The invention has the following advantages:

A method for preparing the sterilized false eyelashes comprises a magnetic false eyelash preparation process and a magnetic eyeliner preparation process.
The preparation process of the magnetic false eyelashes comprises the following steps:
step a: placing the eyelash stalks on a false eyelash processing mold, coating the adhesive on the eyelash stalks, and adhering the hairs on the eyelash stalks according to the false eyelash processing mold to obtain a first semi-finished product;
step b: b, airing the first semi-finished product obtained in the step a, putting the aired first semi-finished product into sterilization equipment, and performing primary sterilization treatment to obtain a second semi-finished product;
step c: smearing the adhesive on the eyelash stalk of the second semi-finished product, and adhering the magnetic strip on the eyelash stalk on the side, where the hair is adhered, of the second semi-finished product to obtain a third semi-finished product;
step d: shaping and airing the third semi-finished product to obtain a fourth semi-finished product;
step e: putting the fourth semi-finished product into sterilizing equipment, and performing secondary sterilization treatment to obtain magnetic false eyelashes;
step f: and (4) placing the magnetic false eyelashes into a packaging bag for packaging.
The preparation process of the magnetic eyeliner comprises the following steps:
step A: adding 28 parts by weight of water, 2 parts by weight of antifreeze, 8 parts by weight of colorant, 1 part by weight of emulsifier, 8 parts by weight of propyl gallate, 8 parts by weight of catechu extract and 5 parts by weight of kelp extract into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 1.2 hours at 50 ℃;
and B: adding 30 parts by weight of iron oxide black and 22 parts by weight of film-forming agent into the reaction kettle in the step A, and stirring for 1.2 hours at 78 ℃ to obtain the magnetic eyeliner;
and C: b, storing the magnetic eyeliner in the step B at 40 ℃;
step D: and D, filling the magnetic eyeliner in the step C into a packaging bottle through a filling machine.
The packaging bag and the packaging bottle are subjected to sterilization treatment by the sterilization equipment.
The sterilizing equipment comprises ultraviolet sterilizing equipment.
The preparation process of the magnetic false eyelashes and the preparation process of the magnetic eyeliner are operated in a hundred thousand grade clean room.
Example 5:
the magnetic false eyelashes which are purchased in the market and are adhered with a plurality of magnetic sheets at intervals on the eyelash stalks.
Example 6:
the preparation process of the magnetic false eyelashes can also be used for preparing grafted false eyelashes, wherein the grafted false eyelashes are formed by adhering the false eyelashes to real eyelashes by using an adhesive, so that the eyelashes look longer, thicker and more tilted. The grafted false eyelashes include a stem and hair, which is fixed to the stem.
The preparation method of the grafted false eyelashes comprises the following steps:
step a: placing the eyelash stalks on a false eyelash processing mold, coating an adhesive on the eyelash stalks, and adhering the hairs on the eyelash stalks according to the indication of the false eyelash processing mold to obtain a first semi-finished product;
step b: b, airing the first semi-finished product obtained in the step a, putting the aired first semi-finished product into sterilization equipment, and performing primary sterilization treatment to obtain a second semi-finished product;
step c: coating the adhesive on the lash stalk on the side, where the hair is adhered, of the second semi-finished product again to obtain a third semi-finished product; the adhesive is coated again mainly for consolidating the hair adhered on the ciliary peduncle, so that the hair is adhered more firmly;
step d: shaping and airing the third semi-finished product to obtain a fourth semi-finished product;
step e: placing the fourth semi-finished product into a sterilizing device, and performing secondary sterilization treatment to obtain grafted false eyelashes;
step f: and (4) placing the grafted false eyelashes into a packaging bag or a packaging box for packaging.
The packaging bag or the packaging box is sterilized by sterilizing equipment before packaging.
The sterilizing equipment comprises ultraviolet sterilizing equipment and ozone sterilizing equipment.
The preparation process of the grafted false eyelashes is operated and carried out in a hundred thousand grade purification workshop.
The false eyelashes prepared in examples 1-6 were worn by 6 female volunteers with the following specific use effects:
the use effects show that compared with the prior art, the aseptic false eyelashes provided by the invention have lower degree of halation, better fitting degree, longer use time, better waterproof degree and aesthetic degree, more times of repeated use and lower bacterial survival rate.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (5)
1. A sterile false eyelash, comprising: comprises magnetic false eyelashes and magnetic eyeliner matched with the magnetic false eyelashes for use; the magnetic false eyelash comprises a mascara stem, a plurality of hairs and a magnetic strip, wherein the mascara stem is fixed with the hairs, and the mascara stem is adhered to the magnetic strip through an adhesive; the magnetic eyeliner comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of iron oxide black, 20-30 parts of film-forming agent, 20-30 parts of water, 1-5 parts of antifreezing agent, 5-10 parts of coloring agent, 0.5-2 parts of emulsifier, 5-8 parts of propyl gallate, 4-10 parts of catechu extract and 4-10 parts of kelp extract; the preparation method of the aseptic false eyelashes comprises a preparation process of the magnetic false eyelashes and a preparation process of the magnetic eyeliner; the preparation process of the magnetic false eyelashes comprises the following steps:
step a: placing the eyelash stalks on a false eyelash processing mold, coating the adhesive on the eyelash stalks, and adhering the hairs on the eyelash stalks according to the false eyelash processing mold to obtain a first semi-finished product;
step b: airing the first semi-finished product obtained in the step a, putting the aired first semi-finished product into sterilization equipment, and performing primary sterilization treatment to obtain a second semi-finished product;
step c: smearing the adhesive on the eyelash stalk of the second semi-finished product, and adhering the magnetic strip on the eyelash stalk on the side, where the hair is adhered, of the second semi-finished product to obtain a third semi-finished product;
step d: shaping and drying the third semi-finished product to obtain a fourth semi-finished product;
step e: putting the fourth semi-finished product into sterilizing equipment, and performing secondary sterilization treatment to obtain magnetic false eyelashes;
step f: placing the magnetic false eyelashes into a packaging bag for packaging;
the preparation process of the magnetic eyeliner comprises the following steps:
step A: adding 20-30 parts of water, 1-5 parts of antifreeze, 5-10 parts of colorant, 0.5-2 parts of emulsifier, 5-8 parts of propyl gallate, 4-10 parts of catechu extract and 4-10 parts of kelp extract into a reaction kettle, and stirring at 45-60 ℃ for 1-2 hours;
and B: b, adding 25-40 parts by weight of iron oxide black and 20-30 parts by weight of film-forming agent into the reaction kettle in the step A, and stirring at 70-80 ℃ for 1-2 hours to obtain the magnetic eyeliner;
and C: b, storing the magnetic eyeliner in the step B at 30-45 ℃;
step D: and D, filling the magnetic eyeliner in the step C into a packaging bottle through a filling machine.
2. A sterile eyelash prosthesis as defined in claim 1, wherein said magnetic strip is contoured to said eyelash stems.
3. The sterilized eyelash curler of claim 1, wherein the film former is any one of acrylate-octylacrylamide copolymer and acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer; the emulsifier is one or more of polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, lecithin and behenyl polyether-30 which are mixed in any proportion; the antifreezing agent is any one of ethanol, propylene glycol and butanediol; the colorant is plant carbon black.
4. The method of preparing sterilized false eyelashes of claim 1, wherein the packaging bag and the packaging bottle are sterilized by the sterilizing device.
5. The method of preparing sterilized false eyelashes of claim 1, wherein the sterilizing apparatus includes an ozone sterilizing apparatus and an ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus.
