Abstract
The invention relates to a corn kernel stripping device, in particular to an agricultural corn kernel stripping device. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an agricultural corn kernel stripping device which is safer in manual operation, relatively low in labor intensity and relatively high in efficiency of stripping corn kernels when people strip the corn kernels. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides an agricultural corn kernel peeling apparatus, comprising: a first collection bin disposed on the base plate; the fixing mechanism is connected to one side, close to the first collecting box, of the bottom plate; and the driving mechanism is connected between the bottom plate and the fixing mechanism. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the corn kernels can be quickly peeled through the cooperation of the fixing mechanism and the driving mechanism, and the efficiency of peeling the corn kernels can be improved; through the effect of unloading mechanism, can control the unloading volume of maize.

Preferably, the drive mechanism comprises: the mounting seat is connected to the other side, close to the fixed frame, of the bottom plate; a motor mounted on the mounting base; the rotary disc is rotatably connected to the first baffle on one side, and a plurality of conical nails are arranged on one side of the rotary disc; and the belt transmission set is connected between the output shaft of the motor and the other side of the rotary disc.

Example 1
A corn kernel stripping device for agriculture is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a bottom plate 1, a first collecting box 6, a fixing mechanism 2 and a driving mechanism 3, wherein the first collecting box 6 is placed on the front right back side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the fixing mechanism 2 is connected to the right side of the top of the bottom plate 1, and the driving mechanism 3 is connected between the left side of the top of the bottom plate 1 and the fixing mechanism 2.
The fixing mechanism 2 comprises a fixing frame 21, a discharging nozzle 22, a first baffle plate 23, first supporting rods 24, a second baffle plate 25, fixing seats 26, a fixing plate 27, a fixing rod 28 and a spring 29, wherein the right side of the top of the bottom plate 1 is connected with the two fixing frames 21, the two first baffle plates 23 are connected between the upper parts of the two fixing frames 21, a through hole is formed between the front sides of the two first baffle plates 23, the discharging nozzle 22 is connected between the bottoms of the two first baffle plates 23, the upper part of the left first baffle plate 23 is connected with the two first supporting rods 24, the second baffle plate 25 is connected between the two first supporting rods 24, the rear side of the second baffle plate 25 is connected with the two fixing seats 26, the fixing rod 28 is connected to the upper part of the rear side of the second baffle plate 25, the fixing plate 27 is hinged between the two fixing seats 26, the fixing plate 27 is wide at the top and, a spring 29 is connected between the fixing plate 27 and the fixing rod 28, and a guide plate 210 is connected between the front sides of the two first blocking plates 23.
The driving mechanism 3 comprises a mounting seat 31, a motor 32, a belt transmission group 33 and a turntable 34, the mounting seat 31 is connected to the left front side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the motor 32 is mounted at the top of the mounting seat 31, the turntable 34 is rotatably connected to the middle of the first baffle plate 23 on the left side, a plurality of conical nails are arranged on the right side surface of the turntable 34, and the belt transmission group 33 is connected between the output shaft of the motor 32 and the left side of the turntable 34.
When people need to peel corn grains, the corn grain peeling device can be used, a whole corn is vertically placed between the second baffle plate 25 and the fixing plate 27, the fixing plate 27 is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, the corn is clamped between the fixing plate 27 and the conical nails under the pressing force of the spring 29, the motor 32 is started, the rotating disc 34 and the conical nails are driven to rotate under the transmission action of the belt transmission set 33, the conical nails peel the corn grains along with the corn grains under the matching action of the fixing plate 27 and the spring 29, the peeled corn grains fall into the first collecting box 6 from the discharging nozzle 22, after the whole corn is peeled, the rest corn cobs slide out from through holes in the front sides of the two first baffle plates 23 under the guiding action of the guide plate 210 and the matching action of the conical nails, and people only need to repeat the above operations to peel the corn grains quickly, need not to accomplish through the manual work with each mode of holding a maize mutual scratch of both hands, improved the efficiency that people peeled off the kernel of corn, reduced manual operation's intensity of labour.

a fixing rod (28) connected to one side of the second baffle plate (25) close to the fixed seat (26);
a fixing plate (27) which is hinged on the fixing seat (26), and one side of the fixing plate (27) is connected with the fixing rod (28) in a sliding way;
