s2: the device is powered on, a third valve (12) on a return pipeline of the acid storage tank (4) is firstly opened, a water pump (2) and a motor (3) are started, and then a first valve (10) is opened, so that acid liquor enters a water inlet of the acid washing bottom plate through a second liquid outlet pipeline (8) for acid washing;
s3: when a certain pickling time is reached, the first valve (10) is closed, the fifth valve (14) is opened, and compressed gas enters the pickling bottom plate pipeline through the fast interface (9) and the first liquid outlet pipeline (7) to clean residual liquid;
s4: after a certain blow-drying time is reached, closing a fifth valve (14) and a third valve (12), continuously opening a fourth valve (13), starting a water pump (2) and a motor (3), and then opening a second valve (11) to wash the pickling bottom plate pipeline;
s5: after a certain washing time is reached, the second valve (11) is closed, and then the five valves (14) are opened, so that the compressed gas too fast interface (9) and the first liquid outlet pipeline (7) enter the pickling bottom plate pipeline to dry clean residual water.
