder 135, a pull wire 136 and a handle 137, the first gear 131 is rotatably connected to the third cavity, a fixed shell 132 is disposed on one side of the first gear 131, a first rotating shaft 134 is rotatably connected to an axis of the fixed shell 132, the torsion spring 133 is disposed between the fixed shell 132 and the first rotating shaft 134, the first rotating shaft 134 is fixedly connected to the first tooth holder 135, the first tooth holder 135 is in meshed connection with the first gear 131, the first tooth holder 135 is connected to the pull wire 136, the pull wire 136 is connected to the armrest 130, and the handle 137 is rotatably connected to the armrest 130.
Specifically, when the patient lies or the armrest 130 interferes with the physician during examination, the physician pulls the pull wire 136 through the handle 137 to separate the first toothholder 135 from the first gear 131, and makes the armrest 130 rotate along the axis of the first gear 131, and after the adjustment is completed, the physician loosens the handle 137 and extends through the torsion spring 133 to restore the first toothholder 135 to be engaged with the first gear 131.
Referring to fig. 8, in one embodiment of the present invention, a controller 140 is mounted on the top of one of the armrests 130; the first driving motor 415 and the second driving motor 511 are both in communication connection with the controller 140, and a doctor can start and stop the operation conveniently by one key through the controller 140, so that the working efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a bellows 390 is disposed between the box 310 and the seat 120; the height adjustment device 300 is wrapped by the bellows 390 to prevent the hands or feet of the physician or patient from getting caught in the components of the height adjustment device 300, thereby avoiding a safety hazard to the physician or patient.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile member 500 further includes a supporting column and a universal wheel 520, the supporting column 510 is fixedly connected to the box body 310, a second driving motor 511 is disposed inside the supporting column 510, the second driving motor 511 penetrates through the box body 310 and extends into the box body 310 to be fixed with an inner shaft of the seventh bevel gear 380, and the supporting column 510 is provided with a plurality of universal wheels 520; through the arrangement of the universal wheels 520, a doctor can conveniently move freely in the examination process, and therefore examination efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 9, another working method of a gynecologist clinical examination seat according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, height adjustment: a doctor controls the second driving motor 511 to drive the seventh bevel gear 380 to rotate through the controller 140, so that the seventh bevel gear 380 drives the fourth bevel gear 362, the third synchronizing shaft 361, the third bevel gear 360, the sixth bevel gear 372, the fourth synchronizing shaft 371 and the fifth bevel gear 370 to rotate, and the third bevel gear 360 and the fifth bevel gear 370 respectively drive the first bevel gear 332, the first synchronizing shaft 331, the second bevel gear 352 and the second synchronizing shaft 351 to rotate, and under the action of the first synchronizing shaft 331 and the second synchronizing shaft 351, the two first screw rods 321 and the two second screw rods 341 respectively drive the two first movable seats 322 and the two second movable seats 342 to move towards or away from each other, so that the first movable rod 323 and the second movable rod 343 can respectively change the included angle between the first screw rod 321 and the second screw rod 341 to complete adjustment;
s2, adjusting the angle of the armrest 130: the doctor pulls the pull wire 136 through the handle 137 to separate the first toothholder 135 from the first gear 131, and makes the handrail 130 rotate along the axis of the first gear 131, and after the adjustment is completed, the doctor loosens the handle 137 and extends through the torsion spring 133 to reset the first toothholder 135 to be meshed with the first gear 131;
s3, angle adjustment of the chair back 110: the doctor can adjust the handle 270 to separate the second gear 260 from the third gear 251, and the doctor leans back to make the connecting shaft 230 drive the second gear 232 and the third gear 251 to rotate, and make the movable plate 220 slide along the second rotating shaft 221 and the rotating rod 223 of the movable plate 220 slide along the limiting hole 211 to complete the adjustment of the chair back 110;
s4, back and neck massage: the doctor controls the first driving motor 415 to drive the eighth bevel gear 416 and the ninth bevel gear 417 to rotate through the controller 140, so that the transmission shaft 413 drives the fourth gear 414 to move along the rack 411, the support column 510 follows the walking path of the fourth gear 414 to move in an arc shape in cooperation with the back of the doctor, the back of the doctor is massaged through the massage wheel 4191, and the transmission shaft 413 drives the fourth gear 414 to move along the rack 411 and also drives the rotating wheel 421 to rotate, so that the rotating wheel 421 winds or releases the transmission belt 424, and the ball 426 of the massage roller 425 can massage the neck of the doctor.
The method comprises the following specific implementation steps: the first driving motor 415 and the second driving motor 511 are both in communication connection with the controller 140, when the doctor finishes checking to cause fatigue or massages the back and neck to adjust the chair back 110, the doctor disengages the second gear 260 from the third gear 251 by adjusting the handle 270, and the doctor leans backwards to make the connecting shaft 230 drive the second gear 232 and the third gear 251 to rotate, and make the movable plate 220 slide along the second rotating shaft 221 and the rotating rod 223 of the movable plate 220 along the limiting hole 211 to complete the adjustment of the chair back 110, and after the adjustment is completed, the doctor loosens the adjusting handle 270 to make the second gear 260 and the third gear 251 tooth-engaged, so that the chair back 110 can keep an inclination angle; in the examination process, when the physician adjusts the height according to the height of the physician or the lying position of the patient, the physician controls the second driving motor 511 to drive the seventh bevel gear 380 to rotate through the controller 140, so that the seventh bevel gear 380 drives the fourth bevel gear 362, the third synchronizing shaft 361, the third bevel gear 360, the sixth bevel gear 372, the fourth synchronizing shaft 371 and the fifth bevel gear 370 to rotate, and the third bevel gear 360 and the fifth bevel gear 370 respectively drive the first bevel gear 332, the first synchronizing shaft 331, the second bevel gear 352 and the second synchronizing shaft 351 to rotate, under the action of the first synchronizing shaft 331 and the second synchronizing shaft 351, the two first screw rods 321 and the two second screw rods 341 respectively drive the two first moving seats 322 and the two second moving seats 342 to move towards or away from each other, the first movable rod 323 and the second movable rod 343 can respectively change the included angle between the first screw rod 321 and the second screw rod 341 to complete the adjustment; meanwhile, during examination, due to the lying body position of the patient or interference of the handrail 130 on a doctor during examination, the doctor pulls the pull wire 136 through the handle 137 to enable the first toothholder 135 to be separated from the first gear 131, and enables the handrail 130 to rotate along the axis of the first gear 131, and after adjustment is completed, the doctor loosens the handle 137 and enables the first toothholder 135 to reset to be meshed with the first gear 131 through extension of the torsion spring 133; during massage, a doctor controls the first driving motor 415 to drive the eighth bevel gear 416 and the ninth bevel gear 417 to rotate through the controller 140, so that the transmission shaft 413 drives the fourth gear 414 to move along the rack 411, the support column 510 follows the walking path of the fourth gear 414 to move in an arc shape in cooperation with the back of the doctor, massage is performed on the back of the doctor through the massage wheel 4191, the transmission shaft 413 drives the fourth gear 414 to move along the rack 411, the rotating wheel 421 is also driven to rotate, so that the rotating wheel 421 winds or releases the transmission belt 424, meanwhile, when the rotating wheel 421 winds the transmission belt 424, the bearing spring box 423 follows the rotating wheel 421 to release the transmission belt 424 through the transmission belt 424 and contracts the spring belt built in the bearing spring box 423, so that the balls 426 of the massage roller 425 massage the neck of the doctor, when the rotating wheel releases the transmission belt 424, the spring belt built in the bearing spring box 423 expands to drive the bearing spring box, the balls 426 of the massage roller 425 may be caused to massage the physician's neck.
It should be noted that the model specifications of the controller 140, the first driving motor 415, and the second driving motor 511 need to be determined by type selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific type selection calculation method adopts the prior art, so detailed description is omitted.
