Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for replacing a mattress on a display bedstead. The mattress replacement method comprises the following steps: placing a plurality of mattresses on a shelf, wherein the shelf is positioned beside the display bedstead, and confirming that the mattresses to be replaced are arranged on the shelf according to the types of the mattresses; when no person is in the operation area, the operation warning is started and the replacement operation is carried out; the warning is removed after the replacement is completed. According to the invention, the plurality of mattresses are placed on the storage rack, the storage rack is positioned beside the display bed frame, and the replacement operation is carried out according to the model of the mattress to be replaced, so that the problem of limited display positions of the exhibition hall is solved, the mattress can be replaced according to the needs of customers for the customers to experience sleep trial, the replacement of the mattress is automatically completed, and the time is saved by taking and placing the mattress nearby; during the replacement operation, whether someone exists in the operation area is closely monitored, the operation warning is started until the replacement is completed, and the safety of workers and customers at the display position can be guaranteed.

The operation warning and the field clearing prompt comprise one or more of audio and video prompts, fog screen imaging prompts and light prompts. For example, voice presentation is performed by broadcasting, text presentation is performed by wall captions, fog screen imaging of the periphery of the work area, or projection of light text onto the bed, and environmental abnormality presentation is performed by flashing, color changing, turning off, or the like, of the atmosphere light in the work area.
The replacement operation comprises the steps of taking down the mattress on the display bedstead and sending the mattress to the vacant position of the shelf for placing; then the mattress to be replaced is taken down from the shelf and placed on the display bedstead, and meanwhile, the storage registration information is updated.
During the replacement operation, whether a person enters the operation area is monitored in real time, if yes, the operation is stopped, and a clearing prompt is sent.

placing a plurality of mattresses on a shelf, wherein the shelf is positioned beside the display bedstead, and confirming that the mattresses to be replaced are arranged on the shelf according to the types of the mattresses;
when no person is in the operation area, the operation warning is started and the replacement operation is carried out;
the warning is removed after the replacement is completed.
2. A method of changing a mattress on a display frame according to claim 1, wherein the changing operation includes:
taking down the mattress on the display bed frame, and sending the mattress to the vacant position of the shelf for placing;
the mattress to be replaced is taken down from the shelf and is placed on the display bedstead.
