The invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel which are coaxially arranged, wherein the wall of the inner barrel is provided with a water through hole communicated with the outer barrel, the lifting rib is arranged on the inner wall of the inner barrel of the washing machine, the inner barrel is provided with a communicating hole corresponding to the chip removal port 1011, so that the chip removal port 1011 is communicated with a gap between the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the washing machine, and the thread scraps discharged from the chip removal port 1011 are discharged to the outside through a drainage pump. The washing machine may be, but is not limited to, a drum washing machine.
In the invention, during the washing process, the rotating speed of the inner barrel is about 40 r/min, the third baffle 105 and the fourth baffle 106 are arranged at the inner side of the water inlet, the third baffle 105 or the fourth baffle 106 is flushed away by the acting force of water when the inner barrel rotates, and with the combination of the figure 6 and the figure 7, the third baffle 105 is changed from the state in the figure 6 to the state in the figure 7 by the impulsive force of the water, water flows out after the water and the thread scraps enter the lifting rib, and the thread scraps are filtered into the lifting rib. With reference to fig. 8, after the washing is completed, when rinsing and dewatering are performed, because the rotating speed is high at this time, the rotating speed of the inner barrel can rise to 600-1200 rpm, the first baffle 103 and the second baffle 104 can be opened downwards under the action of centrifugal force, and the thread scraps accumulated in the lifting ribs can be discharged between the inner barrel and the outer barrel from the scrap discharge port 1011 under the action of centrifugal force, and finally discharged to the outside through the drainage pump.
Preferably, the first baffle 103 and the second baffle 104 are made of corrosion-resistant metal, or some other material with a certain weight, and the third baffle 105 and the fourth baffle 106 are made of rubber or plastic.

1. A lifting bar, comprising: the device comprises a shell, a water inlet and a chip removal port, wherein the shell is provided with the water inlet and the chip removal port for discharging chips; and the plugging mechanism is arranged in the shell and can open and close the chip removal port.
2. A lifting rib as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the shell is internally provided with a thread scrap collecting chamber with an open end, and the plugging mechanism comprises a baffle movably arranged at the open end of the thread scrap collecting chamber;
the baffle is in the process of moving: the opening of the thread scrap collecting chamber can be blocked, so that the thread scrap collecting chamber forms a closed chamber which is communicated with the water inlet and can collect thread scraps; or the opening of the thread scrap collecting chamber can be opened, so that the thread scrap collecting chamber is in a chip discharging state communicated with the chip discharging port and capable of discharging thread scraps.
3. A lifting rib as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: the thread scrap collecting chamber is provided with a chamber body with an open lower end, and the blocking mechanism comprises one or more baffle plates arranged at the open end of the chamber body;
preferably, the number of the baffles is two, the baffles comprise a first baffle and a second baffle, one side edge of the first baffle and/or the second baffle is rotatably connected with the chamber body, the other side edges of the first baffle and/or the second baffle are mutually abutted to block the open end of the thread scrap collecting chamber, and a closed chamber capable of collecting thread scraps is formed;
more preferably, a cross beam is arranged at the middle position of the opening of the chamber body, one side edge of the first baffle and/or the second baffle is/are rotatably connected with the chamber body, and the other side edge of the first baffle and/or the second baffle abuts against the cross beam in the middle respectively.

A lifting rib as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: the chamber body comprises a top wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a first end wall and a second end wall, wherein the first side wall and the second side wall are connected to the edges of the two opposite sides of the top wall along the length direction of the top wall and are obliquely and outwards arranged, the first end wall and the second end wall are arranged at the two ends of the top wall and are connected with the first side wall and the second side wall, the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate are arranged along the lower edges of the first side wall and the second side wall and are rotatably connected to the first end wall and the second end wall through rotating shafts, and the cross beam is fixedly arranged in the middle.

A lifting rib as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that: the shell further comprises a shell end cover arranged at the open end of the shell body, the chip removal port is an opening formed in the shell end cover, and the first baffle and/or the second baffle rotate downwards, so that the chip collecting chamber is in an open state communicated with the chip removal port and capable of discharging chips.
8. The lifting rib as claimed in claim 7, wherein: a connecting plate is arranged between the lower edges of the first end wall and the second end wall and the shell end cover; preferably, the connecting plate is fixed in the shell in a clamping manner.

The lifting rib as claimed in claim 7, wherein: a matching structure matched with the first baffle and the second baffle in a stop and abutting mode is arranged on the inner wall of the shell end cover, the matching structure is provided with a stop and abutting surface matched with the first baffle/the second baffle in a stop and abutting mode, and the shape of the inner wall surface of the stop and abutting surface is matched with the shape of the outer wall surface of the first baffle/the second baffle;
preferably, the matching structure further comprises a transition surface connected between the outer edge of the chip removal port and the lower edge of the abutting surface, and the inclination angle between the transition surface and the shell end cover is smaller than the inclination angle between the abutting surface and the shell end cover.
