Abstract
本发明涉及履带制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种导静电履带及其制备方法。包括外层的橡胶层和中间的尼龙帆布层,所述橡胶层为导静电橡胶。本发明通过外侧的橡胶层将履带产生的静电通过橡胶层直接导入地面,消除静电;中间层尼龙帆布层,增加履带韧性和抗冲击,提高履带强度和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及履带制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种导静电履带及其制备方法。
背景技术
履带是由主动轮驱动、围绕着主动轮、负重轮、诱导轮和托带轮的柔性链环。在易出现 摩擦生电的场合,易发生静电起火,影响作业安全。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的履带在易出现摩擦生电的场合,易发生静电起火,影 响作业安全。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种导静电履带及其制备方法,通过外侧的橡胶层将履带 产生的静电通过橡胶层直接导入地面,消除静电;中间层尼龙帆布层,增加履带韧性和抗冲 击,提高履带强度和使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现,一种导静电履带,包括外层的橡胶层 和中间的尼龙帆布层,所述橡胶层为导静电橡胶。橡胶层具有导静电性,可将履带产生的静 电通过橡胶层直接导入地面,消除静电;中间层为尼龙帆布层,起到增加履带韧性和抗冲击 的作用,提高履带强度和使用寿命。
进一步的,所述橡胶层包括以下质量分数的成分:
天然橡胶30份,丁晴橡胶70份,导电炭黑55份,半补强炭黑20份,陶土30份,领苯二甲酸二丁酯8份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂RD 1份,防老剂4020 1.5份,石 油树脂3份,硫磺2.2份,促进剂CZ 1.2份,促进剂DM 0.5份。
其中,天然橡胶在配方中的作用是增加橡胶层强度和尼龙帆布粘合性;
丁晴橡胶在配方中的作用是改善橡胶导静电性;
导电炭黑在配方中的作用是调节橡胶导静电性和橡胶硬度;
半补强炭黑在配方中的作用是调节橡胶导静电性和橡胶硬度;
陶土在配方中的作用是调节橡胶导静电性和橡胶硬度;
领苯二甲酸二丁酯在配方中的作用是调节橡胶软硬度和导静电性;
氧化锌在配方中的作用是加速橡胶硫化交联密度;
硬脂酸在配方中的作用是提高炭黑和橡胶分散性;
防老剂RD在配方中的作用是加强橡胶防老效果;
防老剂4020在配方中的作用是加强橡胶防老效果;
石油树脂在配方中的作用是增强橡胶粘性;
硫磺在配方中的作用是促使橡胶硫化交联;
促进剂CZ在配方中的作用是加快橡胶硫化时间;
促进剂DM在配方中的作用是加快橡胶硫化时间。
配方各组分材料通过各自功能相互补充,增强橡胶层所需要的物理机械性能和导静电特 性,各组分配比数据经过试验充分对比,最终达到导静电和物理机械性能相匹配最佳效果。
一种上述导静电履带的制备方法,先将制备橡胶的各原料按比例混合均匀后,通过压延 设备将橡胶和尼龙帆布相互贴合在一起,尼龙帆布夹在导静电橡胶中间,贴合为一体;将贴 合后的产品经过硫化设备高温硫化成型制备而成。
具体条件为160度加热15分钟,压力为130kgf/cm2。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过外侧的橡胶层将履带产生的静电通过橡胶层直接导入地面, 消除静电;中间层尼龙帆布层,增加履带韧性和抗冲击,提高履带强度和使用寿命。

实施例1:
一种导静电履带,包括外层的橡胶层和中间的尼龙帆布层,所述橡胶层为导静电橡胶。 所述橡胶层包括以下质量分数的成分:天然橡胶30份,丁晴橡胶70份,导电炭黑55份,半 补强炭黑20份,陶土30份,领苯二甲酸二丁酯8份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂RD1份,防老剂4020 1.5份,石油树脂3份,硫磺2.2份,促进剂CZ 1.2份,促进剂DM 0.5 份。
一种上述导静电履带的制备方法,先将制备橡胶的各原料按比例混合均匀后,通过压延 设备将橡胶和尼龙帆布相互贴合在一起,尼龙帆布夹在导静电橡胶中间,贴合为一体;将贴 合后的产品经过硫化设备高温硫化成型制备而成。
具体条件为160度加热15分钟,压力为130kgf/cm2。
对上述导静电履带进行检测,得到如下数据:
对导电橡胶带导电性能进行测试对比结构如下:

从以上物理性能测试数据分析可看出,导静电履带各项指标均满足要求,指标也比较稳 定,导电性能测试,完全符合导电范围要求。

1.一种导静电履带,其特征在于:包括外层的橡胶层和中间的尼龙帆布层,所述橡胶层为导静电橡胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的导静电履带,其特征在于:所述橡胶层包括以下质量分数的成分:天然橡胶30份,丁晴橡胶70份,导电炭黑55份,半补强炭黑20份,陶土30份,领苯二甲酸二丁酯8份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂RD 1份,防老剂4020 1.5份,石油树脂3份,硫磺2.2份,促进剂CZ 1.2份,促进剂DM 0.5份。
3.一种权利要求1中的导静电履带的制备方法,其特征在于:先将制备橡胶的各原料按比例混合均匀后,通过压延设备将橡胶和尼龙帆布相互贴合在一起,尼龙帆布夹在导静电橡胶中间,贴合为一体;将贴合后的产品经过硫化设备高温硫化成型制备而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:条件为160度加热15分钟,压力为130kgf/cm2。
