The invention discloses a fall-preventing device, comprising: a telescopic part which can be arranged up and down; the fixing part is fixedly arranged, and the fixing part and the telescopic part are oppositely arranged; the telescopic part is provided with a telescopic head which can be horizontally arranged in a telescopic way, and the telescopic head is provided with a first meshing tooth; the fixing part is provided with a second meshing tooth, and the first meshing tooth and the second meshing tooth can be arranged in a meshing manner; the sensing part is in communication connection with the telescopic part, or the sensing part is in communication with the control unit, and the control unit controls the telescopic part to act according to signals of the sensing part. According to the invention, the locking mechanism is arranged, so that the upper plate of the die is prevented from accidentally falling when an operator works in the die operation space. Thus, the safety of the operator can be ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a falling-preventing device.
Background
When the mold is opened, the upper plate and the lower plate are divided, and the upper plate can move up and down. When the mold is being serviced and set up, the upper plate moves above the operator. At this time, if accidents such as loosening of screws on the upper plate of the mold, power failure and the like occur, the safety of operators can be injured. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent such an accident.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a fall arrest device, comprising:
a telescopic part which can be arranged up and down;
the fixing part is fixedly arranged, and the fixing part and the telescopic part are oppositely arranged;
the telescopic part is provided with a telescopic head which can be horizontally arranged in a telescopic way, and the telescopic head is provided with a first meshing tooth;
the fixing part is provided with a second meshing tooth, and the first meshing tooth and the second meshing tooth can be arranged in a meshing manner;
the sensing part is in communication connection with the telescopic part, or the sensing part is in communication with the control unit, and the control unit controls the telescopic part to act according to signals of the sensing part.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the telescopic part comprises a first driving device, a telescopic head is arranged at the end part of the first driving device, and a first meshing tooth is arranged at the end part of the telescopic head; the sensing part is in communication connection with the first driving device, or the sensing part is in communication connection with the telescopic part through the control unit.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the vehicle further comprises a carrier, the first drive means being arranged on the carrier, the carrier being arranged to be movable up and down, the bellows being arranged to the side of the carrier, the bellows head being arranged to pass through the side of the carrier.

According to the invention, the locking mechanism is arranged, so that the upper plate of the die is prevented from accidentally falling when an operator works in the die operation space. Thus, the safety of the operator can be ensured.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fall-preventing device of the present embodiment includes: a telescopic part which can be arranged up and down; the fixing part is fixedly arranged, and the fixing part and the telescopic part are oppositely arranged; the telescopic part is provided with a telescopic head which can be horizontally arranged in a telescopic way, and the telescopic head is provided with a first meshing tooth; the fixing part is provided with a second meshing tooth, and the first meshing tooth and the second meshing tooth can be arranged in a meshing manner; the sensing part is in communication connection with the telescopic part, and the telescopic part directly acts according to the signal of the sensing part; or the sensing part is communicated with the control unit, and the control unit controls the telescopic part to act according to the signal of the sensing part.
The telescopic part comprises a first driving device 1, a telescopic head 2 is arranged at the end part of the first driving device 1, and a first meshing tooth 3 is arranged at the end part of the telescopic head 2; the induction part is in communication connection with the first driving device 1, and the first driving device 1 directly acts according to the signal of the induction part; or the sensing part is communicated with the control unit, and the control unit controls the telescopic part to act according to the signal of the sensing part.
The present embodiment further comprises a carrier 4, the first driving device 1 is arranged on the carrier 4, the carrier 4 is arranged to be movable up and down, the telescoping portion is arranged at a side of the carrier 4, and the telescoping head 2 is arranged to be capable of passing through the side of the carrier 4. The fixing part is arranged at the lateral side of the bearing frame 4. The expansion part and the fixing part are provided in pairs. The fixed part comprises a rack 5, the rack 5 is fixedly arranged, and a second meshing tooth 6 is arranged on the rack 5. In this embodiment, the two sides or four sides of the carriage 4 are respectively provided with a retractable portion, and each retractable portion is correspondingly provided with a fixing portion.
The embodiment further comprises guide posts 7, and the guide posts 7 are parallel to the fixing part and are arranged at intervals. The guide posts 7 are arranged on the four-corner side of the bearing frame 4, and the bearing frame 4 is provided with a slide block 8 which is in sliding fit with the guide posts 7. When the bearing frame 4 moves up and down, the slide block 8 moves on the guide post 7 to realize guiding.
The sensing portion includes a proximity switch and/or a grating (not shown). The control unit comprises a computer, a PLC and an industrial personal computer. In this embodiment, the first driving device 1 is a cylinder, and the control unit controls the air path to control the expansion and contraction of the cylinder. The expansion and contraction of the expansion and contraction head 2 is the expansion and contraction operation of the air cylinder.
In use, the upper die plate is arranged on the bearing frame 4. An initial position is set as a safe height for the upper plate of the mold. When the mould rises to the initial position, the proximity switch gives a signal to the control unit, the control unit immediately controls the telescopic head 2 of the first driving device 1 to extend, the first meshing teeth 3 are meshed with the second meshing teeth 6, and the telescopic head 2 is locked at a height of the fixing part.
And when an operator enters the die operation space, the optical grating in the die operation space gives a signal to the control unit, the control unit immediately controls the telescopic head 2 of the first driving device 1 to extend, the first meshing teeth 3 are meshed with the second meshing teeth 6, and the telescopic head 2 is locked at a height of the fixed part. Or, the operator presses the reset button, the upper plate of the die can rise to the initial position, the proximity switch can give a signal to the control unit, the control unit immediately controls the telescopic head 2 of the first driving device 1 to extend, the first meshing teeth 3 are meshed with the second meshing teeth 6, and the telescopic head 2 is locked at a height of the fixing part. Thus, the upper plate of the mould is prevented from accidentally falling when an operator operates in the mould operating space. When the unlocking is carried out, an operator does not need to operate the starting button in the operation space of the mold, the control unit controls the air path, the air cylinder retracts, and the first meshing teeth 3 are far away from the second meshing teeth 6, namely, the locking is released.
According to the invention, the locking mechanism is arranged, so that the upper plate of the die is prevented from accidentally falling when an operator works in the die operation space. Thus, the safety of the operator can be ensured.

Claims (7)
1. A fall arrest device, comprising:
a telescopic part which can be arranged up and down;
the fixing part is fixedly arranged, and the fixing part and the telescopic part are oppositely arranged;
the telescopic part is provided with a telescopic head which can be horizontally arranged in a telescopic way, and the telescopic head is provided with a first meshing tooth;
the fixing part is provided with a second meshing tooth, and the first meshing tooth and the second meshing tooth can be arranged in a meshing manner;
the sensing part is in communication connection with the telescopic part, or the sensing part is in communication with the control unit, and the control unit controls the telescopic part to act according to signals of the sensing part.
2. The device of claim 1 wherein the telescoping section comprises a first drive means having a telescoping head at an end thereof, the telescoping head having a first engagement tooth at an end thereof; the sensing part is in communication connection with the first driving device, or the sensing part is in communication connection with the telescopic part through the control unit.
3. The device of claim 2 further comprising a carrier on which the first actuator is mounted, the carrier being movable up and down, the telescoping section being mounted to a side of the carrier, and the telescoping head being mounted through a side of the carrier.
4. The device of claim 1 wherein the fixed portion comprises a rack fixedly disposed thereon, the rack having second engaging teeth.
5. The device of claim 1 further comprising a guide post spaced parallel to the stationary portion; the bearing frame is provided with a slide block which is in sliding fit with the guide post.
6. The device of claim 1 wherein the sensing portion comprises a proximity switch and/or a light barrier.
7. A fall arrest device according to claim 3, wherein the fixing part is located laterally alongside the carrier, the fixing part and the telescopic parts being arranged in pairs, the telescopic parts being located on either or both sides of the carrier, one fixing part being located for each telescopic part.
