Abstract
The invention discloses a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of paraffin, 20-30 parts of oleic acid, 20-30 parts of sodium dodecyl phosphate, 50-60 parts of molecular sieve, 4-6 parts of long-chain organosilane, 3-7 parts of aminosilane, 4-10 parts of antioxidant, 2-4 parts of phosphorus pentoxide and 1-3 parts of manganese dioxide. The non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent can effectively improve the adhesion of the pavement asphalt material to various stones, simultaneously improve the aging resistance of the pavement asphalt material and prolong the service life of the pavement asphalt material.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of asphalt anti-stripping agents, in particular to a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The phenomena of loosening and pit and groove are easy to occur after the pavement asphalt material is used for a long time, so that in order to reduce the damage of the asphalt pavement, an asphalt anti-stripping agent is required to be added into asphalt or an asphalt mixture. Most of the traditional asphalt anti-stripping agents are amine substances, so that the traditional asphalt anti-stripping agents have the defects of high environmental pollution, poor effect of improving the asphalt adhesion and poor ultraviolet aging resistance.

s1, dissolving a molecular sieve in an organic solvent, sequentially adding long-chain organosilane, aminosilane and an antioxidant, keeping an inert environment, heating and refluxing, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve;
s2, adding paraffin, oleic acid, sodium dodecyl phosphate and the prepared ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve into a mixer, and stirring at the temperature of 80-95 ℃ until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
and S3, sequentially adding phosphorus pentoxide and manganese dioxide which are ground by a ball mill into the mixture, continuously and uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and drying to obtain the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent.
In a further technical scheme, in the step S1, the heating reflux temperature is 75-80 ℃, and the reflux time is 6-7 h.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the addition of sodium dodecyl phosphate as phosphate salt can raise the adhesion of asphalt to stone material.
2. The long-chain organosilane, the aminosilane and the antioxidant are adopted to carry out anti-ultraviolet aging modification on the molecular sieve, and the long-chain organosilane, the aminosilane and the antioxidant are grafted on the surface of the molecular sieve, so that the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of the asphalt material for the pavement can be effectively improved and the service life of the asphalt pavement can be prolonged after the asphalt anti-stripping agent is mixed with asphalt materials.

The preparation method of the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent comprises the following steps:
s1, dissolving a molecular sieve in an organic solvent, sequentially adding long-chain organosilane, aminosilane and an antioxidant, keeping an inert environment, heating and refluxing for 6-7 h at the temperature of 75-80 ℃, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying to prepare the anti-ultraviolet aging modified molecular sieve;
s2, adding paraffin, oleic acid, sodium dodecyl phosphate and the prepared ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve into a mixer, and stirring at the temperature of 80-95 ℃ until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
and S3, sequentially adding phosphorus pentoxide and manganese dioxide which are ground by a ball mill into the mixture, continuously and uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and drying to obtain the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent.
