Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing machine and a barrel cleaning method thereof.
Background
At present, washing machines are widely applied in households, and according to the working mechanism of washing machines for washing clothes, after the clothes are washed for a long time, dirt can be accumulated in an inner barrel, an outer barrel and an interlayer of the washing machine, and fungi and bacteria can be bred. Therefore, dirt in the barrel needs to be removed through a barrel cleaning technology, and the cleanliness of the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the washing machine is ensured. The general bucket cleaning technique is: the water temperature is heated in the main washing process, the hot water in the barrel is driven by the rotation of the roller to wash the wall of the barrel, and dirt attached to the inner roller and the outer roller is washed away. The mode is not enough for cleaning the outer barrel of the washing machine, a large amount of dirt and bacteria can be remained, the washing effect is poor, and the using effect of a user is influenced.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Further alternatively, when the water temperature reaches the n temperature standards in sequence, the washing tub is controlled to operate unidirectionally at the corresponding rotation speed under the temperature standards.
Further alternatively, the rotation speed and the rotation time of the washing tub at each temperature level may be the same or different.
Further alternatively, when the total time ta of the rotation of the washing tub reaches the set time tb during the tub cleaning process, the washing tub is controlled to alternately rotate forward and backward for a certain time at the set rotation speed.
Further optionally, when the temperature Tc of the water in the washing tub reaches the set temperature Td during the tub cleaning process, the washing tub is controlled to alternately operate forward and backward for a certain time at the set rotation speed.
Further alternatively, after the washing tub is alternately operated forward and backward at the set rotation speed, the washing machine is controlled to perform the rinsing process and the dehydrating process in sequence.
Further optionally, after the washing tub alternately operates in the forward and reverse directions at the set rotation speed, detecting the turbidity of the water in the system tub;
when the turbidity value of the water in the washing barrel is smaller than the set turbidity value, controlling the washing barrel to drain water, and finishing the barrel cleaning program;
and when the turbidity value of the water in the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set turbidity value, sequentially performing a rinsing program and a dewatering program, and finally controlling the washing barrel to drain water to finish the barrel cleaning program.
Further optionally, the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is also detected after the dewatering of the washing barrel is finished,
when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb, ending the barrel cleaning program;
and when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set temperature Tb, performing the rinsing process and the dehydration process again until the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb, and finishing the barrel cleaning process.
The second objective of the present invention is to provide another method for cleaning a tub of a washing machine, wherein n temperature standards, T1, T2, T3 … … Tn, TI < T2 < T3 … … < Tn, are set, and each temperature standard corresponds to a rotation speed and a rotation time of the tub; the second washing machine includes a tub cleaning process including the steps of:
a1, heating the water in the washing tub in the tub cleaning procedure, and controlling the washing tub to run at a corresponding rotation speed and a corresponding rotation time under the temperature standard when the water temperature reaches the n temperature standards in sequence;
a2, when the total rotation time ta of the washing barrel reaches the set time tb in the cleaning process of the barrel, controlling the washing barrel to rotate forward and backward alternately at the set rotation speed for a certain time and then draining water;
a3, controlling the washing machine to sequentially perform a rinsing program and a dewatering program;
a4, detecting the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel, and ending the barrel cleaning program when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb; and returning to the step A3 when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set temperature Tb.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide another barrel cleaning method of a washing machine, which sets n temperature standards, namely T1, T2, T3 … … Tn, TI < T2 < T3 … … < Tn, and the rotating speed and the rotating time of a washing barrel are respectively set under each temperature standard; the washing machine includes a tub cleaning process including the steps of:
b1, heating the water in the washing tub in the tub cleaning program, and controlling the washing tub to operate at a corresponding rotation speed and a corresponding rotation time under the temperature standard when the water temperature reaches the n temperature standards in sequence;
b2, when the temperature Tc of the water in the washing barrel reaches the set temperature Td in the barrel cleaning process, controlling the washing barrel to rotate forward and backward alternately at the set rotating speed for a certain time and then draining water;
b3, controlling the washing machine to sequentially carry out a rinsing program and a dewatering program;
b4, detecting the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel, and finishing the barrel cleaning program when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb; and returning to the step A3 when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set temperature Tb.
A fourth object of the present invention is to propose a washing machine adopting the above-mentioned tub cleaning method.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
different temperature standards are preset in the main washing heating process of the drum cleaning, and when the water temperature reaches the preset temperature, the inner drum of the washing machine is subjected to short-time high-speed drum rotating washing, so that the cleaning effect of the inner drum and the outer drum of the washing machine is improved. A plurality of temperature standards are preset so that the drum cleaning can be performed with multiple high speed spin drum washes during the main wash process. When the washing time reaches the set time or the washing temperature reaches the set temperature, the inner drum of the washing machine carries out forward and reverse rotation high-speed drum washing, the drum cleaning effect is improved, and the problem of poor cleaning effect when the drum rotates in a single direction is solved. After the dehydration process, adopt the mode of intaking cooling, reduce bucket wall temperature in order to avoid scalding, improve security and the comfort level that the user used.

This example
The embodiment provides a method for cleaning a washing machine barrel, a control flow chart is shown, n temperature standards are set, T1, T2, T3 … … Tn, TI < T2 < T3 … … < Tn, and the rotating speed and the rotating time of the washing barrel are respectively set under each temperature standard;
the water in the washing tub is heated in the tub cleaning process, and when the water temperature reaches the n temperature standards in sequence, the washing tub is controlled to operate at a corresponding rotation speed and a corresponding rotation time under the temperature standards.
Specifically, n temperature standards, T1, T2, and T3 … … Tn are preset in the washing machine as shown in the control flow charts of fig. 1 and 2. In the process of heating the main washing for cleaning the barrel, the temperature of water in the barrel is continuously increased, whether the temperature of the water reaches a first preset temperature T1 is judged, and if the temperature of the water in the barrel reaches T1, the washing machine performs high-speed rotary drum washing with the time duration of T1 minutes and the speed of V1 once. If the water temperature has not reached T1, the washing machine still performs the main washing heating until the water temperature reaches the first preset temperature. After the first high-speed rotary drum washing is finished, the washing machine continues to carry out main washing heating, and the water temperature in the drum is continuously increased. N is set to 1, and n is set to n +1 after each high-speed spin-drum washing. When the water temperature reaches a second preset temperature T2 and a third preset temperature T3 … … nth preset temperature Tn, the washing machine respectively carries out high-speed rotary drum washing for a time of Tn minutes at a speed of Vn. When the water temperature reaches the n temperature standards in sequence, the washing barrel is controlled to operate in a single direction at the corresponding rotating speed under the temperature standard.
Different temperature standards are preset in the cleaning process of the barrel in the embodiment, when the water temperature is heated to reach the preset temperature, the inner barrel is used for washing the barrel at a short time at a high speed, and the cleaning effect of the barrel is improved. After n times of high-speed rotary drum washing, the water in the drum can fully wash the drum walls of the inner drum and the outer drum of the washing machine at high speed, so that fungi and bacteria attached to the drum walls and impurities accumulated in the long-term washing process can be taken away, and the cleaning effect of the drum cleaning program on the inner drum and the outer drum of the washing machine can be improved.
Further alternatively, the washing tub rotation speed and the rotation time at each temperature level may be the same or different. One possible implementation is: in the control flow charts shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rotation speed of the washing tub at each temperature level is v0, and the rotation time is t 0. Another possible implementation is: if the rotation speed and the rotation time of the washing tub at each temperature level are set to be different, it is preferable that the rotation speed of the washing tub at each temperature level is set to be increased as the temperature increases, and the rotation time is set to be decreased as the temperature increases.
In order to further enhance the cleaning effect of the washing machine, the present embodiment controls the washing to alternately operate forward and backward when the rotation time ta of the washing tub reaches the set time tb or the temperature Tc of the water in the washing tub reaches the set temperature Td.
One embodiment is: a time standard tb is preset, when the cleaning and washing time of the barrel reaches the time standard tb, the inner barrel performs high-speed rotary barrel washing combining forward rotation and reverse rotation, the problem that the cleaning effect of the rotary barrel in a single direction is poor is solved, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. Referring to the control flow chart shown in fig. 1, when the total rotation time ta of the washing tub reaches the set time tb during the cleaning process, the washing tub is controlled to rotate in forward and reverse directions at the set rotation speed for a certain time.
Another way that can be implemented is: a temperature standard Td is preset, when the cleaning and washing time of the barrel reaches the time standard Td, the inner barrel performs forward and reverse rotation combined high-speed rotary barrel washing, the problem of poor cleaning effect of the rotary barrel in a single direction is solved, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. As shown in the control flow chart of fig. 2, when the temperature Tc of the water in the washing tub reaches the set temperature Td during the tub cleaning process, the washing tub is controlled to alternately operate at the set rotation speed for a predetermined time.
Through the high-speed rotary drum washing combining forward and reverse rotation, the problem that pollutants attached to the wall of the drum cannot be completely cleaned when the drum is rotated in a single direction can be solved. The bucket wall is washed at high speed by the forces in the two opposite directions, so that the overall cleaning efficiency of the bucket cleaning program can be improved.
Further optionally, the rotation speed and the rotation time during the forward and reverse alternating operation of the washing tub may be the same as or different from the rotation speed and the rotation time of the washing tub at each temperature level.
One possible implementation is: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rotation speed during the forward and reverse alternate operation of the washing tub and the rotation speed of the washing tub at each temperature level are both v0, and the rotation time during the forward and reverse alternate operation of the washing tub and the rotation time of the washing tub at each temperature level are both t 0.
Another possible implementation is: the rotating speed of the washing barrel under each temperature standard is V0, the rotating time is t0, and the rotating speed V and the rotating time t in the positive and negative alternate operation process of the washing barrel are different from the rotating speed and the rotating time of the washing barrel under each temperature standard. Preferably, the rotation speed V during the forward and reverse alternating operation of the washing tub is higher than the rotation speed V0 of the washing tub at each temperature level, and the rotation time t during the forward and reverse alternating operation of the washing tub is less than the rotation speed t0 of the washing tub at each temperature level.
Further alternatively, since a user may put detergent or detergent into the washing tub when cleaning the washing tub, in order to reduce the residue of the detergent or detergent in the washing tub, the embodiment drains water after the washing tub is alternately operated at the set rotation speed, and controls the washing machine to sequentially perform the rinsing process and the dehydrating process. Or, after the washing barrel is alternately operated in the positive and negative directions at the set rotating speed, detecting the turbidity of the water in the system barrel; when the turbidity value of the water in the washing barrel is smaller than the set turbidity value, controlling the washing barrel to drain water, and finishing the barrel cleaning program; and when the turbidity value of the water in the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set turbidity value, sequentially performing a rinsing program and a dewatering program, and finally controlling the washing barrel to drain water to finish the barrel cleaning program.
Further optionally, the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is also detected after the dewatering of the washing barrel is finished,
when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb, ending the barrel cleaning program;
and when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set temperature Tb, performing the rinsing process and the dehydration process again until the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb, and finishing the barrel cleaning process.
The temperature measuring module is arranged on the wall of the barrel, and after the forward and reverse rotating high-speed rotary barrel is washed, a group of dehydration, water inlet, rinsing, dehydration and drainage procedures are carried out, and whether the temperature Ta in the barrel is lower than Tb or not is detected. If the barrel temperature is higher than Tb, the water inlet program is operated to carry out secondary rinsing, and the convection heat exchange is carried out between the water in the barrel and the barrel wall, so that the temperature of the barrel wall is reduced. And measuring the temperature again after the water is drained, and finishing the process if the temperature is lower than Tb. If the temperature is higher than Tb, the rinsing, dewatering and water discharging processes are repeated, and the temperature of the barrel wall is reduced until the temperature is lower than Tb, and then the operation is finished. This embodiment is after a clean dehydration procedure of section of thick bamboo, through the mode of intaking cooling, reduces bucket wall temperature fast, avoids the interior high influence of temperature to use of bucket.
In this embodiment, another method for cleaning a tub of a washing machine is further provided, in which n temperature standards, T1, T2, T3 … … Tn, TI < T2 < T3 … … < Tn, are set in a control flow chart shown in fig. 1, and a corresponding washing tub rotation speed and rotation time are respectively set for each temperature standard; the washing machine includes a tub cleaning process including the steps of:
a1, heating the water in the washing tub in the tub cleaning procedure, and controlling the washing tub to operate at a corresponding rotation speed and a corresponding rotation time under the temperature standard when the water temperature reaches the n temperature standards in sequence;
a2, when the total rotation time ta of the washing barrel reaches the set time tb in the cleaning process of the barrel, controlling the washing barrel to rotate forward and backward alternately at the set rotation speed for a certain time and then draining water;
a3, controlling the washing machine to sequentially perform a rinsing program and a dewatering program;
a4, detecting the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel, and ending the barrel cleaning program when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb; and returning to the step A3 when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set temperature Tb.
In this embodiment, another method for cleaning a tub of a washing machine is further provided, such as the control flow chart shown in fig. 2, n temperature standards T1, T2, T3 … … Tn, TI < T2 < T3 … … < Tn are set, and each temperature standard corresponds to a rotation speed and a rotation time of the tub; the second washing machine includes a tub cleaning process including the steps of:
b1, heating the water in the washing tub in the tub cleaning program, and controlling the washing tub to operate at a corresponding rotation speed and a corresponding rotation time under the temperature standard when the water temperature reaches the n temperature standards in sequence;
b2, when the temperature Tc of the water in the washing barrel reaches the set temperature Td in the barrel cleaning process, controlling the washing barrel to rotate forward and backward alternately at the set rotating speed for a certain time and then draining;
b3, controlling the washing machine to sequentially carry out a rinsing program and a dewatering program;
b4, detecting the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel, and finishing the barrel cleaning program when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is less than the set temperature Tb; and returning to the step A3 when the temperature Ta of the wall of the washing barrel is greater than or equal to the set temperature Tb.
The present embodiment proposes a washing machine adopting the above-described tub cleaning method.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
