A flax seed straw impurity crushing device comprises a base and a crusher arranged on the upper portion of the base, wherein the crusher comprises a crushing tank body, the crushing tank body is divided into an upper tank body and a lower tank body by a perforated plate arranged on the lower portion of the crushing tank body, the inner portion of the crushing tank body is provided with a driving stirring shaft and a driven stirring shaft which are horizontally parallel to each other, the driven stirring shaft is connected with the driving stirring shaft through a synchronous gear positioned on the outer side of the upper tank body, and the driving stirring shaft is connected with a motor reduction box through a coupler; hammer sheets are arranged on the driving stirring shaft and the driven stirring shaft in a surrounding manner; a nitrogen storage tank is arranged on one side of the crushing tank body and communicated with the upper tank body through a gas supply pipeline; the crushing device provided by the invention is simple in structure and reasonable in design, impurities such as straws and the like can be broomed through hammer type crushing, then the impurities are doped into the flaxseeds after the impurities are removed, and the subsequent oil pressing process is carried out simultaneously, so that the obtained pressed cake as feed is easier to digest and absorb by animals.
