Abstract
The invention provides a method and a system for monitoring and prompting vehicle traffic violation behaviors. The method comprises the following steps: recording the video information of the front vehicle in real time through a vehicle digital video camera; transmitting the recorded video information to a vehicle sound host; the vehicle sound host transmits the video information to a manufacturer TSP platform in real time through a vehicle wireless communication module; the manufacturer TSP platform processes the received video information and judges which traffic violation behaviors exist; the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the judged traffic violation behaviors to the vehicle sound host through the vehicle wireless communication module; and the vehicle sound host carries out voice broadcasting according to the received traffic violation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a system for monitoring and prompting vehicle traffic violation behaviors.
Background
When the vehicle runs on a road, traffic accidents are often caused because the vehicle does not follow traffic rules, and some behaviors violating the traffic rules cannot be detected by the current day-eye system.
In addition, for some violations, such as speeding on a highway, the driver is not aware of the violations, and the monitoring of the eye-tracker only can achieve the effect of warning the driver by issuing a ticket afterwards, so that the driver cannot be reminded in real time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a monitoring and prompting method for vehicle traffic violation, which aims to solve the problem that part of the violation cannot be monitored through a sky-eye system and realize the function of reminding the violation in real time.
The monitoring and prompting method for the vehicle traffic violation comprises at least the following steps:
recording the video information of the front vehicle in real time through a vehicle digital video camera;
transmitting the recorded video information to a vehicle sound host;
the vehicle sound host transmits the video information to a manufacturer TSP platform in real time through a vehicle wireless communication module;
the manufacturer TSP platform processes the received video information and judges which traffic violation behaviors exist;
the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the judged traffic violation behaviors to the vehicle sound host through the vehicle wireless communication module;
and the vehicle sound host carries out voice broadcasting according to the received traffic violation.
In one embodiment, the announcement includes at what time, what road segment and what violation occurred.
In one embodiment, the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the determined traffic violation information to the traffic department TSP platform on demand to help the traffic department record the traffic violation.
The invention also provides a monitoring and prompting system for the vehicle traffic violation, which comprises the following components:
the system comprises a vehicle digital video camera, a vehicle sound host, a vehicle wireless communication module and a manufacturer TSP platform;
the vehicle digital video camera is used for recording the information of the front vehicle in real time and transmitting the recorded video information of the front vehicle to the vehicle sound host;
the vehicle sound host transmits the video information to the manufacturer TSP platform in real time through the vehicle wireless communication module;
the manufacturer TSP platform processes the received video information and judges which traffic violation behaviors exist;
the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the judged traffic violation behaviors to the vehicle sound host through the vehicle wireless communication module;
and the vehicle sound host carries out voice broadcasting according to the received traffic violation.
In one embodiment, the content of the voice announcement includes at what time, what road segment and what violation occurred.
In one embodiment, the monitoring and prompting system further comprises a transportation department TSP platform.
In one embodiment, the vendor TSP platform transmits the determined traffic violations to the transportation department TSP platform on demand, helping the transportation department to record these violations.
The method and the system for monitoring and prompting the vehicle traffic violation can monitor whether the driver has the traffic violation or not in real time and remind the driver to standardize traffic driving in time; in addition, the method can be used as a supplement for recording the bad driving behaviors of the car owners by the current traffic department.

The detailed features and advantages of the present invention are described in detail in the detailed description which follows, and will be sufficient for anyone skilled in the art to understand the technical content of the present invention and to implement the present invention, and the related objects and advantages of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the description, claims and drawings disclosed in the present specification.
When a vehicle runs on a road, traffic accidents are often caused because the vehicle does not follow traffic rules, and some behaviors violating the traffic rules cannot be detected by the current eyes of the day.
In addition, for some violations, such as speeding on a highway, the driver is not aware of the violations, and the monitoring of the eye-tracker only can achieve the effect of warning the driver by issuing a ticket afterwards, so that the driver cannot be reminded in real time.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for monitoring and prompting vehicle traffic violation.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for monitoring and prompting a vehicle traffic violation according to an embodiment of the invention. The method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step 101: and recording the front vehicle information in real time through a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) camera.
Step 102: and transmitting the recorded front vehicle information to the vehicle audio host.
Step 103: the vehicle sound host transmits the front vehicle information (namely video information) to the manufacturer TSP platform in real time through the vehicle wireless communication module.
Step 104: the manufacturer TSP platform processes the received video information and judges which traffic violations are traffic violations (according to traffic rules).
Step 105: and the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the judged traffic violation behaviors to the vehicle sound host through the vehicle wireless communication module.
Step 106: and the vehicle sound host carries out voice broadcast according to the received traffic violation.
In one embodiment, the broadcast content may be at what time, what road segment, and what violation occurred.
Step 107: optionally, the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the determined violation behaviors of the vehicle owner to the traffic department TSP platform to help the traffic department to record the violation behaviors.
In one embodiment, step 107 is optional.
The method can monitor whether the driver has traffic violation behaviors in real time and remind the driver to standardize traffic driving in time; in addition, the method can be used as a supplement for recording the bad driving behaviors of the car owners by the current traffic department.
The invention also provides a monitoring and prompting system for the vehicle traffic violation. The monitoring and prompting system comprises a vehicle DVR camera 201, a vehicle sound host 202, a vehicle wireless communication module 203 and a manufacturer TSP platform 204, and is shown in figure 2. In one embodiment, the monitoring and prompting system may also include a transportation section TSP platform 205.
The DVR camera of the vehicle is used for recording the information of the vehicle ahead in real time and transmitting the recorded information of the vehicle ahead to the main audio system of the vehicle.
The vehicle sound host is used for receiving the front vehicle information, transmitting the front vehicle information (namely video information) to a manufacturer TSP platform in real time through the vehicle wireless communication module, receiving the vehicle owner violation information judged by the manufacturer TSP, and carrying out voice broadcast according to the received vehicle owner violation information.
In one embodiment, the broadcast content may be at what time, what road segment and what violation occurred.
The vehicle wireless communication module is used for communication between the vehicle sound host and the manufacturer TSP platform.
The manufacturer TSP processes the received video information, judges whether the traffic violation is the traffic violation (according to the traffic rules), and transmits the judged vehicle owner violation to the sound host through the wireless communication module.
In one embodiment, the TSP platform may transmit the determined vehicle owner violation to the traffic department TSP platform on demand, to help the traffic department to record the violation.
The system can monitor whether the driver has traffic violation behaviors in real time and remind the driver to standardize traffic driving in time; in addition, the method can be used as a supplement for recording the bad driving behaviors of the car owners by the current traffic department.

Claims (7)
1. A monitoring and prompting method for vehicle traffic violation behaviors is characterized by comprising the following steps:
recording the video information of the front vehicle in real time through a vehicle digital video camera;
transmitting the recorded video information to a vehicle sound host;
the vehicle sound host transmits the video information to a manufacturer TSP platform in real time through a vehicle wireless communication module;
the manufacturer TSP platform processes the received video information and judges which traffic violation behaviors exist;
the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the judged traffic violation behaviors to the vehicle sound host through the vehicle wireless communication module;
and the vehicle sound host carries out voice broadcasting according to the received traffic violation.
2. The method for monitoring and prompting vehicle traffic violation according to claim 1, wherein said broadcasted content comprises at what time, what road segment the violation occurred.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the determined traffic violation information to the traffic department TSP platform on demand to help the traffic department record the traffic violation.
4. A system for monitoring and prompting a vehicle traffic violation, the system comprising:
the system comprises a vehicle digital video camera, a vehicle sound host, a vehicle wireless communication module and a manufacturer TSP platform;
the vehicle digital video camera is used for recording the information of the front vehicle in real time and transmitting the recorded video information of the front vehicle to the vehicle sound host;
the vehicle sound host transmits the video information to the manufacturer TSP platform in real time through the vehicle wireless communication module;
the manufacturer TSP platform processes the received video information and judges which traffic violation behaviors exist;
the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the judged traffic violation behaviors to the vehicle sound host through the vehicle wireless communication module;
and the vehicle sound host carries out voice broadcasting according to the received traffic violation.
5. The system for monitoring and prompting vehicle traffic violation according to claim 4, wherein the content of said voice broadcast comprises at what time, what road segment the violation occurred.
6. The system of claim 4, further comprising a Transportation Sector (TSP) platform.
7. The system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the manufacturer TSP platform transmits the determined traffic violations to the transportation TSP platform on demand to help the transportation department record the violations.
