(2) adding ethyl acetate into a stirring tank, slowly adding the molten colored asphalt into the stirring tank, continuously stirring, controlling the temperature at 50 ℃, stirring for 0.5h, uniformly dispersing, then adding No. 120 solvent oil, continuously stirring, controlling the temperature at 30 ℃, and stirring for 0.5h, uniformly dispersing;
(3) adding dolomite powder into the uniformly dispersed solvent, stirring and mixing at normal temperature for 0.5h, and uniformly mixing to prepare the spray type colored asphalt.
Comparative example 1:
the difference from example 1 is that ethyl acetate and 120 # solvent oil were replaced with 70 parts of toluene.
Comparative example 2:
the difference from example 1 is that the reduced wire draw-off oil content is 55 parts.
Comparative example 3:
the difference from example 1 is that the amount of the reduced wire draw-off oil was 20 parts.
Comparative example 4:
the difference from example 1 is that the SBS content is 5 parts.
Comparative example 5:
the difference from example 1 is that the SBS content is 25 parts.
Comparative example 6:
the difference from example 1 is that the content of the C5 petroleum resin was 35 parts.
Comparative example 7:
the difference from example 1 is that the content of the C5 petroleum resin was 55 parts.
Performance testing
The following tests were carried out on the spray-type colored asphalt obtained in the above examples and comparative examples:
(1) and (3) testing the solubility: according to the formulations of the above examples and comparative examples, the softener, SBS and plasticizer were dissolved in the respective solvents, filtered through glass fiber filter paper, and the insoluble matter was washed, dried and weighed, and the solubility was calculated. The solubility calculation formula ═ (sample mass-insoluble matter mass) × 100/sample mass.
The test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the solid content of the spray-type colored asphalt provided by the present invention can be well dissolved in the solvent to achieve spraying. The solubility of example 1 is comparable to that of comparative example 1, but the problem of the toxicity and harm of toluene in comparative example 1 is avoided.
It is understood from comparative examples 1, 5 and 6 that when an ester solvent and an alkane solvent are used in combination (example 1), the two solvents act synergistically to further improve the solubility; as is clear from comparative examples 1, 7-1 to 7-4, the solubility can be further improved by controlling the ratio of the two solvents within a certain range (examples 1, 7-1 and 7-2).
(2) Asphalt Performance test
The three components of the softener, SBS and plasticizer in the above examples and comparative examples were mixed in the ratio and tested as follows:
penetration degree: JTG E20-2011 test procedure for road engineering asphalt and asphalt mixtures T0604-2011;
softening point: JTG E20-2011 test procedure for road engineering asphalt and asphalt mixtures T0606-2011;
ductility: JTG E20-2011 test procedure for road engineering asphalt and asphalt mixtures T0605-2011.
The test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the asphalt provided by the present invention has both high softening point and ductility. In comparison with example 1, comparative examples 2 to 7, in which the contents of the softening agent, SBS and plasticizer were adjusted to be out of the preferable ranges, respectively, had too low softening point or too low ductility, and it was difficult to balance the two indexes of softening point and ductility. It is understood that the proportions of the components are critical in the present invention, and that any one outside of these ranges may deteriorate the performance.
(3) Road surface performance test after spraying
Wear resistance: refer to T0964-2008 pendulum instrument road surface friction coefficient test method in JTG 3450 and 2019 road bed and road surface on-site test regulations;
water impermeability: refer to GB/T16777 and 2008 'test method for waterproof coating for building' for water impermeability test;
adhesion: refer to GB/T16777 and 2008 'test method for building waterproof coating' for bond strength test;
and (3) crack resistance: refer to GB/T16777 and 2008 'test method for waterproof coating for building' for crack resistance test.
The test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the asphalt provided by the present invention has high hardness, abrasion resistance, water resistance, adhesion and crack resistance after spraying. In comparative examples 2 to 7, and examples 8 and 9, in which the contents of the softener, SBS, plasticizer and filler were adjusted to be outside the preferred ranges, respectively, problems of deterioration in abrasion resistance, water resistance, adhesion or crack resistance occurred, and thus it was confirmed that it is critical to optimize the compounding ratio among the filler, the softener, SBS, plasticizer and filler in the present invention, and that any one of the above-mentioned ranges may deteriorate the performance.
The present invention is illustrated in detail by the examples described above, but the present invention is not limited to the details described above, i.e., it is not intended that the present invention be implemented by relying on the details described above. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (26)

1. The spray type colored asphalt is characterized in that the preparation raw materials of the spray type colored asphalt comprise the following components in parts by weight:

the solvent comprises a combination of an ester solvent and an alkane solvent;
the mass ratio of the ester solvent to the alkane solvent is 1: 9-9: 1;
the ester solvent comprises any one or at least two of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate or methyl ethyl carbonate;
the alkane solvent comprises any one or at least two of cyclohexane, 120 # solvent oil or 140 # solvent oil.
2. The spray-type colored asphalt according to claim 1, wherein the softening agent comprises any one or at least two of naphthenic base oil, reduced-trilinear extraction oil or aromatic oil.
3. The sprayable colored asphalt of claim 1, wherein the styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer comprises a linear styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer.
4. The sprayable color asphalt of claim 3, wherein the styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer comprises any one or a combination of at least two of LG501, ba Ling YH-791 or Dynasol C501H.
5. The spray-type colored asphalt according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer comprises any one or a combination of at least two of C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin or C5/C9 copolymer resin.
6. The spray-type colored asphalt according to claim 1, wherein the filler comprises any one or a combination of at least two of mineral powder, talcum powder, titanium pigment, marble powder, dolomite powder or limestone powder.
7. A method for preparing the spray-type colored asphalt according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the softener, the plasticizer and the styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer according to the formula ratio, and heating and shearing to obtain the colored asphalt cement;
(2) and mixing the colored asphalt cement with a solvent according to the formula amount to obtain the spray-type colored asphalt.
8. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the step (1) specifically comprises: and mixing the softening agent and the plasticizer, heating for the first time, stirring for the first time, heating for the second time, adding the styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer, and shearing and dispersing to obtain the color asphalt cement.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first temperature rise in step (1) is at a temperature of 130-180 ℃.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein in the step (1), the first stirring is carried out for 0.5 to 1 hour.
11. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the temperature of the second temperature rise in step (1) is 180-190 ℃.
12. The method according to claim 8, wherein the shear dispersion time in step (1) is 1 to 2 hours.
13. The production method according to claim 8, characterized in that, in step (1), the following step is performed after the shear dispersion: adding the toner and stirring for the second time.
14. The method as claimed in claim 13, wherein the temperature of the second stirring is 140-180 ℃.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein the second stirring is carried out for a period of time of 0.5 to 1 hour.
16. The method according to claim 7, wherein the step (1) is performed in an asphalt-modifying tank.
17. The method according to claim 7, wherein the step (2) specifically comprises: mixing the color asphalt cementing material with an ester solvent, stirring for the third time, then adding an alkane solvent, and stirring for the fourth time.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the third stirring is performed at a temperature of 10 to 50 ℃.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein the third stirring is carried out for a period of time of 0.5 to 4 hours.
20. The method of claim 17, wherein the fourth stirring is performed for a period of time ranging from 0.5 to 2 hours.
21. The method according to claim 17, further comprising, in step (2): and mixing the colored asphalt cement with a solvent, adding a filler, and stirring for the fifth time.
22. The production method according to claim 21, wherein the fifth stirring is performed at normal temperature.
23. The method of claim 21, wherein the fifth stirring is performed for a time of 0.5-2 hours.
24. The method according to claim 7, wherein the step (2) is carried out in a stirred tank.
25. The preparation method according to claim 7, characterized in that the preparation method specifically comprises the steps of:
(1) mixing the softening agent and the plasticizer according to the formula amount, heating to 130-180 ℃, stirring for 0.5-1h, heating to 180-190 ℃, adding the styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer for shearing, shearing and dispersing for 1-2h, adding the toner, controlling the temperature at 140-180 ℃, and stirring for 0.5-1h to obtain the color asphalt cement;
(2) adding the colored asphalt cement into an ester solvent, controlling the temperature at 10-50 ℃, stirring for 0.5-4h, then adding an alkane solvent, and stirring for 0.5-2 h;
(3) and (3) adding a filling material into the solution obtained in the step (2), and stirring at normal temperature for 0.5-2h to obtain the spray type colored asphalt.
26. Use of the sprinkling type colored asphalt according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the use comprises: spraying the spray-type colored asphalt of any one of claims 1 to 6 on a road surface.
