Abstract
本发明提供了一种育肥羊生物配合饲料,每Kg饲料主要养分保证值:有效活菌数(以枯草芽孢杆菌为检测标准的复合微生物菌剂)500‑1000亿,粗蛋白质≥15%,粗纤维6‑20,粗脂肪5‑10,水分12‑14,鳌合铁100‑600mg,鳌合锌20‑80mg,鳌合铜5‑20mg,鳌合硫酸锰20‑100mg,亚硒酸钠3‑12mg,碘化钾3‑30mg,氯化钴3‑12mg。本发明在保证了蛋白质、粗纤维、消化能、矿物质等营养元素平衡的基础上,添加了有益微生物群体,有益微生物群体抑制了致病菌的发生,促进了胃肠道饲料粗纤维、蛋白质、能量的分解转化,减少和避免了氨氮中毒、胀气、拉稀、消化不良等问题的发生。

技术领域
本发明属于动物饲料领域,具体涉及一种育肥羊生物配合饲料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
国内外现有牛羊类配合饲料产品主要以植物饼粕简单混合工艺为主,营养单一,口感不好,吸收利用率差,补饲效果不明显;生物配合饲料以生物发酵工艺为主,制粒工艺为辅的生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种育肥羊用生物配合饲料,该饲料是给牛羊等草食家畜补充能量、蛋白质、矿物质元素、氨基酸、可溶性糖、有益微生物等易缺乏养分的简单而有效的一种补饲方式。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种育肥羊生物配合饲料,每Kg饲料主要养分保证值:有效活菌数(以枯草芽孢杆菌为检测标准的复合微生物菌剂)500-1000亿,粗蛋白质≥15%,粗纤维6-20%,粗脂肪5-10%,水分12-14%,鳌合铁100-600mg,鳌合锌20-80mg,鳌合铜5-20mg,鳌合硫酸锰20-100mg,亚硒酸钠3-12mg,碘化钾3-30mg,氯化钴3-12mg,食盐是0.5-2g、磷酸氢钙1.2-10g、氧化酶0.5-0.8、氧化镁0.5-0.8g、氨基酸1-1.5g、维生素IU10-50。
进一步地,按重量份数包括玉米粗粉20-40份、豆粕2-8份、玉米发酵浆粉5-15份、葵花粕2-8份、麦麸5-15份、芝麻粕3-7份、棉粕3-7份、花生壳粉5-15份、稻糠粉5-15份、甜叶菊渣粉2-8份和白酒糟2-8份。
进一步地,按重量份数包括玉米粗粉30份、豆粕5份、玉米发酵浆粉10份、葵花粕5份、麦麸10份、芝麻粕5份、棉粕5份、花生壳粉10份、稻糠粉10份、甜叶菊渣粉5份和白酒糟5份。
一种育肥羊生物配合饲料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
A、按比例将玉米粗粉、豆粕、玉米发酵浆粉、葵花粕、麦麸、芝麻粕、棉粕、花生壳粉、稻糠粉、甜叶菊渣粉和白酒糟搅拌混合均匀;
B、将A过程所得混合物加入含内生性枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、毕赤酵母、纤维素分解酶、植酸酶的有益微生物菌种和水进行搅拌混合均匀;发酵母料持水量保持在40-55%之间;
C、将B过程所得混合物用塑料袋密封进行厌氧发酵3-7天,其中冬季为7天,其它季节为3-4天;
D、将C过程发酵物质低温烘干至20-25%水分待用;烘干炉为滚筒式低温风干炉,进口温度70℃,出口温度35-40℃,转速5-10转/分钟,得到烘干的发酵饲料原料;
E、按比例将硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、硫酸锰进行氨基酸生物螯和,得到生物螯和微量元素;
F、将鳌合好的微量元素与亚硒酸钠、碘化钾、氯化钴、氧化镁、维生素、氨基酸、氧化酶、磷酸氢钙和食盐混合,搅拌均匀,得预混料;
G、将D过程烘干的发酵饲料原料与F过程混合好的预混料按比例混合均匀;
H、将G过程中混合好的混合物进入饲料造粒设备挤压造粒;
I、将H过程造粒好的饲料筛选成直径3mm,长度1-2cm的圆柱型颗粒,称量打包的成品;产品水分不高于15.0%,无发霉变质、异嗅、颜色均匀。
进一步地,所述D步骤中发酵饲料原料与预混料的混合比例为95:5。
本发明获得的有益效果为:一种育肥羊用生物配合饲料,是以玉米、植物饼粕、麸皮、米糠为主要原料,采用现代生物工程技术手段精制而成。含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质、维生素、氨基酸、粗纤维、粗脂肪、消化能、免疫多糖、菌体蛋白、核苷酸等营养物质,和内生性枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、纤维素分解酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、植酸酶、小肽等生物活性物质,可有效提供饲料蛋白质、能量、矿物质、氨基酸、维生素等营养成分,显著提高育肥羊瘤胃和肠道有益微生物群体,提高饲料营养利用率和饲喂动物的抗病能力,消除因饲草、饲料霉变等不良因素给饲养动物带来的拉稀、胀气、结石等影响健康的现象。使用方便,用法简单,经济实用,降低成本,提高增重和产奶能力明显,是生产绿色有机畜产品的理想营养来源。
本发明是将生物技术、动物营养平衡技术与造粒技术的完美结合。在保证了蛋白质、粗纤维、消化能、矿物质等营养元素平衡的基础上,添加了有益微生物群体,有益微生物群体抑制了致病菌的发生,促进了胃肠道饲料粗纤维、蛋白质、能量的分解转化,减少和避免了氨氮中毒、胀气、拉稀、消化不良等问题的发生。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种育肥羊生物配合饲料,每Kg饲料主要养分保证值:有效活菌数(以枯草芽孢杆菌为检测标准的复合微生物菌剂)500-1000亿,粗蛋白质≥15%,粗纤维6-20%,粗脂肪5-10%,水分12-14%,鳌合铁100-600mg,鳌合锌20-80mg,鳌合铜5-20mg,鳌合硫酸锰20-100mg,亚硒酸钠3-12mg,碘化钾3-30mg,氯化钴3-12mg,食盐是0.5-2g、磷酸氢钙1.2-10g、氧化酶0.5-0.8、氧化镁0.5-0.8g、氨基酸1-1.5g、维生素IU10-50。

所述D步骤中发酵饲料原料与预混料的混合比例为95:5。
验证试验:2020年6月16日至2020年9月15日在内蒙古自治区的呼伦贝尔农垦集团、兴安农垦集团、赤峰市临西县、乌兰察布市商都县、呼和浩特市武川县、包头农垦集团、巴彦淖尔市五原县等肉羊生产基地,对我公司研制生产的育肥羊生物配合饲料(精料日粮)进行了实验,试验情况如下:
一、材料和方法
1.1供试产品
本实验选用的饲料为“周天牌育肥羊生物配合饲料(精料日粮)”,该产品为黄褐色全发酵产品,外观形态为颗粒料,有较浓的发酵制品酸甜香味,吸收利用率90%左右。各元素含量见表1。

1.2试验点分布
项目试验地点选择在内蒙古自治区的呼伦贝尔农垦集团、兴安农垦集团、赤峰市临西县、乌兰察布市商都县、呼和浩特市武川县、包头农垦集团、巴彦淖尔市五原县等7个试点、30个肉羊生产基地,每个基地选择30只羊进行了实验(见表2)。这些试验场养羊规模均在300只以上,便于开展对比试验。并且选择的上述羊场均在当地具有一定代表性,能起到一定示范带动和推广作用。

1.3供试羊选择、分组
从上述每个羊场选出月龄相近,体型大小与重量基本一致,同一实验点品种一致,体质健康无病的青年羊,随机分为试验组和对照组。逐只空腹称重,使组间体重差异不大(P>0.05),并调整组间公母比例基本一致。试验组羊只均作记号以免放牧回栏时串栏混群。
1.4试验日粮
对照组按当地常规饲养,日粮精料为玉米+麦麸、豆粕;试验组使用生物浓缩饲料(饲料伴侣)+玉米+麦麸。日粮与营养水平见表3。

二、测定项目与方法
2.1饲养管理
预饲期10天,试验期90天。放牧后回到固定的栏舍。试验前统一进行驱虫和防疫,定期进行消毒。在预试期内,统一给各组羊只皮下注射“虫克星”驱虫,剂量0.02ml/kg体重,并在预试期内训练羊只以组为单位试验组羊只均作记号以免放牧回栏时串栏混群。对照组按当地常规饲养。实验组日粮以组为单位定量饲喂,专人饲养管理,自由饮水,每天饲喂2次,每次每只羊250g。
2.2增重速度测试
每天准确称量试验羊的给料量和剩料量,计算全期的采食量。试验开始和试验结束时,晨饲前空腹称量体重.计算全期的总增重和当期增重。在正试期开始时,第30天和第90天分别逐只空腹称重,以用于统计和比较各组增重速度。
2.3饲料耗量测试
准确称量和记录各阶段饲料消耗量,以便于各组间经济效益的分析与比较。每天准确称量试验羊的给料量和剩料量,计算全期的采食量。
2.4外观行为测试
每天专人观察,记录羊只的精神、食欲和粪便情况及外观行为表现等。
2.5统计分析方法
数据统计分析:根据两大组加权平均数和标准差进行非配对试验的均数差异显著性检验:(n1≠n2)-t检验(葛星明等,1985)。
三、结果与分析
3.1供试羊只增重速度与表现
7个试验点30个试验场共1800只供试羊的增重情况见表4-表6。

由表4-表6可以看出:在试验期内,使用周天生物科技生物配合饲料(精料日粮)的试验羊的增重速度比对照组羊只提高了3%~15%,平均提高了11.7%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。并且,从各试验点各场反映的情况看,试验组羊外观表现普遍较对照组羊好,毛色洁白,光亮柔顺,膘肥肉满,健壮活泼。舔毛、啃土、拉稀等现象明显减少,粪便变黑,饲料的消化吸收利用率好。
3.2经济效益分析
由于试验羊除饲料外,其余饲养管理条件与对照组一致,所以,两组经济效益的差异主要由饲料成本和增重收入不同造成。表7列出了试验羊各阶段消耗饲料情况;表8列出了饲料转化率情况;表9对试验组和对照组各阶段经济效益情况进行了分析比较。

由表7、表8、表9可知:900只试验羊在为期100天(预饲期10天、实验期90天)试验期内,共消耗生物配合饲料(精料日粮)45000kg,比常规饲料对比组900只羊减少精料12540kg,平均每只羊节约精饲料13.93kg;试验期内,共消耗粗饲料141050kg,比常规饲料对比组900只羊减少粗饲料30250kg,平均每只羊节约粗饲料33.61kg;饲料转化率提高了41.42%,平均每只羊节约饲料费用103.64元;试验末每只羊比对照组平均多增重2.6kg,增加收入81.12元;并且每只试验羊较对照羊平均少开支人工费10元;由此得出实验期每只羊比对照组多增收入179.16元,900只试验羊在试验期内共净增纯收入161244元,效益十分明显。
四、结论
内蒙古农牧场科学技术推广站通过大群体动物饲养试验结果看:使用周天牌生物配合饲料(颗粒精料日粮),饲料的质地和适口性等到改善,羊只采食时挑食和浪费饲料现象减少,饲料利用率高;而常规饲料在喂食时,羊只抢着吃口感好的精饲料,口感不好的原料和预混料浪费多。本实验表明,试验组比对照组饲料消耗量显著降低。并且生物配合饲料混合均匀,粒度合理,营养供给均衡,羊只瘤胃内环境稳定,pH值变化波动小,瘤胃微生物活性强.饲料转化效率高。饲料转化率提高了41.42%,平均每只羊节约精饲料13.93kg,节约粗饲料33.61kg,并且机体营养状况得到改善,外观、毛色和膘情均大为改观,增重速度较对照组提高了9.42%,效果显著。
从本次实验来看,试验区域涉及到内蒙古自治区7个盟市,横向达2000公里以上,品种包含了蒙古羊、湖羊、杜泊、乌珠穆沁、萨福克、德克赛尔和杂交羊等品种,其实验结果具有很强的代表性和普及推广价值。使用周天牌生物配合饲料(精料日粮),每只羊可比对照羊净增纯收入179.16元。内蒙古自治区近年来肉羊存量保持在6000万只左右,若全部推广周天生物饲料技术,则仅此一项,即可年新创经济效益107.5亿元,其社会效益、生态效益也十分巨大。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种育肥羊生物配合饲料,其特征在于:每Kg饲料主要养分保证值:有效活菌数(以枯草芽孢杆菌为检测标准的复合微生物菌剂)500-1000亿,粗蛋白质≥15%,粗纤维6-20%,粗脂肪5-10%,水分12-14%,鳌合铁100-600mg,鳌合锌20-80mg,鳌合铜5-20mg,鳌合硫酸锰20-100mg,亚硒酸钠3-12mg,碘化钾3-30mg,氯化钴3-12mg,食盐是0.5-2g、磷酸氢钙1.2-10g、氧化酶0.5-0.8、氧化镁0.5-0.8g、氨基酸1-1.5g、维生素IU10-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种育肥羊生物配合饲料,其特征在于:按重量份数包括玉米粗粉20-40份、豆粕2-8份、玉米发酵浆粉5-15份、葵花粕2-8份、麦麸5-15份、芝麻粕3-7份、棉粕3-7份、花生壳粉5-15份、稻糠粉5-15份、甜叶菊渣粉2-8份和白酒糟2-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种育肥羊生物配合饲料,其特征在于:按重量份数包括玉米粗粉30份、豆粕5份、玉米发酵浆粉10份、葵花粕5份、麦麸10份、芝麻粕5份、棉粕5份、花生壳粉10份、稻糠粉10份、甜叶菊渣粉5份和白酒糟5份。
4.一种育肥羊生物配合饲料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A、按比例将玉米粗粉、豆粕、玉米发酵浆粉、葵花粕、麦麸、芝麻粕、棉粕、花生壳粉、稻糠粉、甜叶菊渣粉和白酒糟搅拌混合均匀;
B、将A过程所得混合物加入含内生性枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、毕赤酵母、纤维素分解酶、植酸酶的有益微生物菌种和水进行搅拌混合均匀;发酵母料持水量保持在40-55%之间;
C、将B过程所得混合物用塑料袋密封进行厌氧发酵3-7天,其中冬季为7天,其它季节为3-4天;
