Abstract
The invention discloses a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of paraffin, 20-30 parts of oleic acid, 20-30 parts of sodium dodecyl phosphate, 50-60 parts of molecular sieve, 4-6 parts of long-chain organosilane, 3-7 parts of aminosilane, 4-10 parts of antioxidant, 2-4 parts of phosphorus pentoxide and 1-3 parts of manganese dioxide. The non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent can effectively improve the adhesion of the pavement asphalt material to various stones, simultaneously improve the aging resistance of the pavement asphalt material and prolong the service life of the pavement asphalt material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of asphalt anti-stripping agents, in particular to a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The asphalt material of the pavement is easy to loose and pit after being used for a long time, so that the asphalt anti-stripping agent needs to be added into the asphalt or the asphalt mixture to reduce the damage of the asphalt pavement. Most of the traditional asphalt anti-stripping agents are amine substances, have large environmental pollution, poor effect of improving the asphalt adhesion and poor ultraviolet aging resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent and a preparation method thereof, and the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent has the advantages of small environmental pollution, excellent ultraviolet aging resistance and capability of effectively improving the adhesion between asphalt and stone.

s1, dissolving the molecular sieve in an organic solvent, sequentially adding long-chain organosilane, aminosilane and an antioxidant, keeping an inert environment, heating and refluxing, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve;
s2, adding paraffin, oleic acid, sodium dodecyl phosphate and the prepared ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve into a mixer, and stirring at 80-95 ℃ until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
and S3, sequentially adding phosphorus pentoxide and manganese dioxide which are ground by a ball mill into the mixture, continuously and uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and drying to obtain the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent.
In a further technical scheme, in the step S1, the heating reflux temperature is 75-80 ℃, and the reflux time is 6-7 h.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the addition of sodium dodecyl phosphate as phosphate salt can raise the adhesion of asphalt to stone material.
2. The long-chain organosilane, the aminosilane and the antioxidant are adopted to carry out anti-ultraviolet aging modification on the molecular sieve, and the long-chain organosilane, the aminosilane and the antioxidant are grafted on the surface of the molecular sieve, so that after the asphalt anti-stripping agent disclosed by the invention is mixed with an asphalt material, the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of a pavement asphalt material can be effectively improved, and the service life of an asphalt pavement is prolonged.

Example 1:
a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent comprises the following components: paraffin, oleic acid, sodium dodecyl phosphate, molecular sieve and silane.

In this embodiment, phosphorus pentoxide is also included.
In this embodiment, manganese dioxide is also included.
In this embodiment, silanes include long chain organosilanes and aminosilanes.
In this example, the weight parts of each component are as follows: 55 parts of paraffin, 25 parts of oleic acid, 25 parts of sodium dodecyl phosphate, 55 parts of molecular sieve, 5 parts of long-chain organosilane, 5 parts of aminosilane, 7 parts of antioxidant, 3 parts of phosphorus pentoxide and 2 parts of manganese dioxide.
The preparation method of the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent comprises the following steps:
s1, dissolving the molecular sieve in an organic solvent, sequentially adding long-chain organosilane, aminosilane and an antioxidant, keeping an inert environment, heating and refluxing for 6-7 h at the temperature of 75-80 ℃, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the anti-ultraviolet aging modified molecular sieve;
s2, adding paraffin, oleic acid, sodium dodecyl phosphate and the prepared ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve into a mixer, and stirring at 80-95 ℃ until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
and S3, sequentially adding phosphorus pentoxide and manganese dioxide which are ground by a ball mill into the mixture, continuously and uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and drying to obtain the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent.
The formula of the invention mainly comprises paraffin, oleic acid, sodium dodecyl phosphate, a molecular sieve and silane, wherein the phosphate sodium dodecyl phosphate is added in the formula, so that the adhesiveness of asphalt to stone materials can be improved, meanwhile, long-chain organosilane, aminosilane and antioxidant are adopted to carry out anti-ultraviolet aging modification on the molecular sieve, and the long-chain organosilane, aminosilane and antioxidant are grafted on the surface of the molecular sieve, so that after the asphalt anti-stripping agent disclosed by the invention is mixed with asphalt materials, the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of asphalt materials on road surfaces can be effectively improved, and the service life of asphalt road surfaces is prolonged.
Example 2:
the components and preparation method of the formulation described in example 1 are the same as those of this example, except that the weight parts of the components in this example are as follows: 50 parts of paraffin, 20 parts of oleic acid, 20 parts of sodium dodecyl phosphate, 50 parts of molecular sieve, 4 parts of long-chain organosilane, 3 parts of aminosilane, 4 parts of antioxidant, 2 parts of phosphorus pentoxide and 1 part of manganese dioxide.
Example 3:
the components and preparation method of the formulation described in example 1 are the same as those of this example, except that the weight parts of the components in this example are as follows: 60 parts of paraffin, 30 parts of oleic acid, 30 parts of sodium dodecyl phosphate, 60 parts of molecular sieve, 6 parts of long-chain organosilane, 7 parts of aminosilane, 10 parts of antioxidant, 4 parts of phosphorus pentoxide and 3 parts of manganese dioxide.
The non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agents prepared in examples 1 to 3 were heated to 180 ℃ to 190 ℃ and mixed in a ratio of 99.2% to 99.5% of the asphalt material of the pavement to 0.05% to 0.08% of the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent to test the adhesion grade and the aging resistance of the asphalt pavement to limestone, basalt and granite, and the results were as follows:
therefore, the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent can effectively improve the adhesion of the pavement asphalt material to various stone materials, simultaneously improve the aging resistance of the pavement asphalt material and prolong the service life of the pavement asphalt material.

The non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the weight portions of the components are as follows: 50-60 parts of paraffin, 20-30 parts of oleic acid, 20-30 parts of sodium dodecyl phosphate, 50-60 parts of molecular sieve, 4-6 parts of long-chain organosilane, 3-7 parts of aminosilane, 4-10 parts of antioxidant, 2-4 parts of phosphorus pentoxide and 1-3 parts of manganese dioxide.
7. A preparation method of a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, dissolving the molecular sieve in an organic solvent, sequentially adding long-chain organosilane, aminosilane and an antioxidant, keeping an inert environment, heating and refluxing, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve;
s2, adding paraffin, oleic acid, sodium dodecyl phosphate and the prepared ultraviolet aging resistant modified molecular sieve into a mixer, and stirring at 80-95 ℃ until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
and S3, sequentially adding phosphorus pentoxide and manganese dioxide which are ground by a ball mill into the mixture, continuously and uniformly mixing, cooling to room temperature, and drying to obtain the non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent.
8. The method for preparing a non-amine asphalt anti-stripping agent according to claim 7, wherein in step S1, the temperature of heating reflux is 75-80 ℃, and the reflux time is 6-7 h.
